The purpose of giving free money/faucet/worthless coin is for testing the casino whether it's fair or not, verify the bet, or to know how's the game work. AFAIK Rollbit was give free money in the past on their Twitter, but right now they didn't give it again.
IMO you could made small deposit and try few games on there, they also lowered the minimum manager so you could withdraw your coin in case you need it urgently.

Usually if your country is excluded/banned from the casino, you'll be faced can't access the casino, can't register, or get a sign/pop up.

^ This was found on the TOS if the players are lazy enough did not read it, probably they will face possible negative circumstances ahead just like what you have said that players excluded from the country where he/she live. It is very important to read them all, the TOS, and the FAQ before you will choose an online gambling casino.

Well we are comparing Rollbit on a great gambling site and I believe since both of the gambling site is under the management of a great Manager which is none other Hhampuz, they have things in common with regards to the promotion, a great way to a more successful gambling site. I’m expecting more participants on this Meme contest weekly.

Because both of them sharing the same success right now and imagine how good their manager is here so expect that there are more from Rollbit in future. They are adding on new games and combination of trading game with casino slots is nice experience which they are currently providing to the players.But yes sportsbook edition to their site will be another boost to their platform but we have to wait until the time the Rollbit team provides us a clarification about it.They are constantly adding and developing new features like recently they redesigned x-roulette and added LTC trading recently.So it take time for the developer also to add on new games with designing and backend coding. We are here only to wait for how the admin will respond to this, which wants sportsbooks to be part of Rollbit and this has indeed become the request of many people, it is not impossible for many sports lovers in gambling so I hope so too.

Roobet is very famous and I don't know that if they want to do their business with sportsbook, they will include it into the current Roobet casino or they will create a new casino only for sportsbook.
