@sanasaol .. seems there was a few firewall rules on the server. we had the rules flushed. Please try again and let me know if it works

with tor browser or proxy it work.
But this problem not only my, my friend from other city(Russia, Moscow) cant open it too.
So i think many other ppl also cant go to enter the site
Alright. We will double check with the host and make sure there are no Country ip range blocking or anything. Once i know, i will give update here
