For me I use cryptocurrency for anonymous transaction and to avoid KYC also, I find it way more convenient to deposit than using common deposits from third party services and it's easier for me to access cryptocurrency rather than using bank cards.

If you want to be licensed in certain jurisdictions you just have to meet their requirements: KYC and AML. So these activities are quite normal.
There is a huge number of gambling sites which do not impose such requirements on their users. They will not go anywhere and will have their market share because there is a demand for them. So I think there is no need to worry about regulation of gambling activities and cryptocurrencies.

I think gamblers can look for crypto casinos that don't require verification and with the development of the crypto based gambling industry will also pay attention to the anonymity factor of the users so they don't have to show documents for verification. But for casinos that are in a strict country, have to follow the rules of that country.
We don't know if they will be around because KYC being implemented on cryptos are still a new thing and it seems successful already because many crypto casinos are now following it, which they now require KYC before someone can use or withdraw money on their platform.Maybe eventually the rest of the crypto casinos will follow this new trend but for now there are still crypto casinos that don't require KYC, we can enjoy using them while they last. Soon anonymity wont matter but what will matter is the speed of the cryptos and if it has a cheap fee or not but gambling site will still need to improve their service so that gamblers will stay or will choose them over the other.

Most points here center on anonymity, and I do agree with that. It's one of the features that most gamblers are looking for since it's hard for them to mask their gambling activities online with just credit cards. Also, everything with crypto is just fast without any approvals from a third-party needed, and no one can block your crypto if they found out that you are gambling online. It's basically just leaps ahead from fiat gambling and it''s just better in lots of aspects.

I also didn’t put any of my bank details or fiat account in any site unless really needed or it’s a bank related transactions. Why use your identity or input card details in playing when you can play only without putting details of yourself and just enjoy many casino or games. Thankfully crypto provides ways to pay without any worries of being track and allow us also to gambling and at the same time to earn thru trading or investing. Being not monitored by any bank when there is always a need for transaction or happening in our account feels safer to do gambling. If only there will be more online local shops that we can also pay thru crypto then there will be no need for me to use any bank in paying for online transactions.Gambling in crypto did really become more better when crypto exist where anonymity is been the key and what makes it more interesting but since these platforms are really that becoming centralized

But if your a whale and you already doing good on the platform you are frequently betting then changing to another platform just because you don't like their KYC implemented is kinda risky, we know how many scam casino exist and its really bad for whales to deposit their huge capital to scam casino. So they should consider this as part of regular ways if the casino is been regulated since this will give them relief if their casino abide the laws.

which is something good to know but there are indeed platforms/companies which do really ask out for some verification since they are regulated or licensed which they do need to abide rules and laws.
As a gambler or being a whale then you wont really be having no options but to submit but if you do mind about anonymity then you would be finding out other places or would simply stick on where you are playing on.

It's understandable even if the casino claim to be anonymous they do not want to be a transit of money laundering they ask KYC to VIP randomly to make sure that if ever there is an issue about a large deposit they can always trace the player.
Money laundering has become a big issue among Cryptocurrency casinos because of anonymity and they don't want to be third parties to money laundering.
They have no issues with small players because they will try and show to gamblers that they are indeed anonymous because in the first place this is what really attracts gamblers to make a shift from fiat where their information is exposed to Crypto casinos where your information is hidden.

One of the things that appealed to me the most when first starting crypto gambling was the novelty factor, there is something about a "new type" of gambling where people had to convert fiat currency into what was effectively a token which broke down a lot of inhibition. In the early days it was a lot easier to find fish or people who were very loose with their special coins, who might not have been correctly perceiving the monetary value behind them. This allowed a skilled player who was able to compete against others was able to pick up some nice change. A big bonus is also the lack of KYC, which was less required in the past and allowed a bit more flexibility.

I was introduced to online gambling through cryptocurrency, and since then I've only played at crypto casinos. In fact, fiat gambling sites have never be an option for me. Maybe I didn't develop interest for traditional sites because they wanted to link my account to my credit card and ID as soon as I signed up and I didn't want to share those informations when I was younger and didn't even have money to spend on those sites, while crypto casinos were much more affordable, being possible to adjust bet size to minimum as 1 satoshi per roll. We don't want the bank to know about our gambling activities and we also don't want to see our credit card exceed the limit that has been set. Crypto casinos allow us to be behind the scenes to play gambling. All that you've mentioned are true, the worse thing that can happen to gamblers is being exposed to spending a lot on gambling
let's admit that society still considers gambling taboo, and heavy gamblers are considered sick even if they only spend what they can afford to lose, society is quick to judge that is why Casino based Cryptocurrency is easily accepted because of protection and acceptance, the Cryptocurrency casino industry is the fastest-growing industry in Cryptocurrency.

As much as I like to "Gambool", I prefer not having to use fiat for the very same reasons as why I like to buy use and sell crypto outside of gambling. No third party has their hands in your pocket. No need to mention privacy concerns unless you are using a KYC gambling platform or one that does not like to see you using a VPN.
Its basically like gambling but much more free.
Other than that I like to use crypto to gamble in order to support crypto itself. Call me a crypto fanboy I don't mind at all.

This is true for a lot of several casinos here found in the forum.
But if the casino is also accepting fiat, they may ask you to submit KYC.
But that is the advantage of crypto casinos, you can gamble without disclosing your identity.
And if you are a small timer, you have no worries of playing just for the sake of entertainment.
I found out that most of the casinos here even bookies are accepting smaller bets.
The convenience and easy access I believe, are just few features that we can appreciate about these online casinos.
This is why during this pandemic period, a lot of these users have discovered themselves in playing in one of these casinos.
