The first thing I noticed when I first landed on the site was that it has a rather simple UI. Maybe a bit too simple for my taste, but hey, that's just my subjective opinion. After all, it's the games that matter the most! Speaking of games, the site currently features only one game that I'm sure many of us are familiar with - spin the wheel. Yes, it's a classic that never gets old, but I would still like to see a selection of original casino games that some players may prefer better. One thing worth mentioning is that while they don't require KYC verification, they do ask for user registration. Perhaps that process could be streamlined a bit to make it even more convenient, so instead of email reistration we have unique url tokens that we can use to access our session.

Now, I must address a concern that some have already raised. It seems that there might be an issue with slow withdrawals, and unfortunately, there isn't a dedicated customer support available on the live chat. Let's hope the site administrators are already aware of these concerns and are working to address them as soon as possible.

If you look at their site and see the chat room is full of their users complaining about the withdrawal process that hasn't been processed and it's been taking them a long time waiting for it, so far the OP hasn't looked to provide clarification on this, I don't want to accuse or say this is a scam site , let's wait for them to come in this thread and explain about the withdrawal process on their site.

But if later for a long time for example a few weeks one of the Rollcat team doesn't respond and processes the withdrawals of their users and is not active on this thread, I'm sure we can all agree that this site has gone out and is a scam so it's not worth visiting never mind making a deposit on this site, tagging the OP with negative trust not to promote their site anymore in this forum,

They are online casino so they should build up a good relation with their clients so that they came back to try their casino or other service that they can offer. But lacking of support is somehow one of the big reason why thay fail because people will avoid them and this is what happening at the moment. I browsed over to your site expecting a mediocre "one hit wonder" game, but I was pleasantly surprised with what I saw. I think you will do much better, once you add more games from 3rd party game providers.

Even if it is true that they are working to add more games that make them busy, they should not ignore their players.
This is just quite small amount of money to process and it should not take more than 24 hours even if they have to check the withdrawal request first,

The user interface is simple but in my opinion it is so simple that I don't feel comfortable looking at it. Little information about the site or maybe the site is still new. 
I recommend you to letting them know via email if you don't get an answer here. There are only a few FAQs on the site, let alone no mention of withdrawals and deposits there at all. So, it is difficult to know how long it will take for your withdrawal to be processed and successful. 

I think he is the one who is complaining in the chat because of the same username, there is no even someone who replied to his message in the chatroom. It means that there is no one from the casino who is active at the time he posted the message. Sending them an email is good option (he did it already) but I think it will be the same where this player need to wait until the owner/admin online. New site but treat player like this is not really a good sign, especially it is just small amount of withdrawal.

Yeah, make sense, no one is responding meaning no one is online to handle his issues or concern.

And thanks to this use for bringing this up and hopefully the OP can have someone to look at the issues and help their customers as we here in the forum are very much concern of new casinos.

If they are not paying then there could be scam accusations which is not good for a new platform being advertise here.
