If you have the habit of playing and gambling on different sports and game, I think it is not good because of some few reasons like;
YOU WILL SPEND MORE MONEY ON GAMBLING.
YOU CAN BECOME MORE EASILY ADDICTED THAN A GAMBLER WHO PLAYS ONLY ONE GAME.
YOUR CHANCES OF LOOSING WILL INCREASE, BUT YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING MAY NOT INCREASE.
YOU WILL SPEND MORE TIME GAMBLING.
Which other reason?

I agree with your post.

The problem with gambling is that it can always be too much especially if a person chases for profits rather than experiencing the entertainment part of it. If a person views gambling as something that generates money, chances are that the former would most likely overspend on their gambling spree. But if you view gambling as a form of entertainment, regardless of the result, you would enjoy the activity as a whole.

I just hope that people would know their boundaries when gambling especially the expenses they incur when betting. Avoid the never-ending cycle of gambling and people would be surprised on how much they could have saved monthly from it.
Those people that look at gambling with the intention of becoming profitable and lose a lot of money are just being overly irresponsible, if we look at trading it is recommended that traders start their journey using a demo account or trade very small amounts of money until they realize if their strategy works or not, so those that want to obtain profits with gambling could do the same and bet a very small amount of money to see if the strategy they want to implement is any good, and once they realize this is a waste of time the amount of money lost on that experiment will be on the low side and will not represent a problem for their finances.

Also! Managing bets on too many sports can be emotionally draining as constantly  monitoring multiple games can lead to stress and anxiety.

Even merely researching and keeping up with various sports events takes time, and it can be a significant time investment, affecting a lot of things you could have done with your time.
I think this is really it, although some people claims that the stress is base on the choice of game that the people in question choose to bet on, that there are bets which you can place on different casino especially sport betting which after predicting the game you just have to place your bet with your different option on different casino which the person already know the time for the games will start so no need of going from one of those casino to confirm and still returning to the other as both will still have same result at the end of the day.

But in cases where the choice of game is what requires the gambler to be monitoring the outcome of the game it will really be difficult to handle and when their is a lose on both side the emotional effect will be double which won’t look good on the person and might end up making the person takes hard decision.
If someone places bets on many matches, he will have to spend most of his time analyzing them one by one to find the bet he wants. Researching and predicting the match will determine his choice so he needs to find sources of information that can support his research until he finds his choice. And we know that only a few people can do it because most people will make the wrong choice in some games so they won't be able to win and only experience loss.

But if that person can focus on just one or three games, he may still get the right choice to bet on. He also didn't need to spend too much time researching because he could find the information in not too long so he could immediately place his bet. But we have to be aware that it can give us a big loss if we are not careful in analyzing the matches.

Some could really make out that kind of control on which it is really just that suggested and when it comes to betting on multiple then it would really be that depending on you.If you could be able to bare up with the risks
then proceed but if not then its just fine or wise that you should really be that sticking with the games that you are really that knowledgeable or having that kind of interest rather than on forcing yourself to place bets on games which arent that out of your interest or awareness. If you are planning to minimize the risks then it would really be just that good on focusing on a game where you are really that aware.
Spreading on several bets wont really be that wise if you cant really be able to search out every each one of them unless if you are a sports lover then its good.

That is exactly my point, there are gamblers that like to have something to look forward every day, so they may make several small sport bets to increase the enjoyment they get out of each match they watch while still respecting the budget they set themselves for the week, while there could be other gamblers that may enjoy making a single bet on a match and risk their entire gambling budget as they are supporting their favorite team or a team they think it cannot lose, but at the end both betting styles can still work out as long as you keep a tight control over your finances.
Actually there are really moments that we do really want to make some bets on other games. Increasing enjoyment doesnt really only limit out on single game but rather in multiple.
There are really just that moments that we dont care about money or profits as long we could really get the enjoyment that we are seeking and not purely for money.

Gambling with different sports is actually not the main reason why gamblers fall into its addiction and easily lose all their funds. It’s lack of discipline and knowledge about financial security and management. Even if you focus on one sport, you will still lose a lot if you never set limits into your gambling expenses. So whether you gamble on one or different sports, losing is still very certain.

If you want to limit your losses, then limit your capital as well. Or never gamble at all, that way you can always save your funds.
You are right but I think the OP is also right. I experienced both for me to say this. I can conclude that it's better to have one game so that your expense won't grow. I don't only know if others can handle it, I mean they can get bored of playing the same thing. For me I rarely feel it and if I do, I just stop playin for a while. Later on I'm now good on playing the same game and the fun and excitement is fresh again.

Stopping gambling won't ensure us that we can now save our funds. There is a chance that we can look for another hobby which effect are not far from gambling. It's not about gambling or any other hobby but it's about how we discipline our selves.

Well, betting and discipline must go hand in hand. As people who always do the right thing, we obviously want to Win in any of the things we set out to do. We must accept many things. The first is that we are people who can make mistakes, who Only for this reason we must be very careful when betting, secondly, it is known that we win all the time in a casino, because the casinos are designed so that we have more fun, not so that we win all the time we play, another very important thing is that every time we are doing something that Goes beyond the ordinary, so that we Basically have consistent reason so that we do not have false illusions, that is, whenever we play in the casino we can do it as many times as we want, but we do not Let's be amazed at the budget that we are willing to lose, I mean lose, because if the money is not multiplied with the game, it will not affect us later on to buy our basic things.

We must always be very careful with the money to have and to play, we cannot invent how to do things so we have to bet more than we should, because if we lose everything we will have nowhere to get money from, and if we start to lose banks, friends, family, our bill to pay will be very high and that will not do us well, so in this order of ideas things can go hand in hand with reason, self-control, but above all with discipline, for everything you have to have discipline, because otherwise there would be no success, and success to take it or grab it in the casinos and in any activity that we propose to do to do it very well we have to have discipline and a lot of self-control, it is the ideal and from there we cannot get anywhere , a Person who loses control cannot Play in a casino Because they would lose all their money, and then they are left without buying the Basics, and that is not the idea either.

Most of the gambler will not gamble for the continuous time, because the probability of the loss will be more in the gambling site for this way of the approach to the gambling sites. If the gambler gamble for more number of time,so he automatically manage to use more obey in the gambling. So this should be avoided to not get addicted to the gambling addiction. Many gambling addicted person was suffer to get away from the gambling by targeting the continuous loss in the gambling. If your winning was not increased and your keep lose some money in gambling means it’s correct time to go for the vacation to get free mindset.

Being successful in gambling has many things to do with emotions and control more than your skills or experience. If you gamble on many things at the same time you will not be able to control your losses and it is a bad habit. When you are unable to control or track your bets it is a one step close to losses.
Some people believe that the more options they gamble on, the more chances for them to win but this is not true I must say. The ability and attention you split in different bets, if it is assembled and concentrated on one bet or one type of gambling, it will be easier to get a win. Study one type of gambling and be consistent with it.

I do not consider that the number of gambling games that you like has any incidence on the chances of being addicted or spending more money at all, what matters is the frequency and the average size of your bet, as if you only gamble for half an hour and your bet size is small then it does not matter if you spend those thirty minutes gambling in a single game or if you do so gambling at three or more games, as at the end you will still spent the same amount of money.
That's a good point and I totally agree with that. Getting addicted or spending a lot of money doesn't really depend on how many games you are playing if you are gambling or how many sports bets you are making if you are a sports bettor because the size of your bets is what actually matters in this case. Someone who places a bet on a single sports match worth $100 is basically doing the same thing if they place 5 bets on different matches each bet being worth $20 each.

So, just because someone is betting on multiple matches or if someone is playing a lot of games in gambling it doesn't necessarily mean that they are spending more money but maybe they are using relatively lower bets on those games so that they can have some diversity in their betting activities.

That's not how it always ends up. Some gamblers can control their habit and only gamble in big events such as UFC, NBA, NFL, or any other sport. It's the love for the game that keeps them steady and not the love for the gambling industry. They just want that excitement to be boosted while they bet for their favorite team or player.

Big events are always entertaining to gamble on because the events are full of excitement and if you win, that'll also add to the excitement because your team that you supported won. I don't have a problem with gambling on too many things at the same time as that might be what's working for you. With small wager on sport betting, you can carry multiple teams to win and if your bet enters you win a big sum of money. Not every individual have big wager to bet on small events.

When you bet on many games or many events at the same time, you'll putting yourself at a disadvantage but if you have tried it many times and it worked for you then continue doing it because we're all different individual and things work different for every gambler. While doing this just don't over gamble or get addicted.

Why write everything in caps? It's not like you found out something completely new that you nobody has thought of before. You also don't give any proof to your statements. Why is a gambler that plays more than one game more likely to become addicted than someone that only plays one game? I don't think this is really true, because someone that has only one game to focus on will think about it all the time.  Playing more than one game lets you change your thoughts and you don't come trapped in one single mindset. The casinos are full of different games, why shouldn't we enjoy them when we feel like it? Every game is independent from each other, it doesn't really matter if we play one or many different games, our chances of winning and losing are always going to be the same. So, someone that spends 1 hour only at one game is not going to be better of to someone that spends 15 minutes each at 4 different games.

I actually believe there are more of that kind of people who are gambling because I think casino games will get boring if you play it non stop and you will have to leave it at some point because its not that fun to play it anymore unlike in sports betting.
Some people bet on many gambling games at once because they feel it will add to the fun.
But maybe that will make the risk also bigger because they are betting on many gambling games so they have to really think about whether it is worth doing or just a few bets at once.
They may do it for fun and want to know how it feels if their bets win a lot so they think their winnings will also be bigger.
And if it is sports betting, that means they have to be able to analyze well to get a team that can win and it will also take longer to analyze it unless the bet will take place a few days later, so they have more time to analyze each one.

How can you say that if bettors place a bet on several matches at once, their winning won't increase?

What if these bettors really know what they are doing and doing good analysis?

Either they bet on single or multi bets, as long as they understand what they are betting to, I don't see any problem of doing that.

While you are correct on your assessment when it comes to trading, as I have always thought that having too many coins in your portfolio will make very difficult to keep track of all of them, but when it comes to gambling I do not agree, as the main purpose of gambling is to relax yourself and to obtain some fun, this is like going to the amusement park and instead of getting a ride in the many different games you just choose to ride one during your whole stay there, and to me that is a waste as you are forcefully limiting yourself for no reason at all.
Single per of whatever thing be it trading and gambling games wil give goi as a players the chance to take a slow and steady analysis of the asset, games that you want to play, fhis is so because quit alot of times, some gambler and trader record loses if the try to go off the capacity to include more than one asset into the trading portfolio and this attitude give room for a lot lf crisis and congestion of thoughts.

Unless if the gambler is in a long-term role with the intent to face whatever may come along the way both in the short term and in the long term to be able to buy the mental capacity to combine multiple assets.

It's a complete distraction if anyone is doing this, it could be the reason why you haven't won anything yet, you are just endangering your money on the long haul, there is also a saying that you can't concentrate on two things at the same time and base on experiences so far it's surely true.

You can't always keep track of everything, even out of gambling, crypto for say, if you have too many assets in your portfolio you will lose track of the assets and maybe when a switch of chain is happening you may never even know, I lost my favorite gem because of this days ago, they move to their Main net and they have limited time to claim the new coin from the old tokens, I missed out and end up with worthless tokens.

Too much of everything seems bad in general, and you will be exposed to unbearable stress and possibly anxiety, it's not worth it, stick with a game and you will be able to stay up to necessary information that will help you on how to bet right on the games.

The main purpose of gambling is to have fun, but the fact still remains that when gambling we still don't like to lose and this is the most annoying part of people's comments that I read sometimes. I agree that gambling is for fun, but as a gambler, you definitely know the consequences of playing, because nobody will tell me that their losses don't piss them off and for most people that gambler hard, they try to prevent this and turn their focus on a particular game that gives them a better chance at winning or enjoying their gamble as the way most of you put it.

It makes a lot of sense to concentrate on one sport instead of many different sports. I take this approach a step further and often focus on just one league. It is not easy to keep track of injured and suspended players. Also, it's not easy to keep track of the current performance of the players. However, I think I can get better results if I focus on one sport and one league, or at most a few leagues, and that's what I do...
This is actually works, and yes the more you focus on your favorite sports the more you get a positive result since you are already familiar with the teams and players as well and you already know where to place your bet even if its not your favorite team. There’s a lot of ways to gamble but if you choose to focus on a certain game, then I believe this is a good idea and you should done this for your own benefit.

Have you done research related to what you say in this post, or is it just based on your personal experience. If I have to be honest, I only bet on one type of sports betting, namely football. that too, for leagues that I really know about everything in them. However, that doesn't mean I never bet on other types of sports. In the past, I also often involved basketball betting. but now, because I have missed so much information, I no longer try to bet on other types of betting. However, there are several other types of games that I also like, although they are not as dominant as betting on football.

More precisely, casino games like slots for example. This type of game always involves luck. but in practice, we never know when luck will come to us. However, there are various variables that we can do to bring good luck, although there is no definite theory or effective strategy. Therefore, we must have limits in each game session.

Now, we return to sports betting.
Referring to what you said, for me it all comes back and depends on the gamblers. So there is a scenario, you can bet on several types of sports, but what is important to know is that you really understand that type of sport. If I may give a tip, only bet on matches that really have a good chance of being a bet. Let me take an example, there are several top leagues that I really always monitor every development. be it players, clubs, and so on. Every week, each league will present many matches. Of the many matches, I only chose a few teams that were worth choosing as bets. It could be just one match from a particular league, or at least 3-5 matches. and even then it has gone through selection and analysis results. the rest, let the results of the match determine. Apart from that, you can get involved in betting on other sports. Remember, it is not recommended that you try betting on all matches, only choose those that have a high probability of winning for your bet. the ideal option, is a single bet. If it's just for entertainment, you can choose the parlay option for just a few dollars. The point is, if there is no ideal match, you don't need to bet. So, the question is, can you?
