Anyone can wear whatever they want to wear but please be responsible. What I mean in being responsible is that you should wear appropriate attire so that people around you and will respect you wherever you are. And also if you wear proper clothing you can lessen the possibilty that someone might think perverted things to you....
If people not respect you, this is not your fault... this is still their fault.

They still have to be in jail because Rape is a crime, a very ugly crime. Even if women dress like that, men still have no right to force them to have sex. They dress like that because it is their right and freedom. We are out of that. Should rapists be sent to jail or not?

Hmm this is the type of world we have now...... Every lady or woman you see out there is complete naked or half naked. But I think if these ladies are half naked or naked does not give men the right to rape them without their concern. I advice their concern should be sought to have sex with them but not to force them to have sex. I think a man who rape a woman should be jailed.

We don't live in a religious world, people can where what they want no mater what, but for the rape there is no excuse, it is a traumatic experience and it should be punished hard. Should rapists be sent to jail or not?
Yes, rapist should be sent to jail no question asked. We don't have the right to force a woman to have sex with us. Even if we saw their full body, or we saw them naked.

My standpoint on this topic girls have a freedom to wear cloths. Maybe Man should have wife to let his desire full. The rapist must not send to jail but rather send them to a remote island where all rapist joined together. Something new in this planet to separate rapist. Yes because all country have a punishment if you are committed in a crime like attempting murder or rape you have a punishment. Like sent to jail or die but in my country the punishment is sent to jail.
