Many thanks for all the kind words and suggestions so far. We appreciate every single one of them and find the feedback extremely valuable.
Can you consider to change the Account in the top right corner to real current username of each user, please. I know Rollbit allow users to change their username but the display name on the area on the left side of Search icon should be the real username. The site displays it as Account and I guess it is default displaying username for all.
^^ I echo the sentiments of @SquirrelJulietGarden, it will be better to see our name instead of the generic "Account", on the display. This has been the norm for other online gambling sites as at least will be known with your username, unless you are doing it for the purpose of security???
I like this suggestion! I've added it as a task for our devs
AFAIK that slot isn't owned by Rollbit, so it's not paid from rollbit's funds. It's 3rd party slot which only listed by Rollbit on their site. We do know we can win lot through slot games but we can lose a lot too on there.
Am I hearing something wrong here, or is it true?
If what you are saying is true, then any fund raised from the slots players' losses will be transferred to the game owner and rollbit.com will only earn commission from the game?
There is no official information on this so anyone can have an opinion while I hear the site owner only pays a commission as compensation for the software provider. on the other hand many sites refuse player payments so if indeed the payment is not coming from the site owner why are they refusing the payment
If a user decides to cashout a large win after playing a third-party game, that withdrawal comes directly from our funds.
We pay the game providers a fee based on the amount of wagering each third-party game has. This applies if the player wins or loses. There's no discount if a player has a big win.
