Must have big fund and big nerve to allocate and be willing to risk such amount of money, this lucky gambler really being paid as he got that lucky spin and hit that multiplier.
Not so many who can win this same amount, it's really exciting seeing someone who are lucky to take this high amount from

They are not lucky they're just in the right time and the odds landed on their favor, it's just statistics. I think that being able to pay no matter how big the win is, is a good indicator that the website is a reputable one because they don't cheat their users with cheap trick of holding back their funds or closing their account because the client "violated" some sort of unwritten rule that they can't win big against them. Not really trying to put be offensive but the reason that it looks "big" is because this guy was bonus buying for $45k and the payout amount is only 5.27x from his wager. Its not really big in term of multiplier but kudos to this guy for pulling a crazy stunt like this , it could have gone south

There is no automatic password reset option available at the site. I forgot my login password as a result I'm unable to login to my Rollbit account. I have contacted with the live support and they told me to contact through email support to recover my account password. I have sent two messages to the support email address but live support says they haven't received any of those. Worried system

If there is a balance in the account and there is no reply from the support email, it is better that I suggest sending a PM to the OP so that it can be helped more quickly to the technicalities and I am also worried that you will not be able to enter for a long time if this problem is not solved.. But if there is no balance in the account then I think it's easier to create a new account and think of a password that is easy to memorize.

Can you consider to change the Account in the top right corner to real current username of each user, please. I know Rollbit allow users to change their username but the display name on the area on the left side of Search icon should be the real username. The site displays it as Account and I guess it is default displaying username for all.
^^ I echo the sentiments of @SquirrelJulietGarden, it will be better to see our name instead of the generic "Account", on the display. This has been the norm for other online gambling sites as at least will be known with your username, unless you are doing it for the purpose of security???

AFAIK that slot isn't owned by Rollbit, so it's not paid from rollbit's funds. It's 3rd party slot which only listed by Rollbit on their site. We do know we can win lot through slot games but we can lose a lot too on there.
