Gambling an activity for fun also has the chance to turn someone's fortune. Calculated risk when taken in gambling can be the way to big wins from gambling. Who do you think should take more risk in gambling? The rich gambler or the gambler who is not yet rich. If a rich gambler takes risks in gambling, they are risking losing money and becoming poor from gambling, or getting richer, when a gambler who is not yet rich gambles, they can also get poorer or richer, so the gambler who should take the risk should be the gambler who can handle the dangers of the risk like losing too. When a rich gambler loses from taking a risk, there is a better chance of them being in a position to manage with the losses, than someone struggling financially who a big loss will really affect. So, I am confused after asking myself this question and answering it, does this mean a poor gambler should continue to play it safe in gambling? With no risk, how can a poor gambler change their fortune in gambling?

Both have same risk but the only problem with poor people is they have limited chance to earn or recover since they only have less amount to spend. But also for rich gambler they can lose a lot of money but they can extend their time playing since they have a lot of money to use.

But for usually who are them got a high chance to get addicted I think the person who have huge capital since sometimes they are the one who's capable to gamble more and for their want to win the game then these guys might not notice they are over extending their time that's why usually these people got compromise so bad when addiction stage happen.

Who do you think should take more risk in gambling?

Of course not both, it's better to take the risk they are ready to bear. Poor gamblers will bet small amounts and rich gamblers will bet large amounts. Both have the same risks, and if they are not ready for the risks, it is better to avoid them. If both of them become gambling addicts then the situation is different, the poor gambler will get poorer and more stressed in his life while the rich gambler will eventually become poor no matter how much money he has if he realizes his mistake too late, but if he immediately realizes his mistake then his condition will not be as serious as that of a poor gambler

However, if gambling is considered an activity for fun, then rich people may gamble for fun, while poor people gamble for profit.

I'm also actually confused by what you mean above, a little don't understand what you're asking, but as far as I know, all gamblers play at risk, it doesn't differentiate between rich or poor gamblers, they take risks when gambling, unless they avoid gambling, it means they don't play at risk. Any kind of gambling always has risks, so what do you mean by rich gamblers or poor gamblers who have to take big risks, what do you mean by winning big, who takes the most risks?

In my view, rich gamblers very rarely think about the risks of their gambling, so it's not surprising that you see many rich gamblers who don't run out of money, let alone make themselves poor just because of gambling, on average they use the money they have or don't use to gamble and have fun. So, if they win big, they see it as just a reward and bonus and if they lose, they won't use any other money, which will make them poor, let alone bankrupt, because they must be good at managing money properly. In contrast, for poor gamblers, it will be a big win for them because maybe Indeed, to win big, poor gamblers always take big risks.  Wink

The gambler use the money for earning more from their capital,So they need to understand the importance of the money. The gambler using the money should use of the strategies in the game. The game without the strategy is like playing the game for the luck. The luck in the game will make you comfortable with the win.So the gamblers cab mange the many expenses with the winning money apart from the gambling money. The gamblers who ready to take the risk can able to make the money from the game. The risk was predefined one in the gambling site,if one is ready for risk can use the gambling site.

Management of money in the gambling site while playing the game was very important one.The rich gamblers will rarely expected the jackpot from their betting money to the gambling site. But the fact is the rich people mostly do the gambling for their entertainment apart from their work pressure from their business. So they play the peaceful gambling compared to the other poor gamblers.

Rich people gamble only to entertain themselves. Whereas a poor person gambles in order to make some extra money from it. For them gambling is like taking huge risk on their hard earned money. Whereas a rich person doesn’t care about the outcomes and gambles. There is no need of comparison. The poor people always take the highest risk in order to make some extra money. So yes poor people always risk their money more.

It's clearly the poor are taking huge risks because there is no guarantee for them to get back what they have lost especially when they decide to bet huge amounts of money when they play the rich people don't have this problem because they are not worried about the money they play since that's just a chunk of their wealth which they can just recover overnight from their businesses. Rich people have multiple sources of income while a poor man just got that money from his job and the moment he loses it, he won't get it back quickly rather he needs to wait for long for his salary in order to try another way to multiply his money again.

Who do you think should take more risk in gambling?
The truth is it's all the same because it depends on our ability and capacity regardless of financial status. Rich people tend to gamble in a lavish way while poor gamblers use what they have on them. Though rich gamblers has this advantage given that they have a lot of resources compared to poor gamblers. Sometimes poor gamblers take more risk in the hope of getting more winnings but the problem is they have limits. Gambling is most of the time one of the favorite pastime for rich people so they just want to enjoy it rather than take the risk in exchange of something.

does this mean a poor gambler should continue to play it safe in gambling?
Of course if they wanted to survive for long they should play safe in gambling as most of those who play a hero has already been broke.

Gambling an activity for fun also has the chance to turn someone's fortune. Calculated risk when taken in gambling can be the way to big wins from gambling. Who do you think should take more risk in gambling?

The answer is very simple if we think about the proper consideration about how you use gambling. You already mention that it’s an activity dedicated for fun so we can easily assume that poor people have no room for spending money just for fun. Yeah the potential jackpot win is in there but what is the odds hitting that huge win befor poor people blow up their savings?

Gambling is dedicated for rich people because gambling is business and its operation is based on the profit coming from players. There’s no way to beat a casino to win consistently so we are just discussing here who is the one who can afford to lose money and the answer is rich people.

So, I am confused after asking myself this question and answering it, does this mean a poor gambler should continue to play it safe in gambling? With no risk, how can a poor gambler change their fortune in gambling?

The first thing every gambler should realize whether rich or poor is to always “use money you can afford to lose” and taking the quoted sentence into consideration it becomes impossible for someone who’s not wealthy to use a huge amount to gamble. If as a poor gambler (gambler that’s not financially stable) you decide to start funding your account with amount that is more than you can handle financially then you’re doing a very bad thing - you might not be as lucky as those that were able to pull it off without facing any consequences.

If I have a billion dollar in my account and someone else has $200 in their account if I should stake a million dollars and the other person stakes  $0.1 dollars in your mind you might think that he’s not spending a lot and he should increase it but in reality we’re both using the same percentage from our money so the main thing to put in consideration is the percentage that’s being used not the amount.

This is a question that is not so easy to answer. On the one hand, greater risk can give us greater profit. After this, I would immediately advise poor players to take more risks, because with good luck, they can change their lives completely. And if they lose their amount of money, this should not greatly affect their life, it will still be difficult and low-income. A lot of time will pass and the poor player can try to play again, but this cannot go on forever. If he plays and loses his whole life with the hope of changing it, his life will simply turn into an endless game, perhaps this is not what we live for.

I would advise a rich player not to take risks, because if he is unlucky, it can drop him into poverty, when he will have to spend a lot of time to get food for himself.

Well, no matter what debate we have or what opinion we share, the decision will still depend on the person or gambler. We can't dictate or normalise who's the one who has the right to risk more, rich or poor; it doesn't matter; it's their own life.
I do not agree with this. In gambling, we set some rules for ourselves for us not to regret that we know about gambling. Both rich and average should be able not to go against the rules if they do not want to regret. Gambling is fun if you make it fun and not see it as a means of making money. Both rich and poor should just gamble with the money they can afford to lose and also with the time they can spend enjoying gambling. It should not be more than this. What I am saying is that rich or average should not both risk more, they should not risk.

Both have the same risk in terms of losing a proportion of money, but since the title refers to who should be at more risk, the answer is the risk will be more for the poor one. Have you ever heard of the Martingale strategy? The strategy allows a gambler to win at the casino by always multiplying the losses. Don't get hung up on the strategy, because we're not talking about that, the point I mean here's that the rich are more advantaged by their conditions. Meanwhile, the poor? they wouldn't even have any money left if they lost with little money in the eyes of the rich.

So, I am confused after asking myself this question and answering it, does this mean a poor gambler should continue to play it safe in gambling? With no risk, how can a poor gambler change their fortune in gambling?

Yes & always remember that gambling is entertainment, with little money, don't try to make a living on this side, your life will be even more ruined.

We can't dictate or normalise who's the one who has the right to risk more, rich or poor; it doesn't matter; it's their own life. And let's face it, even a poor gambler can risk more than he has; it could turn out to be a bad or good result. The same goes for the rich. The only difference is that the rich gamblers have more money or funds to waste on gambling, so they have an edge when it comes to engaging in more gambles.

and the poor gambler has limited funds when it comes to engaging in gambles; even if they want to, they can't because they don't have any money left. So the decision will always depend on the gambler; we can't control or dictate to them what they will do in their life.

all gamblers, whether rich or poor, must be careful when taking risks, if they are not yet able to accept the impact of the risks they take, do not gamble more than that limit, because losses exist for everyone, regardless of their economic conditions. and because of this it is important for each person to be able to control their limits and gamble according to the limits they have set. if they choose to gamble more than they can afford, it means they must be prepared to accept the consequences of the decisions they make.

Well I think if you're not well-off, don't go all-in on gambling. Taking it slow and playing it safe is smarter. Instead of big bets, try smaller ones, set some limits and be chill about it. You don't need crazy risks to turn things around. Being responsible with your money and playing smart over time is the way to go. Don't let gambling mess up your financial vibe. In the end whether youre rich or poor, by, it's not about who should risk more. It's about playing it smart

To me it doesn't matter if the person is rich or poor, what that is really important is the risk tolerance of that person, so no matter how rich a man is, if he gambles on what he can't afford to lose, in due time, he will be reduced down to nothing, while the poor will become more wretched than the way he already is, so there is no where it's written that the rich or poor one of them must gambles more than the other,  it's all boils down to the individual involved.

Poor people risk more IMO. Why? Despite their situation and only having a small income, they still manage to risk some amounts into gambling hoping for their lives to be changed instantly. While rich people gamble without any worries on their minds and whether they lose or not, that never changes their situation, they remain rich. Whoever spends more or less, both of them are taking risks in general and both of them suffer losses but poor people have been affected too much.

Anyway, life is not too easy and everyone is looking for the chance to improve, sometimes we just choose the wrong way.

Well, what I think is that, no matter a gambler's level of financial status, it doesn't matter who is risking more and who is risking less; what I think matters is the ability to gamble at one's own will, the ability to handle the loss when it comes, and the ability to still remain responsible in the habit.

What I know is that someone can actually be rich. I mean, the person can be very rich, but as soon as they begin to practice unethical gambling behaviors (irresponsible gambling habits), they can keep losing their money gradually until they become bankrupt and poorer than they can even imagine. While a poor man or a financial middle-class man can gamble responsibly and risk what they can afford to lose, they can get lucky, win a jackpot, and become rich.

These two points of mine connote that a rich man can gamble and still go bankrupt if they don't handle their gambling lifestyle so wisely and gamble responsibly, while a poor man can gamble responsibly, risk more money, and still become rich, and vice versa.

The only benefit for the rich is that if they win, the money will be way higher than if a poor person wins, it's true that the higher you risk the bigger your reward, but to sensible gamblers like me, we need to cut our clothes according to our sizes, if Jeff is risking $2000 on gambling every week I don't have to do the same, I can't afford to lose $2000 every week, the max that I can afford now is $20, if I keep losing $20 every weeks it won't do a thing in my body, it won't affect my real life expenses, it won't affect my responsibilities.

This should be the way of every gambler, don't walk in someones else shadow, everyone can't be the same, some people will be richer and healthy than you, accept who you are and do things the way it suits you, you will be able to live longer than running after someones else lifestyle.

Even if the rich risk more than they can afford to lose it won't feel so good for them, and this thing call gambling can turn you into a broke person, whoever you are, you don't use all you have on anything that's risky, even if $1 is all you earn per month, you need to risk not less than 0.01% on gambling to avoid stories that touches.

The poor shouldn't gamble in the first place, they should accumulate as much as possible to build their wealth. If they're keep gamble, that's the reason why they're still poor. Remember, gamble using free bet or faucet isn't gambling since you're risking for nothing.

So it's the rich that should risk more, they have larger money, means they can gamble mores.

I agree, it would be better for those who are rich and have money to take risks because there is also a possibility that they will earn back the money they will lose, unlike the poor, when the money they used is lost, that is a big loss and problem for them, where they will get something to trade with the money they lost.
it's better to those poor people to focus on working and saving instead of adding vices that won't help their lives.

This topic is similar to rich or poor who looses more in gambling and Why the rich win gambling more than the poor topics. I expect same ideas to be translated here. Arent you people tired of discussing the same thing over and over again? Dont try to cheat the system. Poor and rich both lose, win and risk identically, based the amount they bet in ratio they earn. Dont try to beat math. In % equivalent, 10 our of 1,000 is the same as 1,000 out of 100,000. The one who got engaged in gambling already is under risk. It does not matter who you are, rich, poor, experienced or not, everyone is under the risk.
