This is the obvious thing, why they fail.
Elementary it all depends on:
1 Quality formed ideas
2 Guarantor
3 White papers
4 Road maps of the company, etc.

Since the market is oversaturated at the moment, because now there are a lot of projects, and all of them are similar to each other. Also a huge problem is the presence of a large number of scammers. It happens that projects do not realize themselves

You really do not understand? Or you have already understood many times that today many ICO feils begin and end with ordinary human greed, and greed in turn has a strong influence on the market because it is one of the engines of the market.
The greed can be represted as ico traders? remember when crypto was on the bullish market and how ONT, ZIL and many coins have made a lot of people become the next millionaires.
This has been giving a lot of motivation for them all to keep invest in the ico.  it's just like a money game.

I did not see the new reasons, still the old reasons, which are probably the main reasons for the human essence, you understand that now it’s just impossible to avoid this without the intervention of smart contracts.

if you do not take into account fraudulent projects in advance, then the developers often set overestimated goals without having a plausible implementation plan for this and investors are scared away - no one wants to give their money for what is not clear.
And often the team overestimates its strength, or the relevance of the project and its competitiveness begins to work on creating something that already exists successfully and for a long time, and has some advantages.

Now a lot of ICO fails due to the fact that the market is not even trying to rise and investors are afraid to invest their money in nowhere!

One of the reason why ico fail, they didn't meet the softcap target of their project. Which lead them to return the investment capital of their investors. Then second was, the team which they've showed to their bounty announcement was not true in short fake teams and developer.
Then lastly, poor of community supports or giving any updates to their supporters as well.

Most of the projects that failed during 2018 are projects that have chosen a very unfortunate time to advance. A bear market gives almost no chance for projects to collect the necessary amount.

yeah i agree with number 2, i think most of ICO now not come up with new idea, it's kinda copying previous ICO and just bring in 1 or 2 new features, basicly they just bring something that cryptocurrency already have. and i think another reason why most ICO or new project fail is because the condition of the current market and bunch a scam ICO which is make an investor worries to put their money on ICO.

Actually I think that basic thing is really little demand to icos so They have a good idea and try to make good ico than no-one don't support them and they don't reach limit to keep making this worl and they have to finish their works.

Many ICOs fails because of the poor quality of their ptoject, the value of the token is too low and maybe the ICO members are not working the project well. For me if the social mddia of the project js not always updating it has a big effect on the people others might think that it is not working because of the update of the media about the project. They should always update so that the people will have the interest to invest on their project.

Developer team does not have creative ideas to make the coins continue to evolve. And how many more new ICO has the potential and very creative ideas. Investors will be more interested in projects that have the potential to better and a very strong team. The competition is now more restrictive and they should be required to have very creative ideas to attract investor interest.

There are many ICOs out there, but more than 50% of them fail.
From my analogy, could this be the reasons why ICOs fail?
1. Being too complicated:
If you want investors to favour your ICO, make sure they understand your coin offering. Be concise yet interesting, creative yet not too ‘techy’ and try to explain concepts from scratch. Of course, the detail you go into is likely to depend on your target audience.
2. No unique Use case and lack of creativity:
The reality is, ICOs are not straightforward and with new ideas and concepts arising daily, you need to get noticed and that means coming up with some unique Use case
So, before a developer even attempts to launch an ICO or enter the crypto world, ask yourself: "What will make investors choose this particular ICO over a competitor’s ICO?"
I believe the list continues.

i think now too many crypto in market, don't think is good..if could have some department to control it will be better  Smiley

This part is certainly correct. I would agree that the lack of creativity leads to nothing but failure. We know that for every ICO being conceived or developed another ICO grows opposite of what has been implemented. So there is a greater risk in competing most especially to the coins that have been made so popular already so that failure is a near possibility.

It funny some projects have the sole motive of ripping people off regardless of their good concept that attracts many investors. Which in professional computing is unethical.

The reason why many ICO's Project fail because of the poor development and Inactive team members. The white paper also is the one who incourage investors to invest when they read and study the project.

I also agree with the list.
I see that there are many strong reasons behind the failure of the ICO do not succeed in the project at this time.
One of the most basic things is the idea they put into making the project too general and not specific, even though in the world of Cryptocurrency projects, of course, an idea that is outlined in a project is very important. Whereas I see that at the moment the idea is quite general and simple so it will be minimal to succeed.
The strength of the idea of an ICO project is very much needed to support the success of an ICO project.

There is no real product or a shortage of investment capital. There are still problems as now the loss of investment and the inability to develop further. Many nuances that are not related to fraudsters.
