There is actually a fine line on this issue. It seems to me that Rollbit always seems to have issue with people wagering on low odds thus claiming those bonuses because they level up faster but they dont seems to put it in as part of their written rules or whatsoever. They don't ignore people which have valid issue so maybe try to be nice to them and don't call them like that since they would really ignore you since in first place they are the one who found out that you are abusing their system. Just contact them again and try to have settlement since as you said you are open to that set up and maybe they consider your request to return back your funds. This issue will not be solve in harsh way best to cooperate with them so that they would look after your issue and maybe solve it.

That might be the case because using someone else account doesn't cause account block related problems unless you are abusing the terms of casino through any means like you said we have seen in few accounts but Rollbit has the right to do so they can't put blame on them.

They are just desperate for their issue to get solve immediately then they think that doing that would be the best way for them to get easily notice but that's not actually helping their case. If he just wait for representative to come up and help him for sure he can get the best answer towards the issue he experience. And base on the discussion on the thread he created Rollbit management find something illegal on his account that's why he get banned and can't withdraw his money. A proper settlement towards this case could really help and he should come to the support then cooperate on what other things they ask since creating a thread and accuse them will just delay the process since answering supports need to handle the situation posted here in bitcointalk.

you cannot resolved the case by just flooding their official thread time after time mate, you are just showing how desperate you are and not acting professionally .

in just a day you have posted multiple times here when you can compile them in one post.

and also you already have your thread running , best to call them there or post a scam accusation if you believe that proof is in yours.

I would say to keep the discussion in that thread only and you can provide whatever valid evidence you have in support of your claim but spamming up here won't help because by posting multiple posts in a row you are violating the forum rule as well so keep your posts over there and see what happens.
