Could be that you are running on the wrong chain.

Have you downloaded the updated wallet here: https://cryptocointalk.com/topic/5736-important-mandatory-ltb-wallet-update-feb-19-2014/

If you have already downloaded the updated wallet ... which process did you follow when re-running the application?

How about your .conf file?

Please let me know so I can better resolve this issue for you.
