Rapists should go to jail, plain and simple. I am surprised this is even a question. Sexy clothing of women today did not just happen, it develop through the years of modernization as mere fashion statement. All men can do is appreciate what they see, and it should never be an excuse to force themselves to anyone and not face the consequence of going to jail.

it does not matter how the victim was dressed.
if you rape a bikini wearing girl, the fact that she wore a bathing suit or was on the beach does not count for extenuating or mitigating circumstances.

Rapists should be sent to jail obviously. But sometimes the rapists get influenced by the clothes and behaviour of ladies. For those they have to pay by getting raped. Enhancement of the sex education is the best solution for this problem and ladies must also think more about their self protection.

It doesn't matter whether womens will wear normal dresses or not. Rapist is a rapist, a normal guy should still show a little bit of respect to others especially if he didn't know them. Rape is not a normal act that should be done by people everytime they will see a women wearing sexy clothes, it's an act that usually done by psychologically unstable person.
