This casino has no reputation yet, so there's no risk for them to exit scam. AFAIK they only have roulette, there's no license and other game from gambling provider, so the cost they built the site isn't that high. They can just start a new casino and change the interface that will make people will not know if it was rollcat.io.

Even they're back and solve their problem, I wouldn't say they're legit casino.

I know the feels. It seems unprofessional especially if you are an active player of the site but it really happens to some sites even on to the top-rated ones but rest assured there is only a maintenance that is going on and they are only doing their best to give their players a great service.

It would be awful if they ran away with a small buck lol but if the complaints are already stacked against them then maybe they have a better reason of doing it. But if their intention is great, they will still fix all of those mess. Money can be found easily but not the reputation that is already built most especially here in the gambling industry where the competition is high.

It is quite surprising that RollCat team has proven themselves as a scam operator in less than one month. They had appeared here with one in-house game, OP also created a seeding event to prove the fairness of the game. I thought they were busy with the development of the platform. As a result, the withdrawal of 'Thamizhan' is taking long time to be processed. But RollCat server is down now, and OP hasn't provided any update. Which is a clear sign of scam. Anyway, I have supported the flag.

Supported the flag, although the casino is not accessible for few days which means that there is no way for people to get trapped with this site but the flag is still necessary to warn others just in case the site is coming back in the near future. However I doubt that they will come back, OP was online few days ago but he did not post anything so it is already a bad sign.

What's going on here? I had a little fund there and I totally have forgotten about them until now. I just have checked the site and it's down. Exit scam? My deposit was pretty low since I wanted to test the site only.
I doubt they are going through transition since it doesn't make sense to do it secretly. They could announce it here.

There is already the thinking that rollcat is not going to pay the player's money so what I'm implying is that they will create another site to steal more. That is what scammers usually do anyway.


Yes that's the thing to consider. It would also suck for the owners of the new casino if they're suspected even though they're not really associated with rollcat.

If there's transition gonna happen for sure at least they give updates to their new community here and they should not act like this then left their existing costumer hanging. But I doubt there's something like that gonna happen as their management decide to remain silent even though there are so many people discuss about their latest controversy then create negative thoughts about them. For the current action they have done I doubt that there's a transition will happen here.

I don't get it. The current issues at the sites are not resolved and you are saying that they will come up with a new site 
So what about this site and more importantly what happens to the people's balance in the casino? If they come up with a new site, it won't change anything as people won't be playing at that site until the current site issues are resolved.

Another thing that I fear is that since they are exposed now, they bring this site down and come up with another one and we never know if the new site's owner are the one who are operating Rollcat 

They don't need upgrades to process withdrawal but they did say something about transition over a week ago. I'm more inclined to believe that they took it down in preparation of a new site so I won't be surprised if a new casino thread is created here in the coming weeks.

well, I believe that we can all come to the conclusion that this casino was created with the sole intention of deceiving and stealing money from people, the owner of this casino never had the intention of running a long-term business, he undoubtedly must have done all the calculations of the cost of creating the casino + temporary operating cost (time needed to collect as much money as he could get and run away) vs the time he needed to get money that exceeded the cost of creating the casino and operating cost

probably with your money and some other people's money he must have already managed to reach the amount that gave him profit and entered this forum to see if someone had already discovered his scam scheme, and how he saw the negative feedback on his account so he no longer had any arguments, his scam scheme had already been exposed, so the only option for him was to close the casino immediately, I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but in a way you probably have too you must have noticed that those damn scammers won't come back, your money hurts lost

I'll leave my advice: you can't get your money back, unfortunately, but from now on, only use old casinos like stake.com, don't use these newly created casinos at all, wait for them to last at least 6 months and even then put little money on them and don't trust them too much

Site is down without prior notice, looks not really good situation. If I have to think positively, maybe the site is down because they are upgrading it since they said that wanted to add games from 3rd party providers. However, it does not make the situation better especially due the fact that the OP keep on silence although you have a complain about small withdrawal. In the worst case, they have decided to shut the site down and go away for few bucks.

It seems like there would be no official reply here or on the scam accusation as the Rollcat does seems interested to resolve any issues but they came only to scam the gamblers   
You need to move on and forget about this loss. Better stay away from gambling for few days as currently you will be in bad state of mind and may do emotional gambling  (revenge gambling to recover the loss) on other sites too.

It's a shame seeing them doing this scam and more sadly people depositing and getting the withdrawals. Why people do not look at the details. Just by the look of it, you can see that there is not much effort being done to prepare the site. It only has a single game " Wheel of Fortune" and a chat window aside. Seems like a scammer just deployed a cheap gambling script and his intention was to scam some money.

Even if they come up and resolve all the withdrawals issues later sometime, it is bad for them as being a new site they have left a bad impression on the gamblers.

It didnt take a whole month to them to abandone the site, no withdrawals are going through anymore

It would be nice if the casino representative could explain the problem but it doesn't seem like that will happen because I saw a user who has been waiting 2 days but the withdrawal has not been processed. Unfortunately, we can't see what games are on the site so we can't say much about the site and can only see the chat room. So if anyone wants to play on that site, it's better to be careful because several players have complained about withdrawing unprocessed money. Hopefully, the representative will show up soon and explain everything.

Sad that there's another scam casino affect a user here but I'm curious to know if there's only one person got affected by this incident since if there are many of them maybe much better if they also share their experience since we don't know if this casino accumulate already a big funds then decide to scam all of their user so they better show up here and post to warn those people who still have a doubt about the departure of the representative of this casino. The user already do all he can as he contact them on different channels so I think they don't plan to grant any withdrawal request and turn into a scam.

If you look at the chat room, he is one of those who are complaining about withdrawal. He did send some messages and he is the one who keep posting messages in the chat room about his withdrawal. If you look at the representative account of the casino, the last online was a week ago and it seems that the rep left this forum already. It is a sign of scam, no doubt about it.  Not giving any response to players for days is a bad sign already. All forum members are warned by this issue. A small withdrawal but not being processed after a week and with no response from the admin.

To solve the issue a little faster is better than simply having an active support. So many casinos are like this. It's still useless. It's like the support are only a display. There are still times where an issue will take time to be resolved especially if it's a big one so all must have a patience. Complaining won't help but it will only delay the problem more because the team can't focus on resolving it.

There are still other factors that makes the casino earn its reputation. It's not a long time since this casino here was introduced so they might still be new and they can still improve. Our feedbacks here are a good thing to them. Let's only come back later on to see if they already fixed some things.
