Looking at the list of winning and losing users under the high roller tabs. I can say it is $100 min to be listed under that tab. As long as you are winning or losing at least $100 then you'll be on the list no matter how much is your bet amount. So basically there is no min amount to wager but min amount of winning/losing only. It is the same as on most other sites.
Edit: Betting $100 is also listed there no matter how much you win/lose with that bet.

The most important thing right now is that Rollbit is able to pay whatever wins from their players and now I see it as a gambling site that will have a good reputation among gamblers.
