I am one of those signature participants who are offered payment in Vidz but after reading some posts here I feel I made a mistake by accepting this offer.What do you guyz say,should I continue or should I leave a campaign?

I have sell half of my VIDZ to try to recover part of the loss and now I'm undecided whether to hold, sell or burn for Novus the other half.
What do you recommend?

1) If you sell you at least know you will get back some of your investment.
2) If you hold there is a 50/50 chance the price will rise or fall depending on what happens in the near future. If someone is able to take over the project and become the new dev you may have a chance of the price rising again if it stays like this you are most likely going to see the price fall.
3) If you swap for Novus you are entering a another project and will have to see where that takes you. no one knows how much each of the new tokens will be worth right so it may be a gamble.
My personal view is if someone does take over is fork the original idea on github and have a new token, clone all the current info (website, wallet addons etc) to use for new coin a lot has been made by the community anyway and offer a straight swap of VIDZ for the new coin burning the VIDZ to remove them from circulation. It would be up to them if they wish to run a ICO for the new project but they would have to stress they are nothing to do with the current Vidz and have decided to take the apparently abandoned idea and continue it. People may be wary at first but if they see definitive progress etc people will start to come round to the project.
A "community takeover" of PureVidz with a new Dev should be attractive relative to a long ICO process.

Great work being done by the community, when dev will reply in here with some updates we can work further as community..
Its a great community who does a lot for the coin, if only the dev had some more PR then it would have been perfect to be honest!

If the Vidz Dev does not return I risk of losing everything.

That would be wonderful if there was a dev here but with a no show dev and no updates I fail to see how network weight matters. Please enlighten me.
dev might be Oleg (freelancer) or Asphyxia himself, working on a plan we dont know but can imagine
there are heavy loads of $vidz in wallets
so ppl put their vidz from exchanges in wallets with 250 confs age to stake the hell out of it
supporting the network this way shows me there is support, watching them wallets getting daily filled up with vidz from market shows me there is a plan.
simple question: why top wallets buy more and more vidz, stake them and hodl in wallets?
Is it possible for a random, experienced Dev to take over the project?
- Dev buys a few million VIDZ
- no need for an ICO, 100 existing investors (!!!)
- already have 3 exchange listings
- clone the web site and host it in a 3rd World country
- new roadmap and a coherent use for the crypto (the current crypto plan is retarded)
- current blockchain should basically run for years unless ddos
- eventually Dev could swap to a new blockchain or Ethereum or whatever
That's why 300 sat is pretty much riskless arbitrage... many options in every direction.

How long is the signature campaign likely to run as dev has not been seen for some time. Are we going to have another month of the sig?Will you be the campaign manager as am aware mexxer might be away.
