There is still one race "Race G" that will start tomorrow. Since there is already a winner for this first tournament, I think this Race G is useless to be played, isn't it?

You might misunderstanding this..and I believe you just won the 10GTD Hourly, right?
Yes in the tournament info, the payout is 100 but it is 100% not 100Chips..
Minimum withdraw is 1chip but the fee is 10chips.
Yeah I played that 10GTD just now, so I only can get 10 chips max for the winning no matter full seated or not. Is it right??

how do i get points?
You'll get the points when you win the tournament race. 1point for each race..so if you're the first person who win 3x of the races you'll get 1btc.
Seems that "batusai" is leading this week tournament race with 2points (2x win) means that if he win today's race, he will get 1btc.
