He just mad because Litecoin hasn't made him rich yet... ROFL!
Patience is a virtue. Fundamentals will eventually win out. For now traders just want to PnD for profits.

LOL. It's like, what makes these guys decide a coin is dead? This coin by metrics has been a top coin for years at this point. It's like guys just wake up one morning and decide red is the new blue.

And given how hard it would be to FUD a price change into LTC, given market cap, I never get these threads.

It is possible that the litecoin price is kept low so that the big whales can accumulate more coins and pump it later.

Actually I don't know why old coins without important innovations like doge and lite have survived despite their limitations. Perhaps their only advantage was their early adoption in the altcoin economy, but I have no doubt that sooner or later will be gradually displaced by better coins.

What limitations? Only limitation in every currency is acces to thge market. BTC or LTC is very easy to exchange to local money. If i want to make a transfer i can easy exchange money to LTC and recipientalso can easy exchange it to his local currency. Problem with BTC is when You try to use it in long term. For example someone paid me by BTC and i will make transaction in next 2 weeks also by BTC. Its very big risk to wait this 2 weeks becouse price of BTC can drop 10-15% during this time. So i have to sell it immediately and buy again next 2 weeks. No that problem with LTC.

Uhhhhh, the same could be said for Bitcoin at this point. If it wasn't for the first mover market advantage and network effect it would have gone tits up by now.

When you say "better coins" do you mean the centralized ones of the premined ones or both? Maybe the IPO coins?

If you do your research you'll notice a pattern/theme going on here... so many coins out now pushing whatever features for quick profit.

Litecoin sub $3.50 before October Cheesy (and sub $2.50 after).

Nice, more people think the price will drop, better chance the price will actually go up. Smiley

Ok experts, You know why i use LTC into transactions not BTC? Becouse its stabile. You think only about price, not about utility of it.
i'll stick with my bitcoins.

Yeah, haha Cheesy I think bitcoins is more stable than any other coins. It is well established so I do not have fear using it. The movement of it in the market is active unlike Lite Coin which I think is passive. So, I stick with bitcoins.

not only stable but the only one being used by people. So altcoins might win at some point but i dont see that happening any time soon... and when it happens, well.. i'll buy the winner Cheesy

Bitcoins are more stabile??? from 200$ to 600$ in less than half a year? Or from 1000$ to 200$? Thats stability? If i sign a contract and asking for price, doing it in LTC not BTC becouse after week i can be $$$ lost or profit...but its not stability. Why ppl still use dollars or euros doing transactions? Becouse its stabile, cryptocurrency is in deep shit becouse of speculators, worst thing for every currencies. Tell me whats the difference is for anyone using cryptocurrencies is it worth 1000$ or 1$? NOTHING its only numbers, becouse You exchange it to paper money anyway. I buy x LTC on market for x$ and transfer it. is it 3,5$ or 10$ is no matter for me. Also for speculators, they buy x BTC or x LTC for x $ then sell for y. Miners...mining of LTC is profitable, why? from over a year 100mhs earn 1ltc per day...its stabile....BTC??? Difficulty growing up like hell You can buy s7 antminer and after 3 months its garbage...specialy after halving. So for me its opposite. In every matter LTC wins, BTC is dieing but You can still be happy becouse one BTC is worth 500$....but so what?

I think most people see Litecoin as the Bitcoin backup. Also, did the LTC association update their marketing campaign? I saw this earlier on twitter...

What can be said is that it is now only 7th biggest marketcap. Not sounding really good...

True but look at what coins are above it. Ripple and two versions of Ethereum.... I'll stick with Litecoin over those, thanks.
litecoin is a dead currency right now, even though i dont own it i still want it to grow though  because the more cryptos grow the bigger it is for bitcoin
