my withdrawal is still pending. I have talked to 2 agents but nothing is resolved yet. Im trying to withdraw $996 and have withdrawn $974 before but it didnt take this long. I didnt win this money, I deposited it. 6 hours ago an agent said ''The withdrawal queue has now been processed'' but im still waiting.
That could be part of the delay process on the withdrawal, you already talked to their support better to wait for further details as your withdrawal is already on process. Maybe they are still checking its validity or there’s really a big traffic on their platform, there’s nothing to worry about this though as Rollbit keeps on solving this kind of issue, if they asked for some details better to cooperate with them.

I believe @OP was required to do KYC in order to get his funds.  It is possible upon processing the withdrawal, the anti fraud system is triggered because @OP did not meet the minimum requirement of wagering that is required to be able to withdraw the deposited amount.

I talked to the agent and did kyc now waiting. thank you guys for the help
So you able to complete KYC?

Did you ask for the reason why you got an error "ID from this country is not allowed"?

When clearly you are not a resident from the list of restricted countries?

Since you were able to complete KYC, the withdrawal will be processed in the next few minutes.

It is possible that he submitted a not accepted ID card, or the system find the card not fit due to the system found some modification not set on the standard of KYC.

Since the next KYC submission is accepted by the system, I wonder if @OP KYC is approved, any update @OP?

You deposit and withdraw it after an hour? That could be a red flag and that’s why there’s a delay.
Though the support must inform you about your withdrawal especially if they still need some confirmation from you. Though KYC can be asked any time especially if you have this kind of transactions that is probe to laundering and mixing cryptos. Rollbit will surely resolve this one, you just have to be more patient.

Be nice!
in their TOS they say that people will be asked to do kyc level two in case they deposit 2000 euros or more than 2000 euros, if I'm not wrong, but also in the FAQ they are clear in saying that new accounts when depositing need of having to wager $10 before they can request a withdrawal, that is fair and any casino will ask people to play before making withdrawals. you cannot make a deposit and not play anything and then request a withdrawal, this is what leads to suspicion of money laundering, this is probably the reason they are asking you to do kyc. I suggest you put more details in this thread

What documents did you submit to the casino? You say that the withdrawal is pending for 16 hours, in this short period of time have you already submitted the documents to kyc and have they already reviewed and disapproved your documents? It's strange that so much happened in just a few hours. Also post all conversations you had with support and also photos of your account along with deposits, statistics and withdrawal history, this to serve as evidence so we can all understand what is really happening

here are my deposits and withdrawals

Clearly, you've triggered a suspicious activity when you've deposited and have not played on the platform which resulted to request for a KYC verification. From the looks of it, there's isn't any issue on the platform as they responded to all of your queries and the documents you've submitted. You just need to reach out to them for further assistance especially with the KYC verification as it was not approved even if those are documents are outside the restricted list of countries.
If ever more than 24 hours has passed and no update from the platform about your KYC and your withdrawal, try to reach out directly on Rollbit's ANN thread.

you havent profited much it seems so i dont think you should have issue to receive your withdraw eventually, seems you are trying to withdraw without betting  your deposit ?

That might be the reason why they suddenly asked  you for kyc as this usually raises some  flags even at books like stake  if people dont bet

Sending money to a casino and withdrawing right away is a red flag that suggests an attempt to mix coins.
I understand why he was asked to do KYC and if the documments of OP's country aren't accepted that's another red flag.
The only thing I don't get is why he was allowed to make an account if his country is banned. IPs from his location should be blocked, right? If they are allowing people from restricted countries to play, as long as they lose and not withdraw, that's a shady tactic.

He did make some mention about making out some bets but its not clarified on how much rollover or he had been able to wager for him to be able to completely to make withdrawal.
This is what i do have in mind too on which making out some deposits and tending to make withdrawal directly would really be triggering out that kind of security feature knowing that gambling casino
sites would really be that alert when it comes to possible money laundering which it would really be normal for Rollbit would be asking for some KYC if ever you didnt been able to hit that requirement.
As for OP's situation then he would be needing up some patience and if the documents been sent out arent valid or not been accepted  then you would be needing for another as long it do fits
out on their requirement.

You should be aware that withdrawing money that you've just deposited without placing any bets or meeting the minimum wager requirement could raise concerns with your account and alert their administrators, indicating that your account may require KYC verification. Currently, I'm not aware of any crypto casinos that permit you to withdraw your deposited funds without wagering at least 1x the amount.

I'm sure that you issue will be solved when they complete your KYC verification, but still it's something unique to see from a casino accepting documents from a country where users gets error when manually submit those documents. Still, I hope that you may get your payment because Rollbit is among the trusted casinos and they won't ruin their reputation for that amount.

Still, it exposes some incompetence on the side of the casino.

They processed his first withdrawal without KYC, then took a whole day to process the second one and told him that it was done, but wasn't. Do they even communicate within the company? Don't they have Slack or something?
Finally they realized his withdrawal wasn't processed and decided to do KYC. When in doubt - KYC Cheesy

if you are not from a restricted country, you should get your money back.

OP I will advise you give rollbit casino a little time to process your verification and payment. They are a well known casino here and have existed for a long period of time. It would please you to know that rollbit casino is currently running a campaign and tell me when they are doing such do you think they would want to tarnish their reputation that they have spent years in building?
As a matter of fact, they have given you a reply.  So I will just tell you to wait for their reply as per your KYC documents to be verified and appropriate actions taken with respect to the results of the KYC. You should know that sometimes KYC takes much longer to be verified and most times when it involves a third party verification company they partner with to verify clients identity, this takes much time to get response as there are other KYC documents before you to be verified. So it would advise you give them a little time more.

He said KYC is pending which means it is in the sense of approval, as long as it is completed then OP can clarify again that the problem has been resolved.

Actually this is a bit of confusion because he has made a withdrawal before and successfully now going to withdraw again is a problem and after KYC is restricted because of his country.
Maybe this is something a little wrong from the agent, well who knows it will be resolved when the OP gives news again.

I think since you deposited $996 but tried to withdraw it again without betting it. That's why you might feel shady from the casino and take longer to withdraw, but I think you'll find this solution easy. Maybe you tried withdrawing your funds directly after making a direct deposit without gambling because your withdrawals were blocked for military time. Since you are waiting for 16 hours, maybe from the casino platform they will solve this problem for you within 24 hours and your withdrawal will be completed. I think you don't need to be so conceited but wait a day. Also, the way you created a thread maybe you don't have patience it's been 16 hours maybe you lost patience and can't wait, does that make sense in your situation.
Rollbit have maximum of $5000 as base amount withdrawal to demand kyc,  but ops case,  aside from the fact that he did not make any wager before withdrawing his first $996 first withdrawal and at that, he failed to meet up with the current MLA demand which can place his account on red alert that's me his withdrawal not to go through and KYC being demanded.

And from the look of things,  I think the ops have more cases with the casino because I can see that from the reason stated in his KYC document rejection is stated that the ops document is not from the accepted country.

Op, I think it's clearly stated in here that you have to complete your KYC verification before you would be able to complete your withdrawal process. On the other hand,  documents from your country are restricted. I don't know how you can possily resolve this but I think you should at least wait for 24hrs then try messaging them again.

You might want to also make a complain here at their ANN thread

Yes, that's right, although this is annoying but you have to follow the rules of the casino, maybe their representatives on this forum can help more, and OP can find a better way to solve the problem.

It's quite complicated if you come from a country where it is prohibited to carry out activities on gambling sites, and we still enforce that, well what's complicated is like this, KYC documents are not accepted because they strictly prohibit the scope of countries that are allowed to play in their casinos. .

Hopefully Rollbit has wisdom for you OP, and yes, wait one more day, and don't worry too much.

I don't understand why Rollbit will say that your document is not allowed from your country. Are they denying you withdrawal of your funds, did you read the T&C before registering. I wouldn't blame the casino, if they deprive you from withdrawal because you brought the attention to them by depositing without wagering and you want to withdraw that same day. It will look suspicious and that was why they came up with the KYC thing, because from your statement, you said that you have made a withdrawal before. Next time you shouldn't deposit to any casino without, providing them your KYC requirement to avoid such stories. Try and contact their representative in the forum and hear what his reply will be.
