Funny things like this makes someone thinks that the leaders are just spending the money as they seem it fit whether its impacting directly to the citizens or not. I wonder the amount of funds that would that would have been expended in the research and finding of energy in another planet that we all know we are not going whether now or in the future.

However, to say all of the money used for all of this is only from taxes would be wrong. Government generate money from other sources through import and export sources. For countries that have advantages in certain commercial products tend to sell abroad for huge amount of money while those with the right amount of population tend to be import dependent and generate money on that. Tax is really not optional and by definition, its not commensurate to what you see as some expenditure would bring direct effect whereas others would bring indirect and long term benefits.

Yes, i agree on the statement you posted on this treed, we should pay our taxes, this apply to everybody, even people without day job, they pay taxes upon payment on the utilities, foods, gas, etc., this are obligatory mandate of every Government. Some people may not even notice the amount they pay for the said transaction. Our taxes we paid was returned thru other service provided by the government.

Obviously to enjoy the protection and benefits of your government. Taxes finance structures and road so goods can easilt fllowTaxes can also finanace government services like documents and license regulations. Taxes fund the military and other sectors that focus on helping people. It just sucks to pay taxes when you don't see where it is going.

I think the next time you people needs to choose the right kind of government , or better stand up for the change , but at least do your part right .
You cannot expect the other party to be completely honest when you are not rightfully doing your duty.
Everyone wants to mock the dirty river but no one wants to get their hands dirty is the real deal with us , if we want better , if we want the corruption to end we need to do it ourselves and not wait for some miracle , doing our small bit and doing our duty are the two things that I consider is something that is the recipe for change .
Countries are corrupt the leaders are not right I completely understand but then it's rightfully in the hands of us to change it , if they are doing bad we cannot just reciprocate bad .
I would say choose a better government or get involved in government body , even if you change one person it will truly change the world but not paying taxes and simply saying no man they are wrong so even we can do wrong is not justified is what I think.

You are 100% correct. A lot of these governments are corrupt to it's core. I have recently driven through Zimbabwe on my way to a project in the north and I can tell you that none of the tax payers money is ending up being spend on road infrastructure. Robert Mugabe and his wife and all his friends and corrupt officials spend that money on luxury trips to Europe!

In other countries wars are funded to kill people in foreign countries for oil / power / gold etc. and the tax payers money is funding these wars. Why did terrorists destroy the twin towers? Some say, it is because the USA are supporting the Jewish wars against these countries, to take their land.    

Technically it is, but humans are better following authority than just being left to run on the rule of "common sense". Then you are giving miscreants a free rein to do what they what.

You are right taxation sounds stealing our own hardworks but it is our responsibility to pay our tax.All our tax will go through all government projects and to our community needs.Yes we all know the government also abuse there position and steal our tax but whether we like it or not we need to pay our tax for the goodness of our nation and its people.

I don't mind the to pay taxes if the government used it in a good way, the taxes could be used in a different ways to make our lives better, like free health insurance, new school building, or even new transportation project, and the most important it's being used to control the inflation, without tax income the country will fall apart

What happens if you are in a third world country and there is massive corruption? You pay taxes and there are no roads, schools, or any essential public utilities. What you do see is the politicians and their cronies getting richer. Would you still argue that everybody should continue paying taxes?

Taxes are important if a governments need to work so if someone is cheating while paying the taxes then he will be punished with legal actions.In crypto currencies most of the people are not paying taxes and even many governments don't have proper taxes for its usage that is why the governments are trying to ban the usage because it if continues for a while then it will cause economical disaster in that country.

And also the people who seated in government are become rich because some of them are truly thief the taxes of workers, people's money they put in their pockets. There is no problems to paying tax the problem is the corruption  thats happening in many country. That's why there are countries are suffering.

Tax gets misused many times like funding NASA "planet mars mission". There are more meteorite hits on Mars than on Earth but they are spending tax payers multi-million dollars on Mars missions. Wasteful government expenditure of the governments must be cancelled by the taxpayers.

If everyone went ahead to do things personally then there won't be any scope of a systemized channel and possibilities of having endless problems won't be able to be ruled out , at the end of the day people are different everyone's different thus it's not easy for someone to say something like this . This seems like an argument of a 2 year old , since the system is what keeps everyone together and in check .
Democrats are not mad that they have invented this since thousand of years also you should know that if given chance to people will run away from doing any good for other rather than they are more or less set on themselves and it won't be able to provide for a linear future for others .
It's not as easy as it seems even though it might be fancy but it's no child play to run a government that big, we cannot be like ramapithecus since we have literally more cranial capacity that old animal is long gone and humans have evolved and more or less there are bad people around here too ... We cannot just let them do as they please a government body is a must to take care of all the decisions because leaving decisions of that big of a country on everyone without any further details will turn out to be a big mess because everyone will have thier own point of view and the majority point of view will be more or less targeted by the ones in the minority.

It's not possible dude . It is just a recipe of chaos.

Taxation is theft. "But who will build the roads" argument is really old and dumb, people are not some stupid monkeys who can't figure out things if no one guides them, there's nothing that can not be done privately and through voluntary cooperation (which is the same as privately). Roads, military, science and so on - all of it can and is done privately around the world. Government is exactly why Bitcoin was invented - you can't trust people with power and believe that they will do as they've promised, and even well-meaning leaders do stupid mistakes that cost billions. Just like Bitcoin have decentralized economy, some day people will decentralize power to the point when every individual will be independent from others.

If you are walking on the road and enjoying a nice day at the nearby park it's all because someone paid their taxes.
Taxes helps a lot , I have seen people frowning over about how they don't want to pay any taxes and as such.
Government ensures that if you earn over a certain amount then for sure you can contribute in the making of your country. It's only if you are able to.
Taxes helps in :

    Paying the salary of government employees
    Making of roads
    Public schools
    Parks run by the government
    Maintenance fees
    Making government hospitals
    Making high schools ... The list is endless

We all use all these services at one part of the life or other therefore we can just consider it a little payment for that .
People frown how government is corrupt , it is but not entirely if it was then you woont see new projects coming up in your town or city.

It's just our responsibility to pay taxes, we shouldn't run from it because it will more or so be used for everyone out there in your country , you are indirectly helping others too through paying them , the less advantageous ones.

Also one might say government can print all the money they need , but that's not the case ..the more money a government prints the lower the value of their currency gets which genrally have adverse effects in many sectors.
