Web 3.0 is definitely goin to create several cores of centralisation, as well as its crypto part. Thats why it happens. Any service introduced to the market tends to monopolize and become uniformed, so web 3.0 casino is just a kind of ad campaign in order to creators to take part in gambling market.
A perfectly accurate remark about monopolization.

Now many of our colleagues and lovers of cryptocurrencies and fans of talking about the decentralization of the Internet love to talk about how great and free it will be when web3.0 covers the entire planet!  And everyone will be happy.  However, I also think that this concept has much more advertising and real decentralization, even having been born sometime, at some point it will still be controlled by some specific people or groups of people over time.
This is an inevitable process and no one can stop monopolization.
So web3.0, in my opinion, is also just a cleverly invented publicity stunt for too naive Internet users.
Web3 or Web 3.0 is only just a concept so far, and there haven't really been any actual use cases of it or any developments going on with it. Any platform or project that says they are utilizing web 3.0 for its services is simply lying about it. They are just riding with the tide since web 3.0 and metaverse are some of the most hyped trends of today.

Web 3.0 is already implemented on our browser, while web3 is still under development and testing, there are some apps and site that is using them.  You can check decentralized casinos wherein web3 technology is applied if I am not mistaken.

We will have to wait and see once the technology is actually live and being used around and then only we can decide how much decentralization it actually has and how centrally controlled it is just like the second generation of the web which is called Web 2.0.

They are actually live and had been around for some time now, the Web3 sites and websites that implement web 3.0.  You can check this articles[1][2] of the list of web3 sites that are already available on the internet.

What you say clearly confirms my deepest conviction that casinos that make payments in cryptocurrencies should not aggressively and persistently require the player to go through the KYC procedure.

~

The thing is that it's not them casinos want you to go through the procedure. Why would they want it, in the first place? They just want more players on their platform, and of course, such things as KYC, don't help in that regard. It's the government requires from them implementing KYC, and they just have no choice but abide to the law.

You are right on that point dude, and we also know that the only ones that implement KYC are the platform casinos that are centralized based, the dex casinos do not require KYC as far as I know.

Then it's still up to us gamblers if we submit to the rules that crypto gambling has in this industry because no one is forcing us to gamble in any casino here.
Gambling platform that would want to be seeing high gamblers using there platform must be ready to bring in some ideas that will make gamblers to keep using there platform. It is techniques and strategy many casinos that are doing well with high numbers of gamblers are using to keep the numbers of customers high.

If a casinos can continue giving bonuses to customers and bringing new games to the casino then more gamblers would want to be using the casino to make bets because they know that bonus will be given to them after sometimes of this the site.

But what is the difference between web 3 . 0 and other casinos ?If this were a guarantee that they could give more money or that they were going to give better Houses, the other casinos have already migrated to that of web3 .0 , right? The casinos that are older in our forum are the ones that always handle a large number of players and that can make a difference ,if the casino focuses on criteria that the players like there , it does not matter if it is web3.0 or no ,but what they offer and the casinos live off the Players that is the most important thing.
With web 3.0 casinos, we can log in using a wallet like Trust wallet or Metamask or something almost the same so we don't need to write down an email address, password or something else to enter our account. But whatever it is, it is possible that all casinos, whether it's normal casino users or web 3.0 casinos, will be asked to do KYC because that will be a requirement that casinos will submit to their users.

And if not all casinos currently verify all of their members, maybe the casinos will implement it soon. So we have to be able to adapt and maybe we shouldn't be surprised because now several casinos apply KYC to their members, even though it's still random.

Everyone of us have different perspective in our life like in gambling industry there are many gamblers who want to gamble in the casino who don't ask KYC it because they protect thier privacy and to remain anonymous.
Different perspectives will give different values to each casino. If they are concerned about privacy and don't want to touch KYC at all, then use gambling that implements Web3 which is currently starting to appear, using only the Metamask Wallet without the need to log in with a username or anything.

Most decentralized casino does not offer good games, while most web3 casino that gives the option to connect metamask for log-in has also KYC requirement on their TOS.  So these licensed centralized casino that take advantage of Web3 technology can ask KYC anytime they see fit.
Well, considering the times we are in right now, I don't think that any licensed casino would allow players to make withdrawals without doing KYC. They might not be asked to do it for making deposits or playing on the platform, but as soon as they request for a withdrawal, even if all the requirements are met, they will be asked to do KYC at the end.

They do it because they have to, since the companies or authorities that provide casinos the licenses to operate in certain jurisdictions without any issues would require them to do these things I believe.
There may still be casinos that don't ask their users to do KYC if they don't withdraw big winnings and allow them to do so. And I think so far, the casinos are not very strict in implementing KYC to their users. Maybe they'll ask random users for KYC or maybe because they suspect an account is suspected of cheating or something.

But if the user doesn't want to submit any paperwork to the casino, maybe they should be able to find a less KYC-minded casino. But he also has to pay attention to how much money he uses to play gambling.

And gamblers who want to play at licensed casinos and implement KYC will be safer from money laundering crimes and the like.
But you must attach KYC documents for the main requirements when you want to make a withdrawal.

At the end of the day, it is the players preference if they wanted to play anonymously but have high of getting scammed since most casino that does not require KYC are unlicensed or they can choos to a more safer way of playing but be prepared on submitting KYC.

There are still licensed casino that does not require and immediate KYC validation unless the account become suspicious of cheating or money laundering.

Indeed, there are many large casinos that have good reputations in this forum and we can choose them at any time, but we as gamblers must also have at least one of these casinos to make it the most favorite and most reliable casino because that way we can have the number of bets enough and can get a top VIP account rank which will be able to make us benefit from some of the bonuses that have been given such as weekly or monthly bonuses for VIP accounts.
If we as gamblers use all of these casinos then it will only make us confused and of course a little more difficult for us to have one casino that can give us more advantages.
You should first do a research on a new casino before using it to avoid unwanted things such as fraud.
Ultimately this comes down to your preferences, while it seems to make more sense to have a favorite casino in which you gamble most of your money so you can increase the amount and the rate at which you receive bonuses, this is not really for everyone, as doing this will probably cause the casino to at some point ask you to identify yourself, and while this is becoming less of an issue for gamblers there are still some people out there which prefer to remain anonymous if it is possible.
For myself, I don't mind if I play at my favorite casino and at one point they ask me to do a verification or a KYC.
Of course, I myself have a favorite casino that is trusted and big, so their reputation is also quite good, so I don't have to worry about my personal data being misused.
I have been reading and observing the gambling industry for quite a while so I know what is good and what is not good for myself when I am in this gambling industry.
Maybe it's true what you say that most gamblers prefer to remain anonymous when they are in gambling but I think that is their choice because there are also some casinos out there that don't ask KYC for each of their customers.

- What makes one game fun to play -- more so than other competitors that have similar games (ex: why you enjoy playing crypto poker on X site rather than site A)?
Games can be enjoyable to play due to a variety of elements, including gaming mechanics, graphics and audio, social engagement, incentive structures, and individual preferences. Other considerations like user interface, customer service, and advertising may also be significant when deciding between multiple websites that provide the same games. Depending on the individual, different games may appeal to different people for different reasons.
^I agree and in fact, incentive structures, such as rewards for completing tasks or achieving goals, can also provide a sense of accomplishment and motivation to keep playing. Individual preferences can play a significant role in what games someone finds enjoyable, as certain genres or styles may resonate more with some players than others. It can be also a user interface, customer service, and advertising can also impact the overall gaming experience. A user-friendly interface can make a game more accessible and enjoyable, while good customer service can help resolve any issues or concerns that may arise. So do you think how many of those gambling casinos have the same feature?

That should be the main feature to differentiate one casino from another, I have entered many casinos and have accounts in them, basically almost all offer the same games, there is no authentic development, most always contract the same providers, and that is not It is wrong, but if someone likes casino A, but casino B comes out, which is new and offers the same games as casino A, obviously people will be in casino A, because it is their favorite or because it is simply older than B, those things are what a casino should consider, when there are authentic games that attracts attention.

We have a variety of casinos to choose from, so we can surely find ones that fit our needs. However, there are great casinos that most gamblers would love to play at, even if they have a KYC (Know Your Customer) requirement, simply because they are reputable and there is a very low chance of being scammed. Maybe if you are gambling a small amount, you can use a non-reputable casino, but if you are risking a significant amount of money, you will surely look for a reputable one.

Additionally, a KYC requirement does not necessarily mean it's hard to comply with, as some casinos only require a few details from the users. In fact, I am even signed up with a casino that does not require any documents to prove my identity, and I consider them a good option.

Exactly mate you are right here in forum a lot of casino that reputable enough and it's a good option if we choose them because we all know once we are playing on the reputable casino then the risk are too low we can withdraw whenever we want to withdraw as long we follow the rules and regulation then everything gonna be alright no issue and no doubt about the casino. While playing new sites which is high-risk because we don't know yet their services .
someone hesitates to gamble at a new casino is because they have never tested or tried the new casino and they choose to wait for someone trusted here to provide a review of whether the new casino is safe.

even though we sometimes don't have to wait for other people to test a new casino just use a small amount and make a deposit then bet until you get some wins after that try to withdraw funds from the kasno. if everything goes smoothly without any problems try doing it a few times if everything is fine maybe the new casino is like being used as a place to gamble.
