We're glad to say our crowdfund has ended with great success. We look forward to making PureVidz a success and starting the process of building the PureVidz community. We'll soon be setting up a Slack as a means of easy communication with investors as well as users of the site who may need help or are interested in chatting; think back to the IRC days.

The wallet will be launched publicly on github and windows/mac prebuilds will be provided within 24h. Then after we'll start the process of allowing people to withdraw their coins. Once we have a block explorer available which should be Monday, we'll complete the application for a Yobit listing. We strongly recommend you keep your coins and the network safe by running your own wallet and don't rely on an exchange or our web wallet as the primary storage for your coins.

110M a year https://www.quora.com/How-much-money-does-Pornhub-make for purnhub. If purevidz can take even a small % from that we are all going to be laughing all the way to the bank. I knew this was a wise investment ever since I noticed the thread. Then the devs with all their answers to questions had me knowing that they are the guys for this job. Now im invested and I hope we all make a lot of money, just like pornhub.

And for the vidz. There will be bounties that will give out vidz so im sure or I assume at some point you'll be able to earn some free vidz just by watching content so im sure in a little while the road to access vidz will be much easier then the road to access eth or zcash for an example.

The big money maker is the websites that host the porn.  The porn industry for the actors is not a very lucrative business (unless one is a porn star) it's the big sites such as pornhub (and purevidz?) that make a shit ton of money because of horny people looking for a quick nut.

 They go to a place with ads and maybe even will pay a small amount of vidz to unlock some new high quality porn content (even though people could download it for free.  Then again idk the number of people that have the knowledge to obtain vidz, considering if one does have the knowledge to go on an exchange and obtain vidz they also most likely have the knowledge to just download the torrent.)

So I'm not to sure of paying for premium content using vidz would work too well but the mere addition of porn will undoubtedly increase ad revenue and make vidz even more useful (this increasing value).

I haven't even seen any webtorrent porn site yet, least i don't think so, only torrent sites. Normal streaming are taking down copyrighted stuff all the time because they usually own the servers that are hosting the uploaded files. And even those are varied in quality.

I third this.  It's heavily frowned upon (mainstream) to download porn (via torrent or websites).  Adding xxx.purevidz.net will allow premium porn content (via torrent of course) to be easily viewed by people that want the content but don't actually want to download a torrent to their computer. As long as it's curated and kept high quality I could see the popularity exploding. 

Movies and TV shows are one thing but adding xxx.purevidz.net could triple our potential audience.

Porn is a huge audience and money maker.  This needs to be done.

They have 6 hours to release the wallet (according to their 24 hour timeline).  Lets not bug them unless the deadline is passed and no wallet is released.

I dont think purevidz.net should carry porn but I do like the xxx.purevidz.net idea a lot. Devs can it be done?
