Being dependent to erc20 is good but creating its own blockchain would be the greatest decision for devs to make. Currently, rebl still go with the flow of btc and I know even if it built its own that will still happen however if this coin will have its own and with its community support surely this will rise in near future.

Today, there is a lot of technology to circumvent all kinds of prohibitions. Still no one can feel protected.quite a lot was already a statement about the reliability of a particular resource, but the attackers always find how to use the resource at their discretion.

The new system has been implemented for all of us to be sure that no one can cheat!

DevelopmentBank, If you want to start a grand project that wants to radically change an old system with a new one, I am sure you can't afford to spend millions of dollars to start and develop everything on your own. You can't because you don't have so much money. But If you really want to accomplish everything that you planed too, just start with small steps. The vision and the project can start with little money. You just have to have determination and good people next to you. Being critical and pessimistic is not a good approach for your personal evolution.

All big companies started almost from scratch. Take as example Apple or Windows.

I wouldn't really take any project who is completely dependent on ERC20 tokens seriously. Sure, you can start with tokens, but eventually it is a MUST to have a roadmap and future improvements. If you still have to ask for votes from the community to plan the future of a project then it reflects the project's capability to execute good business decisions. If your token has value now, i would suggest you dump it before people figure out it is useless.

This project looks interesting for long term run. Moving to own blockchain might be very good move. Ethereum provided quite flexible platform to start with and based on experience gained there Rebel Team can build own environment.
Multiple scenarios of using Rebel tokens are also considered as I saw on twitter and telegram, so very good thinking about adoption of tokens.
All the good coins/tokens take time to build up their project before mooning
