You will continue telling about the scam activity until your demand is fulfilled but you have no time to provide proof of the scam activity. Anyone can say anything that the person wants but to proof the person must have some proof which you have not. If you had any proof then you would shown us the proof of that.

It's no longer needed, it's solved. It's a very simple case of impatience and cluelessness that KYC [as annoying as they can be] is a standard practice amongst casino and completely normal to be asked to perform such. I believe OP will not come back to this thread to lock it, I'll try to PM mods to lock it for us.

After a long battle, everything is solved and got my money back. Went through a hell of verification and details!

How long was the alleged battle? You created this thread on 15th March 2024 and claimed the issue was settled on 16th March 2024. In the original allegation you made various claims but you did not provide any proof. After that you claimed the issue was resolved in your favour yet again you did not provide any proof.

How can anybody take you or your allegations seriously?

Hello,

I won on Rollbit sportsbook around $4000 and I was so happy about it and wanted to withdraw my winnings. So i submitted withdrawal of 25.7 solana. Support despite being some arrogant kids but they also stole the winnings balance from my account. They deducted it somehow and left me without the money. The keep asking stupid questions and trying to cover the fact that they stole around $4500 from my account balance.
I will continue to write reviews all over the internet about my case and I am not going to stop until they give my money back.
I have evidence for everything. I have also posted a more detailed report on trustpilot!

You are doing an unpaid job out of responsibility so I don't think there is anything for you to apologize. I like what you do. While I will try to help you sometimes but you know I am not good enough to keep tracking of incidents. I am a type of person who is here when I feel okay, I posts and when I don't, I don't post and have no activity at all for days. But when I am active, I will try to help you sometimes.

I think you need a team who will be as generous as you. For each sportsbook and casino the team will collect information and drop it on the topic, like they do on Mitchell's thread about Overview of bitcointalk signature ad campaigns. You will then copy the code and paste it to the relevant sportbook and casino section.

[Sorry, missed this post and just noticed it during my weekly sweep]

Thank you for your generous words, it means a lot.

Regarding a team, I actually get help from many members. Not a team per se, but they're very helpful.

For example, I once reached efialtis to get him to reach his contact on a casino who barely get in touch with any cases and a case against them has been dragged for months. I always counted on mahdirakib to give his insight on some technicalities of casino, and kirito89 [without trying to give a shout-out to his casino] actually popped up from time to time to help with a surprising [and very much welcome] and very valuable insight from casino's side related on how things work from their side [consider it "an insider information", LOL].

And several casino actually started giving me their direct contact, that I resort from time to time when my PM failed to reach them [others are welcome to do this, it'll help me much as sometimes DM are way faster to get responded than PM or email].

I will still appreciate anyone to pop into my thread of list or to reach me through PM to inform me about a case or two on scam accusation board that I missed, though. I eventually bound to stumble upon this thread, given I give it a a sweep at least once a week, but yeah, a help to notify me if I miss any will be much appreciated.

One matter that I am somewhat sure I can't handle and help will be greatly beneficial, if I may, are cases that's not posted on scam accusation boards, but rather on gambling board, or on a post on the casino's ANN thread. I rarely ventured into these section, so it's very easy and [beyond] extremely possible for me to miss those cases. Unless they're moved to scam accusations board by the mods [as they should be], there is 99% possibility I didn't notice them and they won't be added to my list.

Pretty much any modern online or crypto casino asks for KYC verification at any time they deem necessary. Don't tell me you did know this because if you take any effort to skim through their terms of service. Privacy policy or AML policy. You will see a mention of KYC verification.

Now that your case has been resolved, and it didn't turn out a scam as your title and OP suggested, I think it is more than fair if you add "Resolved" to the title for future reference by other users who might come across this thread.

It called KYC, and it's a common practice with same details [or perhaps even more, depending on the level] being asked for any players. I somewhat doubt it's as bad as you described, there are a lot of other user with other gambling casino that went through way more than what you experienced, like having their KYC pending for months, I think yours will looks like a walk in a park.

I'll advise you to, next time, instead of calling a staff who merely do their job as an arrogant and stupid kid and accuse a platform stealing your fund, try to do your part first like they suggested and see if it solves the problem instead of directly go seeing all red.

I was in the middle of updating my list, I'll mark yours as resolved. Please do the same with the title of this thread [through editing your first post's title] and lock this thread to keep it away from spam and meaningless discussion. The button to lock a thread is at the lower left side of the page.

@holydarkness I think your list for Rollbit not up to date.

I have not checked all but so far I can see two of the accusations against Rollbit are not there.

On the scam accusation board it seems many active scam accusations against Rollbit than any others if I am not wrong.

Yeah, last update was on 14th.

I've been busy with several persistent cases against BC and umm... Blackjack-fun [I dropped this one as it became obviously meaningless to try to solve and all it do was taking my time when I can actually use it to attend and help with other cases] these past few days, replying them and making investigations, that effectively take the most of my forum time, that I can't do my usual daily [near-instant] update.

I'm sorry for these very slow updates recently.

I think from last week or two, I went to "sweep" mode, scanning the scam accusation board when I happen to have free time and see if there's a case that's not updated. I've been promising to myself [LOL] since yesterday to do my next sweep later tonight as well as make follow-ups on some cases, when I have some free time for myself, marking some cases as resolved when it's obviously are, changing things from "invalid" to "active", etc.

For instance, Bitcasino is the one on the top of my mind as it should be able to be marked as resolved around the time Steve addressed the issue, but I gave the OP some time, to see if he'll come and made a rebuttal or is it safe to assume he realized no one bought his story. I guess the blue label is way overdue.

Strangely, kezar1's case should already been on my list as it was posted around the time I made my update, I must have missed it. Apology for this. I'll put his as well as rockybalboa's cases on Rollbit's list later tonight, together with my sweep.

Edit: OK, I clearly need my fresh cup of coffee. I thought I was replying on my list thread, I didn't notice I wrote on a scam accusation case. Most of my reply will be quite oot. LOL. Mods, please don't stone me alive.

Edit 2: p.s.:

Actually, the growing concern that I have is currently with Stake. Rollbit is relatively at a "slow pace" these days, and though BC is currently facing a couple difficult [read: stubborn] cases, it's Stake that's currently collecting pile of cases.

As mentioned by others, please provide more details. Screenshot of conversation will definitely help. I also believe that those questions are security issues related question, do you mind to perhaps tell us what those questions are?

Personally, I believe USD 4,000 is not a significant amount for Rollbit, they're more than happy to release it to you if your account are proven to be legit.

As I don't want to burden him with cases that's still unsubstantiated, I'll invite Razer only when you have provide us with more complete info. I hope you can provide them to us soonest possible.

Show us how they were "arrogant kids" I mean you are just throwing accusations here with zero proof. You think anyone will believe you?

By asking stupid questions, you mean KYC verification?

I have evidence for everything.
And yet you don't want to show us anything  Roll Eyes
