Tax is indeed one of the thing which the country rely on. The government is doing the right thing when establishing taxing procedure. The society should be part of the success of a country, not only their government.

Together, they build projects and systems which make benefits for them.

For me, the problem is not about the implementation of taxing procedure in a certain country. It is the corrupt leaders and elites who are toxic enough to drag down the country. I therefore conclude that we should not focus on the regulation about taxing, we need first to fix the system in the government.

Taxation is really beneficial, it depends on the government officials if it is toxic or not.

Tax payment is not a choice. It is a civic responsibility of the citizen of every country, and as law abiding citizens, we must comply with tax payments.

If the political class were composed of honest people, what you say would surely have a meaning.
But in the current state of affairs, where taxation is just a robbery, and politicians essentially just only take care of their own pockets, not paying taxes is simply an act of self-defense.

For me, it is obvious that without government you could not just function well and the country cannot exist without the governmental system, and in the row, a governmental system cannot exist without the taxes that we pay.

Yes there are countries that has a corrupt government which is stealing money from their own people in the community and that is the reason why people hate paying taxes and choose cryptocurrency.

We pay taxes because its our obligation to and we should  because we belive that's what the govt uses to provide basic amenities for the people, ad also provide finance to government project but it just a pity our today government are selfish,that they even use the taxes as a means to still steal and extort from the poor instead of using it to make life easy to those paying the taxes.

Well, what is government do not repair the roads, do not support the government school, people are paying for all the Government employees but the government is not giving them there full rights and much more stuff? This is exactly what happens in many states of India. Yes, we are a developing country but still, we are facing a lot of corrupt leaders.

In my opinion, taxes are one of the elements of control over people. It is also the filling of the country's budget, from which the social projects of the state are financed. In addition to paying state salaries and their maintenance. And if you do not pay taxes, they will put you in jail. This is control.

This would be the case if you do reside on a country which do have a corrupted government this is why other citizens wont really be motivated or willing to pay up their taxes because they do know on where it would go but if we do talk generally paying up tax is always been a citizens responsibility for able to help the development of their own country but well this would depend if those taxes would be handled or being managed well.

Corruption of the government is the reason why people are not wealthy and cannot have job so easily, people hate to pay taxes because not every government are using the funds to improve the economy and they are just stealing it for their own purpose.

I fully understand and support the idea that we all have to pay taxes for certain services for everyone, but none of us knows how much we really need money to support all this. Look at the officials, they are all over the rich people, because of their salary? I do not think so. Not a small part of taxes goes into the pockets of not honest people. I am for taxes, but I am for transparency.

We need a new reporting system for example, and such a system can be created on the basis of a blockchain

The above reasons are best suited  for why we should pay taxes. But it appears most revenue made from these taxes collected have been greatly been mismanaged by our leaders. Hence, the reason why people feel reluctant in paying taxes. I believe the best way to inspire people to pay taxes is by ensuring that there is absolute transparency in how fund collected as taxes are effectively used to develop the a particular nation and meet up the need of all citizens.

I agree with you on the benefit citizen of a good country can derive from paying tax. However, some country (if not most) rulers are corrupt to the extend they don't care about the masses. It is disheartening seeing your hard earn money paid as tax to government and the officials are using it to enrich them selves. Also, citizen of most countries paid indirect tax by purchasing goods or services.

Generally we pay taxes for ourselves. We are the beneficiaries of the taxes we are paying with. Funds gained from the taxes are used for social welfare projects of the government like the building of roads, building and other public structure. The educational assistance and other assistance are also from the taxes we gave from the government. Good social welfare programs and services are derived from the good handling of the taxes. So lets pay right taxes.

Taxes is already part of government ruling of each country we cannot do anything about it because it is mandated by the government and we need to do on what is right. Though it is hard for us to follow but we need to because it is stated in the law.

And we really can't control that. The only solution is to require the government to have a transparent record of each and every single transaction that they are doing with the taxes no matter how little or how big the transaction is. We need an accessible record that shows where did the funds go from start to finish as well as a picture of the output. For example, if they made a building out of the funds, they have to show us how much the steels cost, how much the cement cost, etc. They also have to show us a picture of the building so we're sure that it's not just a made-up building or just a picture of some other building. It should also be in forum style so that there will be people that lives near it that can confirm the existence of the building and if it's actually operational.

Funny thing is that this has been proposed in my country but they started with the smaller government which is called "barangays/towns" and a lot of them declined having transparent records which they are going to post in their town hall. With just that scenario, them declining the proposal, you already know that something fishy is going on in that particular town and they don't want the people to know it. There's no reason for them to decline if they aren't using the funds for something else, right? It should be the government's responsibility to show to the people what are they doing with the people's money.

It was on the class a countries. But in the poor countries, corruption is the number one in where the taxes go. Projects that turns into plans but with alloted budget and such. But with tax infrastructure are built at the same timeot helps the poor people who can not sustain daily needs. Thats the positive sides of tax.

But we can't say that 100% of our tax was going to those projects. Some government stealing money in the fund of a one country.
