...Just click "Watchlist"...

Indeed, I totally forgot about the WATCHLIST on the top of the page, you are right.

@WW,

You can do some modifications (with target boards) for your need. Of course, you have to do it and bookmark it by yourself.
See New optional features to watch post history, thread history {Suggestion}...

Thanks very much to both of you. I fill like a total newbie now  Embarrassed .

I know, of course about this, but it takes a lot of time, especially, when you have to log in to your email account first, additionally, I have few emails and the main one secured with 2FA, so sometimes it takes just too much hassle and here in one click (if bookmarked), I can see the same results.
I don't think you get it Tongue Just click "Watchlist" on top of this page, it doesn't have anything to do with emails.

I'm confused: I thought you wanted to watch certain threads, while my topic only follows new threads made by certain users.

It is likely the trick only works correctly for thread observations, for post observations, there are something wrong or the window (I am not sure but I have an assumption that it is updated for each 7 days like what we have with merit data dumps - follow it up next 7 days so we will have an answer) to update it is too long, that leads to delay in updates and incorrect results.

Personally, the trick is good for thread observations.

I forgot that I asked the same thing months ago. Hehe.

...To watch a topic, just click "watch" at the bottom-right.

Additionally, I would have to manage this email, remove old messages and so one and here I don't have to do anything and in one click be redirected to post or thread.

Anyways, thanks for the blazing-fast answer and I am already using this: LoyceV's: Follow users on Bitcointalk.org (posts and/or topics)

I want to get notifications from some threads in which I am interested.
I don't offer this, but why don't you use the Watchlist? I used "Show new replies to your posts" for years, until I read this post (judging by my sent Merit I read it in November 2018):
I don't understand why anyone would not use the watchlist. You can configure the watchlist to be exactly the same as "show new replies to your posts" by configuring your posts to be auto-watched and adding your posted-in topics to your watchlist. After this is done, you can unwatch topics that you don't want to see.
I've used it ever since!

To watch a topic, just click "watch" at the bottom-right.

You have to bookmark the following page http://loyce.club/follow/459836.html.  Replace LoyceV's userid by your userid at the end. And it is for the past 7 days only. There is no detailed contents to read and you have to click on links to read details.

It is not actually notification and it is a sort of place to bookmark all past 7-days threads/ posts of users you follow.

Hey LoyceV, already a long time using your notification service and wonder if there is a possibility to watch threads?

To be more precise, I want to get notifications from some threads in which I am interested.

I know that there is a possibility to watch them using email, but I want to know if your service is able to do it?

It is just much easier to do it using the webpage than email, additionally, I haven't found the answer in the thread, so I had to ask, but I doubt it is possible.

Does there any method that i can use to scrap data manually and check edited post?
When I have the time, I'll create something to classify all posts in a requested topic as "unedited", "deleted and archived", "edited within 10 minutes" or "edited after 10 minutes". But that will only be for one topic at a time, you can't easily check all posts.

I want to know if am the only facing this issue or it's normal to happen.
It happens when posts are edited. The unedited post didn't have your quote, and that's all I (can) scrape. Checking all posts for edits would require scraping too many pages from the forum.
Thanks for the fast response, i didn't know about this before. I am a little bit surprised because now i will start checking manually the topics where i post in case someone mentioned me and quoted his post.

Hi LoyceV
I want to know if am the only facing this issue or it's normal to happen.
I was last quoted in a replay yesterday according to loyce.club here : http://loyce.club/notifications/463354.html
and today i was quoted in one post (the one i found) but didn't appear in my notification page. I thought it is a normal delay in scrapping data but after few hours passed i thought to inform you here to verify if others facing the same situation.

Programatically, to get around this, you could probably check to confirm if the character after the specific username is a space or some form of punctuation. If it's another letter, I'm not sure if it's worth including this in the notification.
Thanks! Although it was on my mental list, it wasn't on my Todo yet. I've added it, especially for short usernames this is a problem.
I need a rainy afternoon to improve many things here, starting with the performance which is the reason I do less frequent updates now (only twice an hour). So much to do, so little time

I did notice a minor bug, unsure if this has been reported before. May not be a bad idea to create a list of known bugs if this has already been reported in the past. Apologies if it has been.

Noticed that I was mentioned in the following post: http://loyce.club/archive/posts/5431/54313273.html
However, it only acted as a notification due to the fact the user quoted initScript() which includes my name Initscri.

Pro: You won't have situations come up like this
Con: If a typo or missing space, it will not be included in the notifications.

Just thought I would report. Once again, thank you for all your hard work! Cheers!

We will just have to add our user ID to the keyword we want to track. right ?
Correct. I've postponed improving this for a while though.
Been on many forums with mention system in place and I never encountered a user who tried to mention someone via profile link or uid.
When I post a link to a profile, I usually add the username to the url-tag indeed.
