• also ensure there is a minimum deposit and withdrawal amount as most people wouldn't want to try a new casino with any reasonable amount but would prefer to start small.
~

This is very important. People should be allowed to try the site, especially if it's a newly appeared one, with a smallest amount possible. In my opinion it should be around $5-$10 max. Also they should have an opportunity to withdraw such a small amount to see how it's working on the site. Tip: Make it quick. Gamblers adore sites with instant withdrawals. Chances are, it will be the main reason they will stick with your site.

Nothing matters a lot. You just need to be honest that’s all a gambler expects from a casino.
Work on your bankroll and probablyfair thing OP. Also make the games UI smooth, so that no player should face any sort of lag and this gives the user smoothless gaming experience. Also it will be better if you can implement no KYC policy. As we are talking about crypto gambling. And here many of us like to remain anonymous. As far as you remain honest with your players, you will be praised by them. That’s all each and every gambler wants from a gambling site with has a potential .
Indeed, honesty is the best policy. Even if everything in the casino seems perfect, but there is no transparency, then expect that it will not continue to work in the long run. Just be honest to all the players, i guess  that one big word will leave a huge impact to all the players and will keep them playing in your casino. Also, if it’s a KYC free, that will also means a lot to them as privacy always matters. And with updated games and promotions, and good marketing, players will definitely stick to what your casino has to offer.

Transparency is another word for trust, there must be trust and openness in what the casinos do, the most annoying thing about them is that you don't finds them where you expected they should be, any casino coming onboard should sit down to analyze the present challenges and situation of things with the existing ones and then work on making an improvement on their weakness, KYC issue has to be dealt with and so is the deposit and customer service in the same direction.

Games which demand more skills and less luck from players in order to win. More competitive games to bet where analyzes matter for long term outcomes. If you could create strategy games to play PVP it would be great. So we could play against others, but also bet on the player we think it's going to win, if we don't want to play.

I believe to offer the same games every single platform is already offering is a waste of time and money right now. There are many active gamblers these days, but there is also a high number of casinos disponible. The proportion between supply and demand is pretty balanced. If you want to enter the industry you need to be creative, introducing something never seen before, like crypto enthusiasts did in previous years.
Everyone would like to see these. But when we play from out homes bots would become an instant problem. They can't even throw all bots away from normal online games and they have years of experience in game development. Just imagine how bad this problem would be in somewhere where there's money involved.

Poker type of games would work as bots could do it only so well but chess or any kind of games that require calculations wouldn't work, combat games / reaction speed games would be pointless too.

I also think that the games that are based on many bots can make a lot of difference with our game, since I haven't entered many casinos I am used to playing only against the computer or against the casino, but I like it if I see that there are many more players, the good thing would be that they could do something like a pvp of the main most popular games in the world, such as poker, black jack, and this would make a lot of difference with other casinos, but I think that They don't do it because it's much more expensive for the casinos, and they don't see it profitable, that's what I think may be happening.

Do you know that's the way I see things some people do not research for their perfect game then play before they enter into any game they make sure that they have research and know the particular game that one's so I believe that the searching for game is good and very important but what I want you to know is that you have to follow your own well
Most people will follow what others are doing because they think they can get the same luck as them. But not like that because playing gambling depends on luck and if you don't have it, you won't be able to win. Maybe they can be careful in choosing their games but still, they have to see how good their luck goes with them. And if luck were on their side, they would win. So just enjoy the time you play gambling because, who knows, you can be the winner in many games.

- What are some current pain points in the crypto gaming/gambling space for players?
- What would you like to see?
- What makes one game fun to play -- more so than other competitors that have similar games (ex: why you enjoy playing crypto poker on X site rather than site A)?
- Who are some absolute Degens in the space?
- Aside from BitcoinTalk (this forum) where else do you get your news that you trust (which newsletters, sites, which Youtubers, any twitter accounts)?

The number one thing, which makes a game fun to play is the combination of skills and luck(an outcome that cannot be easily predicted). By using your "skills" I mean actually using your brain in order to come up with a strategy or tactic. Dice/crash games are really boring, because your just click on a button and wait for the outcome. There's no strategic element in it(I don't count martingale as a gambling strategy).
What news are you taking about? Crypto news in general or news about crypto gambling? I remember that I used to be active to Reddit, but I deleted my Reddit account. There were lots of active crypto subreddits there.

But there is no thing as Perfect game in gambling because even that you are already an expert here yet you will find it difficult to win constantly meaning you'll always depend on Luck mate.
try not to full yourself out with expectation that too much , just enjoy .. try to win and if loss?then admit it and out.

I'm part of a team developing a crypto/blockchain game that has big $$ prize potential. I'm doing some research and hoping this community can help. If you guys have any insight/thoughts on the following questions please share them. We are really trying to build something that is enjoyable for the crypto gaming/gambling community.

- What are some current pain points in the crypto gaming/gambling space for players?

Generally, I think KYC was an issue for most players due to the sensitivity of information that they have to release. While this cannot be entirely avoided, I hope that there is a middle ground on how to address this.

Quote
- What would you like to see?

Definitely some new and interactive games. Given that there are lots of online gambling websites nowadays, you have to create your own identity and games in order to retain your customers.

Quote
- What makes one game fun to play -- more so than other competitors that have similar games (ex: why you enjoy playing crypto poker on X site rather than site A)?

I think it has something to do with the overall aesthetics of the website. Given that there are poker games in every gambling company, you have to create your own identity and make the game somehow interactive to introduce change.

Quote
- Aside from BitcoinTalk (this forum) where else do you get your news that you trust (which newsletters, sites, which Youtubers, any twitter accounts)?

Mostly on all social-media platforms. To be honest, this forum is my main repository of cryptocurrency news and I definitely trust the reviews/feedbacks that others give and their respective insights on a given issue.

We do prefer on having these kind or type of games but we do know that this do really consumes too much time.Majority of gamblers doesnt really like that kind of set-up on which there are really that people

who would really be that preferring on having those fast or instantaneous type of games which is particular be on those luck based that we do have today on this market. If ever we do see something new
then it would really be kinda interesting because if we do look around then it is really having that saturated feel because offerings are all over the same.
Something that we arent able to see on this market on which this do really create that kind of interest but well each company will really be looking into something like this,
if ever they would be coming up with some idea then they wont be tend to share or expose it out.

A game is fun to play when there are a lot of people involved in it. Because what makes it more fun is the discussion and the conversation that's being made while playing that specific game.
The network is being made and the experience becomes different because it's making everyone involved on it and there's gotta be a lot of talks being made and it's like an unstoppable chit-chat which really makes it so fun. So, it's not just the game itself but the possible things that can happen upon playing a game.

If we are going to talk about an upcoming game, that better be innovative and more interactive among the players and the system itself, unlike the previous and currently existing ones. I would like to have and try a crypto game that is not overly dominated by bots and automation. It would be really nice to have a game that is based on teamwork, strategies, and personal interactive combats which will determine the points and winning systems.

This means you want a Pvp game, as only PvP games are not restricted by bots. But to be honest, building an unique PvP game from scratch would take a lot of time and manpower. And also the gambling site owner need to spend a lot of money to hire developers who are professionals and will do the work smoothly. I highly doubt that this might be done by any new gambling site, until and unless they see any great traffic to their site. I would suggest OP, to stay with the OG games, and build trust with the gamblers . Building trust and being transparent is what a gambler seeks from a gambling site. Work on this if possible.

Casino can partner to those existing project that focus on game development since there’s a lot of company especially on NFT industry specialized games development. They can save time and money for there own game development if they will just use other start up project games since they will just need to add there own payment method on the game.

The only thing that casino avoids on this type of games was it is a slow game while casino needs a server to host all players. This type of games is not suitable for casino because they preferred fast result games over the gameplay itself.
The thing is casino have different varieties which i want us to understand because if a particular casino platform should accept such kind of game and i believe that casino it's self generally, will it adopt such games as stated, because this are things we have to understand, because from the root i understand casino games i think each set up the game that will be in them one by one, others will at least check if it's admirable before they will include it in their system.

Thanks all.

I think that the ideal gaming platform should certainly be on the market, but it is very difficult to build such a platform. As for me, the wishes of the players alone are not enough, because there are many players and all the wishes will still not be able to be implemented. As for me, the main thing is to stand out in the market with something, for example, it should be something that is not found anywhere else. Yes, it is difficult to implement, but if there is an idea, it is good and there is no such thing on the market, then this would be a feature of your gaming platform and then many players would definitely pay attention to it. In addition to this special function, there should be those best features that are everywhere and are in demand, because this is exactly what the majority likes. Personally, I see this as the basis of a new better gaming platform.

Maybe a lot of research results and ideas have been provided by the community here for you, if you really apply the game methods and features well on the crypto gambling site that you want to develop.

For me personally, what types of games and features do you want to run and develop on a crypto gambling site for me all that is fine and good, as long as the game is not flashy and weird.

Only one from me, if you apply and develop crypto gambling, always try to be honest and not manipulate the game, try to pay the user's winnings and offer bonuses accordingly, don't make it difficult for users who want to bet.

we have seen several gambling sites introduced their own pvp games here but they were not successful to this endeavour. maybe owed to decreasing interest. it may attract at the beginning but sustaining their interest is the dilemma. so they need to think how they can keep up the interest of players in long-term basis. because they won't see their profits at the beginning but if they can survive longer in this business, they may see their profits.

You like to take as much from our money as possible, and we like to take as much from the casino's bank as well. That's just normal. Considering that there are many more casinos, both online (fiat and crypto) and physical, it's fair to say that you and your colleagues are much more successful in taking our money than we are in taking yours. If you want to make a difference, give the players greater odds to win long-term.

** I cannot thank you all who have shared feedback here -- everything is being taken in by me and the team and we really want to build these games the right way - for the players. Appreciate you all
Many have mentioned the KYC thing but I don't think you can do much about it since you'll most likely get a gambling license anyway. It's part of license providers anti-money laundering requirement so you'll still have to abide with their rules whether you like it or not. Some gamblers prefer licensed casinos by the way.

Focus on security and also make sure you are solvent or liquid before launching your platform. It's a red flag when there are delays on withdrawals.
