okay everything is resolved now. Did kyc yesterday, still says ''needs-review'' then today the team asked me why I deposited in the first place, told them why and withdrawal has arrived, a lot of you guys are saying it was because I didnt wager anything which makes a lot of sense and I agree with but unfortunately I didnt think about this before withdrawing. thank you to everyone who helped
It’s good to know that this is already ok, seriously there’s no need to open a thread just because of the delays since they are just doing their normal procedure and you know to yourself that instantly deposit and withdrawal is quiet suspicious. Well, better to lock this thread now as it is already resolved.

@OP
Personally, I find something "useless" to open a topic after a few hours of requesting a withdrawal, but in any case thank you for sharing your experience (which is instructive for everyone) and for updating the topic with resolution/outcome. It's really important to know that everything was resolved.

Problem shared is problem solved , that is, as you shared the problem those who have experienced it before,  shared their experienced with you and find solutions to it and solve the problem. Rollbit is a reputable casino company so when you brought the news, people were surprised and that was why I also told you that, you would have waited for like 24hrs first before creating thread on their head. Well thank God that the issue has been resolved. And I also thank you for updating us back again.
Too bad that resolved cases are far too few compared that to people that are still having problem with some of these crypto casinos but I guess there's just too many and it's not like no one that are claiming fake issues. Regarding the update, it's actually nice that OP bothered to do so because there's other users that don't do any updates and casinos often don't do the update themselves so many people are left in the dark.

This is really informative to hear. At least RollBit kept their promise to deliver an exceptionally well-handled customer service support system. Though there may have been issues, this is proof that they are willing to fix and resolve any issues to preserve their name in the online gambling industry.

This should be a prime example to anyone who plans on creating their own online gambling website. Sure, you may consider high bonuses and rewards to your players but providing a seamless customer service support system is as much as important to the rewards you may provide.

in every casino they always require the KYC only when you are going to withdraw, they never Say that when you are playing that if you win you must comply with the KYC to withdraw the money , and they should say that in some way to be able to be alert, otherwise it could not be left there , because from the moment you play in the casino you should already be doing the documents.
Wrong, not every casinos will ask you to submit KYC when you want to withdraw your money. I've withdraw in few trusted casinos and they didn't ask my KYC, most of the cases when the casino ask the gambler to submit KYC is they detect something suspicious in your account.

that's not a lot of money for a big casino like RollBit to ruin its reputation for, your problem will be fixed.
First of all, read the subject and other people's post before making post Roll Eyes

Good to hear...  And these things happen more than you think with gambling sites.  So it's really good to have patience and talk nice to the people behind the site.  If you aren't doing any real shenanigans then you have nothing to worry about.

First of all, RollBiT is not a small platform in gambling space, they have very good reputation and I have not seen any bad reviews about the casinos before, the few I can find are accusers that are not completely opening up to the world about what they really did wrong, they give some false accusation and withheld the rest of the information.

Secondly, it's just 16 hours, man, you really lack some patience, I know that for some people, $900+ is a lot of money and the dream of losing that can affect them, still you should calm down before raising a red flag.

Thirdly you mentioned that you have contacted their customer services, that's a good one, all you have to do is just wait, it could take longer like a week or two, just chill and wait, that's not a lot of money for a big casino like RollBit to ruin its reputation for, your problem will be fixed.

You can't blame him; perhaps he was used to having his withdrawals released instantly. Even I have used many gambling sites, and I haven't experienced a delay in my withdrawals like that before. However, the good news is that his withdrawal request was processed, and he is now happy. Rollbit was able to maintain its good reputation, so both parties are satisfied.

This why it’s important to read the ToS before you create an account and deposit money since some casino requires much more wagering requirements such as x5 that will surely annoy you if you are not aware and you don’t like it. Most of the crypto casino nowadays has a wagering requirements for deposit as AML policy dictates to avoid money laundering on the casino.

Be a lamb and lock this thread before you leave the forum because this will surely be spam even if you marked it as resolved.

If I can understand you correctly OP, you have made a withdrawal close to the current amount you requested for and it worked without such delay, this is the second time you are trying such withdrawal and this happened.
If yes, you should be patient till after 24hour so as to be sure your next step, you should also try to cancel the transaction if it still shows pending or any error message of sort, that's if it responds.
Lastly, if a KYC verification is required, or you haven't done yours knowing quite well the site made provisions for it clearly, then you should do it, because it proves you are the owner of the fund and is the one making the request, unless you are required to fulfil a task before making this withdrawal.

What I think is that if OP requested the withdrawal and it lasted as long as it lasted, it is because of KYC issues, and yes, there are times that it takes time when the KYC is fulfilled because the Reviewers take time verifying each document, it is not that they should accept it at once, but I am one of those who do not like to do the KYC, and in every casino they always require the KYC only when you are going to withdraw, they never Say that when you are playing that if you win you must comply with the KYC to withdraw the money , and they should say that in some way to be able to be alert, otherwise it could not be left there , because from the moment you play in the casino you should already be doing the documents.

my withdrawal is still pending. I have talked to 2 agents but nothing is resolved yet. Im trying to withdraw $996 and have withdrawn $974 before but it didnt take this long. I didnt win this money, I deposited it. 6 hours ago an agent said ''The withdrawal queue has now been processed'' but im still waiting.

it is a common situation for us, we sometimes need to wait for long to get our payment processed, it happened one with me with bcgame but i had to wait only just around 3 hours or so to get my withdrawal, when i asked to their chat support they said their finance officer check the transaction for any fraudulent activity then approve it.

Did you checked your wallet address on blockchain explorer OP?, that you successfully received your withdrawal in your wallet or the transaction is pending for confirmation?

      -     You know, mate, 16 hours pass in less than a day; that means you should increase your patience; maybe something will just be fixed a little. Then Rollbit is doing well so far in the crypto space.

The others take a few weeks or a few days before their withdrawal is released, so if you deposited it, why do you release it immediately? You know that in the casino, there is a system where if you make a deposit, you must

I talked to the agent and did kyc now waiting. thank you guys for the help
I hope you can come back here and say that the KYC process is complete and you can continue the money withdrawal process. That will make it easier for people to understand that your case is closed so you can close the thread.

That means all you have to do now is wait patiently. Often the KYC process takes longer than usual so you have to be more patient and wait until the KYC process is complete.

Crazy things happening from casinos this days, you haven't win any money and you are asked to pass KYC to withdraw your own funds,  and you said you have successfully withdrawn some money before?

This is sick, this is the stuffs that gets on my nerves easily, I wish you ask why they now decide to ask for KYC when you trying to withdraw your fund.

actually he also mentioned that he deposited that Money and then tried to withdraw. in which I believe that there is a need to wager first before the withdrawal.
and also we are talking about Rollbit here mate as they have proven their name for years now.
and i believe that will not risk that name over this kind of amount.

The past experience I have with casinos is, they always ask for KYC verification after you win some good amount of money, this is the first time I see someone asked to pass KYC to withdraw their own money that they deposited on a casino.

Online casinos really need to upgrade their ways of rendering services to customers, if this happen to me I will quit that casino and never come back, that amount is very small to start asking for KYC verification, and the reason for KYC is to avoid money laundering.

All I see is, it's easy to deposit your hard earned money on a casino but it's hard to withdraw them.

I think that highlighted part is the problem because look at it, you deposited the amount and wanted to withdraw without playing , or wagering that brings alarm to the security team as this might be a possible laundering because back in the days, casino houses had been used for this kind of abused , i am not telling that it is your intention but sorry to say but the redflag has been drawn , and yeah i believe you need to comply about that KYC for now.

So further to the earlier tweet about Hills not being able to pay out a £500 bet. I have spoken about this type of thing before but it is worth repeating.
The unequivocal number 1 principle about betting is that if you place a bet that wins, you get paid in a timely manner. It is the very fabric of this great game. Not getting paid out in a timely manner is an increasingly dark stain on the industry. I have experienced it myself so many times (and talked about it on here). We have also seen others experience it including the high profile situation recently where the Police were called to a Hills shop. The punter in question was eventually paid but not before all sorts of ridiculous hassle. I talked about the time I only got paid recently when I contacted the CEO. Happened almost instantly. It is crazy.
What is happening is that bookmakers (both online and in shops) are using a myriad of excuses to make life as hard as possible for those who have the audacity to actually win a few pounds. Whether that be the ridiculous KYC checks at withdrawal online or in shops where they often hide behind affordability/KYC/responsible gambling/AML. You name it. At least online once the issues are resolved you normally get paid straight away.
In the shops it is very different as you not only need to circumnavigate the above issues but also have the shop actually having the money to pay you. I can understand why a shop would not want to keep a large sum of cash on the premises. It is not unreasonable to expect a shop to have £2/3k in its safe though, ready and willing to pay out as appropriate. The customers may have to wait for the time delay on the safe but so be it. I have been very understanding where a shop may have say £4k in the safe. I want to be paid £4k but in the end say I would only take £2k now so that they have enough money for other customers who may also win. What I cannot abide by is shops that don’t even have £500 in the safe. That shop shouldn’t have a license. It wasn’t a case of someone having just cashed out a large sum of money. Have we really got to a situation where bookmakers don’t expect to pay out any winning bets? A shop should have £2/3k as a minimum so that they can meet the huge majority of their customers needs. It is embarrassing that this sort of behaviour is allowed to persist. Come back tomorrow or the next day they say. When you do and they still don’t have it. It drives you insane. It may take 4/5 occasions. Or more. That maybe the intention. Make it as hard as possible for those who win. It is something that the betting media should talk about much more. These are  companies being allowed to run roughshod over its customers by an incredibly incompetent . These are very basics of betting not being adhered to. Perfectly normal legitimate bets that punters are having to jump through hoops to get paid on. Why anyone thinks they would be even remotely competent at sorting out more complex issues like affordability checks is beyond me.
