Have you got a patented technology that reduces fraud and delays in renting real estate? It's great, but can you provide a detailed description of this technology and explain how it works?

Quite right, there is already a working platform. I did not use it, so I can’t say anything. I just know that the company plans to build a decentralized service in which all the usual functions will be automated on this platform’s base.

Real estate market is one of the biggest markets overall in US. The biggest problem is lack of opportunities for credit-affected people. I hope this service's scoring system will solve that issue. As for bsiness model - they work for fees.Based on the research conducted by the US Census Bureau, there are 46M rental housing units in the US alone. We can at least mupliply this number by the average price for renting an appartment. As for worldwide, I've seen the numbers around 0.7B rental units in the reports conducted by MSCI and CBRE. So we are talking about trillion of dollars.
