Do not buy Bitcoin because its cost can be lost at any time, you can lose money investing in it, there are many risks but not always lost.

this is the most appropriate answer haha. because if you can buy altcoin you can also buy bitcoin even if the price is high.
but once you have no money then you can not buy anything even a few part of bitcoins.

The only reason i think that one should not bu bitcoins is because if the price drops or if something happened to bitcoin to end it, then you will have lost your money.

I have invested my money in bitcoin, and i rely that if people know about bitcoin or other crypto currencies then sure they do invest on it. It is a easiest way to use your money and make profit. I have no valid reason to stay away from crypto currencies.

I cannot think of a reason to not buy bitcoins or any other crypto currency it's just because without risk.. you cannot achieve anything also it's not like the value will drop down within a manner of seconds we can always see..
The only valid reason one can put up is the chances of gaining no profit and for the worse time the chances of being in a loss.
But everything just settled itself once you know how to handle it so it's really not that big of a factor you can even earn those few bitcoins if you don't wanna use up your own money.

there are a couple of really bad reasons to invest in Bitcoin like, You are looking to put your life savings into something that will increase in value, and you’re risk averse. Look somewhere else. Cryptocurrencies are still very volatile, and so I would never recommend putting more into them than you can afford to lose.

I don't think there will be any general reasons for not investing in crypto, there can be many depending upon the investors.
Some would not buy because of the high volatility of the price, some would not buy because of the risks involved. And some would not buy because they just do not understand the lingo.
So everyone who is not investing, has their own valid reasons.

I think it depends on the plan and what you want. bitcoin can be a means of payment or investment on some ico projects that are being held. so all depends on needs and wants. I trade with bitcoin myself

I like bitcoin but i don't want to buy because i have not much money it is very difficult for me to buy bitcoin at the present price but i want to earn bitcoin so i will hold a good reserve of bitcoin. my friend told me that bitcoin is the modern era currency and it is good for you to hold it the future of this currency is good and we will be happy if we have this currency in the hard times.

I like the crypto currencies for making the short term profit and want to buy again and again just for the sake of in touch with modern world there are many people who have told me to not use bitcoin not to buy it but i am not hearing them i love to hold bitcoin i am inspired from the increase in the price of bitcoin. Not good to buy bitcoin if price is high but definitely good when is its lowest.. But price of bitcoin now is fluctuating and have drastic dump sometimes but give fast pump too .. so just keep in mind to be wise on investing... Me myself i didnt buy bitcoin i just earned it on trading on other crypto thats what i keep on my wallet..

The only reason would be it is a bubble and might burst. Put in simple terms, it is an investment with chance of very high gains in short period of time. Along with the chance of doubling or tripling your money, you are at a risk of losing most of it in case btc falls hard due to some news.

This is case with investment. You make investment into anything with chances of gain with a bit of risk.

I think the number one most reason would be to not invest in bitcoin is because it is still unstable and very unsteady and can be volatile at times. it gives you high rewards but can also test you when it gives you almost a laughable return on your investment

This question is not mean for most of us in this forum, but the reason why some people doesn't have the zeal to invest in bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies is due to the fact that they have no knowledge about the digital currencies world and it potentiality. It will always be your choice.
They cannot tell you what to do but if you really believe in bitcoin then go for it.
Just a warning though. It is not for the weak heart.
You might panic anytime when you see a big dip just like what happened now and might lose a lot of money.
You need to have patience and have knowledge about where it will really go.
