They are just riding with the tide since web 3.0 and metaverse are some of the most hyped trends of today.

Web 3.0 is already implemented on our browser, while web3 is still under development and testing, there are some apps and site that is using them. You can check decentralized casinos wherein web3 technology is applied if I am not mistaken.

Well, considering the times we are in right now, I don't think that any licensed casino would allow players to make withdrawals without doing KYC. They might not be asked to do it for making deposits or playing on the platform, but as soon as they request for a withdrawal, even if all the requirements are met, they will be asked to do KYC at the end.

They do it because they have to, since the companies or authorities that provide casinos the licenses to operate in certain jurisdictions without any issues would require them to do these things I believe.

There may still be casinos that don't ask their users to do KYC if they don't withdraw big winnings and allow them to do so. And I think so far, the casinos are not very strict in implementing KYC to their users. We have a variety of casinos to choose from, so we can surely find ones that fit our needs. However, there are great casinos that most gamblers would love to play at, even if they have a KYC (Know Your Customer) requirement, simply because they are reputable and there is a very low chance of being scammed. Maybe if you are gambling a small amount, you can use a non-reputable casino, but if you are risking a significant amount of money, you will surely look for a reputable one.

Additionally, a KYC requirement does not necessarily mean it's hard to comply with, as some casinos only require a few details from the users. In fact, I am even signed up with a casino that does not require any documents to prove my identity, and I consider them a good option.

The thing is that it's not them casinos want you to go through the procedure. Why would they want it, in the first place? They just want more players on their platform, and of course, such things as KYC, don't help in that regard. It's the government requires from them implementing KYC, and they just have no choice but abide to the law.

You are right on that point dude, and we also know that the only ones that implement KYC are the platform casinos that are centralized based, the dex casinos do not require KYC as far as I know.

Then it's still up to us gamblers if we submit to the rules that crypto gambling has in this industry because no one is forcing us to gamble in any casino here.
