So, in your case the mistake was from your side. You didn't notice what to enter in the login page! But I have really gone through this situation. I entered the correct mail id and password (which was saved in browser). I have successfully sent message to their mail support too but their live support said, they didn't receive my message.


And thanks for the response @Rollbit Razer. Indeed, the live support gives reply quickly but they were unable to sort out the issue. After that, I created new account with another mail id. So there is nothing to do now. But the easiest password recovery system should be implemented shortly at login page.

This rights can be helpful if I have one account on Rollbit and after several months, I don't remember whether I created on Rollbit account or did not remember username or email I used to register it.

What is the solution for those people?

If they simply create a new account, it will break the rule against multi-accounts if they already have one account.

Yes he may request such thing but how if he do not even remember if he have made an account in the past? Means that he do not know which account to be disabled/closed. This kind of situation is indeed a bit confusing for players but I think players can ask support to check whether there is a created account with the same IP as what we use or not to avoid breaking the multiple accounts rule.

It is obviously the rollbit itself that can ban/disabled/exclude accounts. They have made it clear in their FAQ so, it is up to you to disable or not. In forgot password matter, maybe rollbit will add the forgot password feature soon. We don't know if rollbit will implement it or not all. It's up to rollbit. My suggestion would be the same so that we can recover our accounts if we ever forgot the password.

I've read ToS of Rollbit and haven't found the user can close their account anytime they want.

But it said we must complete any information in our account, and they have the right to ask our KYC if needed. So i think they have their own way to make recover those account to right owner, either from last deposit or recent activity we did.

It also saying its prohibited to sell rollbit account to other people.

My password was saved with the browser, but it didn't work. And I just created a new account. Whatever, rollbit should implement an easier way to recover password if anyone forget it.
are you sure put that email correctly?,(rollbit isn't use username for login). My experience saved password on the browser, will remember the username and password.
I know that and I entered my email address correctly. Saved password with browser remembers everything (Ex: username-password, email-password, numeric-password).

Another suggestion.

So, I created rollbit account a few days ago and using a saved account from "Google" but while came back again today for trying to see more my account is "Unable login" due don't really remember the password and only hope by saved account but cannot log in. I want to try to forget password, but this feature is not available on rollbit already check on the "Register & Login page" there is no function ability for forget password.
