If I were you, I'd better not to go back again in gambling just because I wanted to win back my losses, I guess it is not worth it anymore after seeing what gambling really is. I used to chase losses like most gamblers do, but it's not good. As many people has mentioned, you will bring more and more money just to make up your losses from the past. That's why it's better to forget what you've lost, it's gone. Start all over again the next day and try not to look at your negative profit stats. Maybe one day you will be able to recover all losses, it doesn't have to be done in just one day
Trying to win back the lost money in my opinion is just another way to get buried in more losses and making both your addiction and debts worse . And even tho if trying to win back the lost money is also gambling , it won't feel the same at all , since the whole thing will be envelopped with lots of frustration and you'll be thinking that whatever you win ,you'll just get back what was yours , and not add money to your bankroll , it'll be just hopeless attempts for getting out of the red zone !

it is difficult to do so, and i would never do it, specially because you are risking much more money if you are trying to go for that money that you lost before.

That’s the motto of a person who dorsnt take no for an answer and more often than not leads him to losing more money in the first place. You would have to take a knee sometimes and let things go because that would kean a fight in another day not carelessly betting money
