Until this day, my problem with the Roobet has not been solved
They did not even give me my affiliate money and didn't open my account after they locked it
Don't trust the Roobet , one day they will close your account and take your money

I haven't got a reply from them through email. Sorry that I can't be of much help, I still can't establish any communication with their representative. Let me try to nudge them again later today, through live support, to notify them that I've sent their team an email and expecting a reply.

They don't have an active representative here. Even their ANN thread isn't very active, with the OP last posting on March 31, 2023. It seems unlikely we'll get a reply here. My suggestion would be to reach out to Hhampuz, who manages their campaign. He might be able to help contact the casino rep. You could also try PMing him as well.

How long will we wait?
Roobet doesn't respect us. It's been more than 50 days and there's no response from them, and I haven't gotten my money from them either.

Given your attempt to raise your complaint to AG got rejected before it can be tried and made public, and CG also rejected your case, the only way I can think of to get to the bottom of your case [at least what I can do from my side] is to pursue a contact of roobet through any means I can think of.

Usually, when I have a contact of a casino and/or have been in communication with their representative, things are rather smooth and quick, given they're very attentive to my inquiries. But unfortunately I don't have their representative within range. Right now, just like you, I'm waiting and hoping they'll reply to my email. Thus, how long should we wait? I'm afraid I can't give you any answer. I can only assure you that I will try to exhaust ways to get their contact.

Hi,

I previously tried to reach one casino representative under impression that they're a sister-casino, but I was later kindly informed by them that they're not affiliated with Roobet at any degree. And since then, I am waiting for a response from other member who also seek a contact of Roobet's rep to get this resolved.

I am recently [as in few minutes ago, when your situation being brought back to my attention] pursuing other path by having a chat with their live support. Though I am a bit skeptic that it'll bear fruits, I figure it's better than sitting idly. Let's wait.

It has been 47 days since my account was closed, and there is no response from Roobet , and I have not received my money that is in my affiliate account yet. I think now they are over $5000.
I hope someone can help me solve this problem with Roobet, or contact them to give me my money and open my account

Thanks

Your words are too harsh and you're as well been quick to making conclusion, this is what you where told already right from the beginning of what the first customer agent told you, that you should wait and give them time to see into your situation, whereas on a norms, casinos don't block their customers account like that except been suspected for any illegal attempt against their rules or policies.

It has been more than a month and I have contacted live support more than 10 times since 7/19 and they have not given me an answer or responded me via email until now.

Why does everyone blame me? I came here to tell you about my experience
You cannot really blame them, many times users come here to complain about one casino or the other, when in truth they were actually cheating, and another thing is that Roobet is a reputable brand on the forum.

That being said, it does not mean we are sure you are at fault here, at least until we hear from a representative of Roobet. Just hang on and hopefully @hokydarkness will be able to get in touch with someone from their team.

I actually tried to submit a complaint with AskGambler, but they always rejected the complaint, and I contacted them and sent them all the proofs.
What reason did they give for rejecting a complaint?

I Just checked on CG and I see a complaint that I believe was your, but the reason they gave was that they don't handed affiliate marketing related issues.

They always support Roobet, go to see the date of the last complaint it was a long time ago most of the complaints about Roobet are rejected
You can never be sure, maybe they indeed received fewer complaints in that time span. If they were biased, it would be easy to see that in other open complaints.

OP is there a chance that you registered your account or signed in using a VPN service? Sometimes your account can get flagged alongside other accounts that could have used VPN or similar IP addresses to abuse the casino.

Alternatively, if you feel completely dissatisfied about the verdict, and you think you are very innocent, you can present your case to platforms like Askgamblers for further mediation and review. Maybe you can get the answers you seek much quicker.

Why does everyone blame me? I came here to tell you about my experience
For your information, I have been promoting Roobet for more than 4 years
And I confirmed to them a year and a half ago the source of the referrals
Even if I made a mistake and they closed my account, where are my profits from my affiliate account , I received many payments from them from the affiliate account,
but before my account was closed, there was about $3,000.

I believe you misinterpret the posts here. Most of us were simply inquiring to get a better understanding of your situation, to learn as much as they can, and not blaming you or saying that you're the wrong side here.

I've reached someone, in hope to be able to be able to get in touch with Roobet's staff and see if we can get a better understanding of this situation and if we can get it resolved. Hopefully, they can connect me with someone on Roobet. Fingers crossed.

Thank you so much for trying to help me I really appreciate it

Have you ever faced a problem like this?[/b]
No I have not, I am no sure that you are 100% clean about your accusations on Roobet maybe you have violated their terms and conditions that's why you didn't receive any response from the ROOLBET team.
However, I am not sure that the whole 1500 referrals you referred all did according to their terms. Since you referred them through social media they might probably did the opposite of what is expected.

I'm not sure Roobet ban your affiliate account without a single reason, meaning there must be one or several reasons why your account was ban. From the email I can see that their security system detected a connection between the accounts, but I can't fully justify the reason because there may need to be specific evidence to reveal.

Just wait patiently until your problem is handled by the casino's forum representative. I hope someone will handle your problem and explain specifically what caused your account to be ban. It's very unpleasant when an account is band with thousands of dollars in it. I apologize for that.

Roobet closed my account on the Friday 7/19/2024 , I sent them more than 15 emails, but no response from them, and I contacted live support more than five times, every time they say they will make them respond me by email, but we as live support cannot help you, they closed my account and there are more than 3000$ inside my affiliate account and more than 1500 referrals, do not trust Roobet. And I was promoting them on Instagram
They will close your account for no reason and will never reply to you.
I also posted on Roobet Reddit and they deleted it after less than an hour.

With the screenshot shared by @yahoo62278 it clearly shows that you were abusing their referral program, maybe possible you were using different mail to sign up and ref yourself to receive the ref reward. Maybe you never wanted to say the truth but the system automatically detected the compromised here and you are trying tarnished their image.

According to the email of the support screenshot on the image quoted by @Yahoo, his account was subjected to multiple account accusations which violated the ToS of Roobet.
It was not explicitly stated, at least that is how i understand it. The closest thing to such an accusation in the mail is where it read "with any other connected accounts detected by our security system", and i don't think it clearly states the offense committed by the OP.

That's the closest possible situation of the terms being breached by OP, as they fashioned their explanation that way. Far as I can remember, I've yet to have any contact and oversee a case with roobet, so I am yet to be acquainted with their representative, but let me try to find a way to get in touch with them and see if they'll come to this thread and give their side.
