Nowadays, the number of bounty campaigns paying with Ethereum has increased considerably. Participation in such campaigns is much more. Therefore, the number of Ethereum sent by campaign managers is generally low. But for me, i love bounty campaigns which send their own tokens. Because although the token has almost no value when they send, it makes me more happy that I can make a big profit in the future.
If you think tokens are bad, then you really have to stay away from Ethereum tokens because they even pay much lower, you would do a bounty for months and be getting like $10 when paid in Ethereum because people participating would be too much and the reward is notoriously small.
sometimes some of the campaigns limit the number of participants. it will help us get paid that is more appropriate for us. there are not many of them from campaigns that do that. try to find a campaign with a limited number of participants, it can give you money.

I have never come across such bounty paying hunters in ethers. Meanwhile this act will be of great benefit to the hunters and will definitely have other financial effect on project team. The only way I see this working out is when the developers use the contributors or investors fund to pay the hunters of which on the long run will affect the project fund allocation.
It makes much more sense to pay bounty hunters in more stable crypto currencies, because it will allow the project to avoid big price dumps at the very beginning and investors would be able to trade at least at the ICO prices. Moreover, hunters will get fairly rewarded and will get actual crypto without any need to wait for a year.

Yes! My current bounty campaign (signature campaign) is paying in Ether. It's giving 5% of total money raise in crowd sale in ETH. So you could check it out. Also, seems like bounty campaign will go for a pause until mid of March and then continue with second round of bounties.
Too expensive for the project who will pay the bounty hunters directly ethereum. It is obvious that more hunters will trade the tokens immediately once got their payment. Although it is good idea but I think it is more better to pay the hunters with the project own tokens.

I will take and participated at bounty campaign project paying with ethereum, how ever today and last years always use token for paying but after listing at exchange market do not have higher value, more better getting ether for payment at bounty campaign.

The wisest solution for a new startup will be to pay for the bounty hunters ' work in the project tokens and in Eth. In my opinion they are going to scam people in the very near future and they will never pay bounty hunters. These even tokens are not getting paid. Golden days are gone for bounty hunters.
