I see that Bitmover is Ignored from my notifications but I never excluded anybody besides myself

Which specs do you need (hosting-wise?)
My dedicated box's resources are almost completely used, but I can still offer you a small vps for free if you want to (100 Mb disk, 512 Mb ram, 2 vcpu's,...)
I'm currently moving to a VPS provided by Deathwing with 20 GB. Notifications don't take up much space, but my Merit, Trust and Post data are quite demanding.

...almost @Loycev is working because access to the website changes constantly but for sure more time is needed to get it fully operational again.
