This may be a sign of a confusing ICO if they have not even handled the 1st part of it properly yet? UPDATE : i just received the form but i can't load the link to get script because of gateway errors. kind of frustrating. why did they make it only 1 hour before the ICO opens, couldn't they have done it 1 day before so that people had time to actually do it.

Red-Pulse white list officially closed. This is sure that investors are very interested in this ICO project and I am sure many will keep this altcoin in the future as this is the first ICO project to be used on the NEO platform.

It should be, payment is per transaction, volume/amount doesn't matter.

Nah dude, the email was just in regards to the demand of people wanting to have the option to change addresses.
Nothing needs to be emailed or filled out if you want to keep the same address.

wow i have never been this stressed about an ICO, the wallet is quite a horror to get right. i followed instructions and had to install and reinstall 3 times i hope this time no problems pop again.

The wallet is nightmarish! I'd imagine it being quite difficult for first time Neo-GUI wallet users. I hope the sale is smooth sailing. No crashes or any other strange occurrences.
You should download the blockchain data provided (about 800MB download), it's an image on the chain of a few days ago. Using this one, i was able to fully sync the wallet in about half an hour, and my internet connexion is very slow
