Checking on your post it seems the case has been resolved, correct? You need to revise the subject [SCAM ALERT] to [SOLVED] as the accusations no longer active. It's hard to build reputation here especially a casino since new casino come up every month or even every weeks, this would damage duelbits reputation if someone do research about this casino. However next time you need to be patient.

Withdrawal received. Thanks for help!

I'm glad this problem was resolved as the OP hoped but that's why the OP was not a little patient at that time so it was faster to decide in his conclusions even though we already know the reputation of duelbits is very good on this forum, any problem will be resolved if there are no serious violations.

It's true that next time you have to be patient for a few days because usually the problem is always handled and investigated further, so the OP in the future should be able to judge with a reputable casino.

Here we go. I was watching this thread for a few hours. And I was wondering why duelbits didn't come up with a solution? I don't think Duelbits has a bad intention. OP was frustrated about the process and he failed to provide necessary documents or he was unable to satisfy them with the document. Anyways, Feels good to hear that OP Passed the KYC verification and he received the withdrawal. Suggestions to OP, You may be careful about TOS and be patient when you submit documents. I face issues verifying KYC on 80% of the websites. Because they think I did photoshop or something like this. So, I had to convince them with providing additional documents. That's why you need to be patient.

After examining patterns of the bets placed on sports, and noticing signs of abuse, our team has decided to enforce an electronic KYC check on your account.

After a few unsuccessful submission attempts, our live support agents advised you to upload a different type of identification to our KYC Portal to which request they were greeted with vulgar language and denial of having any identification other than your drivers license around you. After which you have proceeded to let us know that you would be submitting ID card of your sister, which is completely unacceptable. Duelbits does not and will never welcome any attempts of KYC procedure manipulation, by submitting documents of someone else, but yourself.

We would like to let you know that we’re already in talks with the Company that carries out Electronic KYC verification processes on Duelbits regarding the issue that you have submission and apologize for any misunderstanding.

And OP claim he is a VIP of one casino, obviously, he is not reading or fully acquainted with Casino rules after all this time, all casinos will not accept what he is suggesting, now that Dulebits has finally posted about the issue here, you have to wait for the results of their talks with the company that carries their KYC verification process, they are doing this so they can finally process your withdrawal.
They even apologize for the misunderstanding when you are the first one who gave the vulgar language.

Knowing duelbits for quite some time now, in the gambling board section. I don't think they will ruin their reputation with that amount. It is not small but not also very big to scam a player. They already gave their word and it is on the OP's side now how to resolve his issues. Sometimes it is not the fault of the casino but the player himself. I had one experience as well but it was in an exchange, suddenly they require me to submit kyc because of suspicious activities. I was wondering why because I only had one account. Then, I realize that I kept on changing my IP address because whenever I switched my router to my solar gen. Just to give an example that you may not be aware of what you are doing that signals their electronic system as a potential suspicious activity..

Hi,

Before some days I create account in www.duelbits.com sportsbook. I made first deposit 2022-01-05 ETH (~1.7k USDt) and lost this money in some sports bet.

Second day I deposit ETH (~3000 USDt) and win some sports bets, I try made withdrawal and support ask me for KYC vertification.

All good, I try, but KYC vertification portal is not working (not accepting my ID card, not accepting my driving license)

I sent my documents to support email (Driving license, selfie with driving license, bank card photo with my real name)

But still my KYC not veryfied and they don’t want my money back.

I add proofs:

^ I have been reading all posts from the start and it seems OP was having trouble on the KYC and it is hard for him to verify his account because he cannot able to process it quickly and I think if the casino website experienced a bug and lag at this time. Probably you should give them at least 24 hours to verify the documents that you have submitted and I think, Duelbits will never scam you, did you know that they have gained popularity and reputation as well which is they consistently defend it.
For now, just wait for the team.
I don't think it's a bug. If it was a bug, we would be having so many complaints about Duelbits KYC procedure. The problem with automation is that the software only picks specific qualities, unlike humans who can be flexible.

What OP has to do it get a better camera, better lighting and a better background for taking the required selfies, then try uploading again. I think he will get approved.

I faced a similar issue in the past, but with an exchange that was using Jumio to verify.

There was never in a conversation that he will not get his money because he did not upload his documents the right way, in fact, they just want his documents to upload the right way, anyway, the support posted that it will be resolved I just hope OP will be responsible enough to change the title and add resolved when it is finally resolved.
We as a gambler have the responsibility to follow instructions and read what's on the TOS of the casino we are playing, and be sober when faced with a kind of situation, the only thing that we should be panic about is when we deal with a proven scam casino.

And now support not respond me.. wow

Photo: https://ibb.co/4F8XFFb

Unfortunately, I doubt that we can help you in this situation, because from what I understand, the problem is the quality of the photos you send. Of course, no one will ask you to publish them, so unfortunately we will not be able to objectively look at your case.
I think it is best if you write an e-mail with a detailed description of the situation to the support and when you get an answer, share it with us. Then the picture of this situation will become a little clearer.
shut up no one wants your help you promote a scam site like 1xbit for few buck  and trying to help ? get some morals then come back

You have the right to have your opinion as much as I can write mine about what is in this thread.
I just tried to help and I don't see anything wrong with that.

(I am not commenting anything about 1xbit because for obvious reasons I cannot be objective.)

Ps. It is not few bucks.

Here is what you need to do:

1. Stop panic
2. Make a new set of photos with another camera / light
3. Try to change your browser
If OP only did this thing, he could have sent his documents and withdrawn his money I just don't see the logic why you cannot withdraw your money if you didn't break the rule the blame is on OP for creating this confusion, he has nothing to panic because Duelbits have thousands of players that have withdrawn much bigger amount and the support is guiding him on how to upload if he cannot do this find a way as long as he has valid documents he is good to go.

It is very easy to stop panicking. This is about USD 8000. It makes sense for someone to panic then, right? I do think that Duelbits will solve this well, but it is quite normal for someone to have quite a bit of stress for this amount of money. All we can say about Duelbits so far is that they have a great reputation and have never had any issues with player payouts.

I don't want to say that this amount is not worth worrying about. What I want to say is that you cannot solve any issue in the right way, while you are so much excited. Nothing terrible happened.
So instead of sending the same documents and pretending that their quality is fine, it would be much more efficient to focus on the problem solvation.

OP, listen to what this gambler has to say. Because he has explored almost all the casinos on reputable forums. If he had said it, maybe we'd have paid more attention. Oh, if the OP is interested in how and what a casino review looks like. Visit the thread for reference. As far as I'm concerned, GamblingBro makes a fairly objective assessment of each casino.

Here's the thread, and try to read more before jumping into gambling. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.56931616

I am not against the KYC procedure, but please assess my situation. Duelbits KYC system is not working normally, my photo quality is very good, I try confirm documents N times, but still same disable.
Perhap the software they use only high quality photos. Make sure you get a photo that take very clear photos and try again. I have faced this kind of problem before while uploading KYC documents for an exchange. The software would keep rejecting the documents until I got a better camera.

I don't think they stole your money. Just successfully verify and see if you can fail to withdraw that money.

I try sent documents to email, I don't get reply from support. I try chat with livechat, same dont get reply?

How can I confirm KYC if the system is down? I send to email, you not accept..

I don't think the system is down.

Sending documents to support is not the right way of verifying. In fact you are risking having your documents leaked or exposed through the emails.

From what I understand from this is that OP is having trouble with the KYC procedure and send them an email to verify everything. You should at least give them 48 hours so they have some time to look into your case. There is a representative from Duelbits active on this forum. I would send him a PM so he can check your case.
