My opinion is when we lost our money. We should not play again and again and make our self crazy on gambling to get back the lost money. For sure it wont work. Simply quit and come back with comfort money for next day to try again not in the same day. Make sure that win or lose we should play for the money which we planed for the day.
Yup if we try it on the same day I think it won't work and we lose some more money. Our mind needs some rest so stop the game and play after some time or else play next day. But according to my experience once we lose money in gambling it is very tough to earn back.

It depends if the losses that you have is a lot it's better to stop gambling rather than make more losses in your account. In my opinion that's the best way that you could deal with it but if it's just a starting amount i think it is ok to play more to hope that you could return it but not too much i guess.

I don't know why others are keeping on playing gambling even if they know that the same thing will happen to them if they will gamble again. Emotional people are losing the most and then drink, take drugs or think of suicide. Don't be like that.Again, emotions are the worst enemy of a gambler. We have been there, its hard to fight and overcome it. And unless you have money to burn, I wouldn't suggest coming back after a big loss.
