Just a bunch of people thinking that they can manipulate the market with negative posts.

Litecoin doesn't need any negative posts anymore to be irrelevant at this point in my opinion ^^

Coblee is sell out he dumped all his LTC last year I think lol Smiley

he doesnt care about ltc, if he did, he wouldvof stop working with company that hates ltc lol Smiley

dump your litecoins people it is going to drop like heavy block be sure to be the done dropping the block not the one getting hit by the head on it lol Smiley

He hasn't sold all of his coins. He said that he would quit Coinbase if they said once and for all that they would never add Litecoin.

I do not get the point  why everyone is talking bad about Litecoin. Sure, the coin is not producing much headlines and news but the price stays very stable and it is a great coin to invest in. Look at coins like Etherum for instance which are hyped but lost almost one half of its value of the last weeks.

Just a bunch of people thinking that they can manipulate the market with negative posts.

I sincerely hope you are dumping your litecoins RIGHT NOW because there is, tbh, not much hope left.

PS: Mega dump soon! Wont say when, just be prepared! LOL
Like you know anything, you are as pathetic as those losers who send out cryptic tweets thinking they can sway the markets. Sorry no one believes you.

But he seems to be right about Litecoin having no hope left, I think.

Litecoin had its day. But there are much better alts to invest in these days like ETH when it reaches $1.50.

Yeah.
But let's be honest. What new development has there been to litecoin?
Nothing? The only thing it makes it alive are whales.

Litecoin is still an extremely strong coin and this is why:

[snip]

It was the #2 coin for ages but is now #3. Poloniex doesn't feature it as a second trading pair (instead they feature Monero).

99% of XMR trading is on Polo.

So it's like a special, obscure pet Polo thing...
Where Polo has been manipulating the XMR market from Day One in partnership with the Monero Group...
You know, exactly in the scorched earth ruthless way the Monero Group has been manipulating BitcoinTalk.

Meanwhile, LTC can be used at 1000s of payment processors around the world. It's ubiquitous.

Ya i always found it weird how they latched onto it and added a trade pair so fast.
I recall thinking WTF is a Monero and why in gods name did they add a trade pair for that coin waaay back ?

Anon coins haaaaaaaalarious  Cheesy

Instant Transactions ?
They are all fast.. What you think LTC launched with slow transactions ?

LTC is a sleeping dragon, now what will happen once this dragon wakes up? LTC price has risen $0.10 in the past week so it is starting to move.

Is it dead again? That's getting boring. Did the Chinese also heard these news Smiley?

They already get use to it. To hear news that ltc is dead, btc is dead... how many times this coins can die and resurrect?
Litecoin will live probably, maybe there isn't nothing new with them but they are still alive, nice price for 1 ltc.. so that means something I believe.
I see a lot of people don't like when price of some coin is stabile. Its boring for them, not interesting if they cant trade and earn in one day.

The price now at 740k satoshi for each litecoin and those price is almost the same price when I was trading it a year ago. For me, Litecoin is still better altcoin to hold nowadays. It looks very stable for me. Idk with others perpective but saying RIP to litecoin is very unreasonable for me.

Litecoin was dead a yaer ago. No innovation, no nothing. At best it will become a top 100 altcoin. I don't see anything better happen for litecoin.
Bye bye litecoin.

Todays volume is approaching Bitcoins in value:

http://cryptocoincharts.info/coins/graphicalComparison

Trading volume is separate from transaction volume. On the fee-free exchanges you can simply trade back and forth to give illusion of activity - at one point last year the supposed trading volume was more than the entire value of LTC in existence. Meanwhile the number of transactions rarely breaks more than 5,000 in a 24 hour period...

That's true about any coin. Thousands of dust transactions give the illusion of activity for many coins. As can be seen in the attached chart (at current moment in time) those transactions actually represent the transfer of value.

https://bitinfocharts.com/

For example:

LTC transactions of 4136 in the past 24 hours represented $12,891,552 US in value.
ETH transactions of 35750 in the past 24 hours represented $4,934,069 US in value.

Feel free to examine the chart for other examples. Litecoin is being used to move large sums of money around relative to other coins (obvious exception is Bitcoin). Looking at the total picture indicates the strength of LTC.

The average transaction value for LTC is $3044 USD and the average transaction value for ETH is $138.78.

Ether's transactions look more normal. How many people spend an average of $3044 on every financial transaction they make? LTC's transactions look like speculators or exchanges moving money.

And you are seriously calling an average transaction value of $138 "dust"? Are you claiming that you always spend more than that in your daily life and any human who spends less is spending dust? This is why LTC will never get adopted by anyone. 99% of humans spend less than $138 on their everyday transactions!!!

Ha ha ha! What demagoguery.
ETH is the biggest scam in the crypto world. Time will show ...

I wasn't the one who picked ETH for an example. If LTC is showing worse metric than Eth, which you label a "scam", what does that make LTC?

Frankly I don't think the transactions of either coin represent everyday transaction of your average human being. That would be a bit of a stretch and possibly will never happen with any cryptocurrency. I would be surprised if even one percent of the transactions were normal everyday activities.

I am suggesting picking one number out like number of transactions with out looking at the value of those transactions is a meaningless exercise. If an individual wants to transfer value from one location to another safely and without the market crashing during the time it takes currently Bitcoin and Litecoin are the best choices. The numbers indicate Litecoin is being used, is strong and still counts.
