Rapist are considered criminals. They should be put in jails. Those girls who wear revealing clothes are not on fault. Women can wear whatever they want and men also.
Rape is a serious crime. It is burning out someone else's humanity and morality. It is wrong to sexually take advantage of someone weaker than you. It is against human rights and unforgivable.

Even if women wear sexy dresses, guys should still remain gentlemen if they really are good guys. Rapists are criminals so there should belong to jail. Sometimes rapists also kills a person which is really not good, I think those persons are under drugs or maybe that is already their nature, people should always aware with this kind of people especially women. There are lots of rape cases in our country because of influence of drugs.but not only drugs.just because our environment today and generation of youth was very unrespectable.especially the way they dress.some women dress like arousing men.thats why some women raped because their not looking respectable to men.but rapist must go to jail because they do crime.. Rapists should not only be sent to jail but if they rape they should be sentenced to death instantly. I for one would not be sad one day to see the world without these people and perhaps the consequence of death will slow them down in their tracks. Jail may be worth it for them because they will get raped and maybe enjoy that in a sick way but death?... nobody wants to die.
we have the freedom to wear anything we want , at the beach were ladies are wearing 2 piece , at the street where we can see men topless and just wearing shorts. why would women be afraid of wearing short dresses shirts or short ? it is the people around them who are looking to them and giving bad mening onto this , why men should harass women ? will you be happy once your sister nor mother see on the street be treat like that ? respect is the only thing we can do and will peace spread in the air.. I mentioned Saudi Arabia because the Middle East is one of the few places I can recall that still use flogging (and also decapitation and severing body parts ) as punishment.
OP obviously came from a place where the norm is to cover up everything and if that's what they want then fine.
However even if the norm in the West is just like that, women would still not get raped if they wear skimpy outfit. If it's illegal and grounds for indecent exposure, they'd just go to jail. Rape is not accepted as a way for keeping people in line or as punishment for offenses (as I've heard do happen in Afghanistan, one member even posted a thread about it).
