Winning too much is usually not a big problem but if you keep on winning constantly then there could be a reason why they could limit you, mainly to check how you have been winning and see if you have done any tricks. That is how they prevent getting hacked by someone who found a glitch.

They limit your withdrawal as well and offer you sympathies for a while and maybe even offer you gifts if they found nothing at all. That is why I believe it is normal for someone who keeps winning all the time to get their account blocked for a while, if it is forever then it is a problem but it is normal if it is temporary, so that the casino could check what they have been doing.
The casino should inform you the process if they are going to restrict your account for a while for a fair reviews about your winning, they can’t just restrict your account because this and better for the site to take the process. If any user abuse the system of bonus then the user should be banned/limited  as a punishment. More than one account is not necessary for a user so it is okay too. Same impression about the bonus and promotions. It's tough to complete those, that is why most of the gamblers just skip them but why will they look suspicious after that? lol. It should be the gamblers that abused the promotion and bonus are going to be suspicious. There are gamblers that have more than one account for some reasons like they self refer it with their main account and it is allowed in some gambling sites like stake.com. That's not new but rather rampant happening on any business where some competitor are creating fake claims or someone who lose gets angry and revenge by telling that the platform they play is a scam so its really not good to believe on any of those unless they provide more quality proof about what they are telling. I think the same, there are always trolls who try to show what does not exist and tarnish everything that is very well done, both from Rootbet and from any casino they always come out to try to make bad publicity, I try to understand what they want to achieve with it and I can't find anything logical.

On the other hand, there are also many trolls on stake.com, and some are very rude and mess with people, both on the platform and here in the forum in their respective threads, it is best to ignore them and not feed the trolls.
The sad thing is that they could grow very strong when they combine their powers, thankfully they are individuals in the bitcointalk, and since we have membership power here that shows the world in bitcointalk that some few newbies or juniors or whatever do not really matter, because if there is a bad place then even legendary accounts and DT accounts start to talk about it and we all get to hear about it.

However, it is still annoying, who would want to see them? We all would like to talk about the millions of dollars roobet has given for free as promotions, thousands upon thousands on each contest they held, and not some newbie annoying trolls.

Nothing new of course haters gonna hate they want to pull down a too gambling platform but we know the reputation of the roobet already it's one of the most reputable and good quality of services in terms of gambling. We can not remove this kind of mentally to people. It's only to those who lose the gambling and have trouble with their deposits and withdrawals. Those are the common issue of the players. That's why they are always ranting and creating a fud.
I will say that there are genuine complaints also like when there could be some technical or other misunderstanding between the casino and player but it's resolved if the matter is brought to attention over the fourm and campaign manager @Hhampuz is ready to help personally and it's settled.But then there are people who are trying to defame the casino image without any proof so what they expect members to do? Not only Roobet has this issue. Every casino platform has a couple of haters.
Haters will say and write all negative posts but be careful and you will have to verify their words.

Not only haters, Many companies often use this kind of dirty tactics to drag down their competitors so it is not surprising if this is some kind of propaganda to tarnish Roobet's reputation.  But well, as long as the accusation is invalid and has no supporting fact, then it will be easily forgotten. 
As if they can easily influence legit gamblers on this site, we know how Roobet works and those haters can't destabilize this platform, that's why they go to the second phase of their plan, which is to hire trolls and make false accusation against the site. If there’s a changes and gamblers didn’t agree on this, I think the site should address this properly and answer every queries, this can assure you that the gamblers will stay on a specific site to play. Haters post or legit complaints but it had been resolved out silently because most users doesnt really tend to make out some updates in regarding with their issues and make the public or community boggle up their mind
and believe that the issue hadnt been resolved yet or completely been ignored by the team thats why there's at least some representative which would really clarify out things so that it wont really be making some bad
image or impression to the site.This is what i do have observed on their ANN thread that none of their staff or representative do really make out some words or something like that.
Probably because they don't want to feed the trolls I guess, the user can get the answer why he was limited to very low bet amount and if the answer is not satisfy the query then he can bring it to the discussion even on the reputation board but when someone face issues they simply want immediate response and solution even though the casinos are trying to reply as soon as possible its not really practical to give instant response for everything, sometimes it needs more time to analyse to find what is the actual cause.

No business in the world can keep their customers 100% happy, there will always be people complaining and that is true for here as well. I highly agree with you on this but Casino or being a bookmaker is a business, so they have the right to implement a limitation that does not break the law to protect their business.   They are not preventing you to cash out your winnings, are they?  They are just limiting your bet to a certain amount.

Roobet is a huge company and they have been doing millions of dollars worth of business, and they have been giving back so much, by trying to say bad things about them, you are not improving the crypto casino world, you are making it on average a worse place. Become better than roobet if you want to beat the competition.

I don't think Roobet needs to worry about trolls like LEVSKI7. Roobet has already proven itself as a fair, legitimate casino, so it will take a lot more than a few baseless accusations from some completely irrelevant troll on the forum to shake Roobet's reputation as a trustworthy site.

But the fact is if you don't have enough proof to validate your point then it's of no fun and you could open as many scam accusations thread against that casino their reputation remains unaffected.There could be some problems but if you have evidence and there is technical error the the withdrawal is settled down.But to these haters or people who just come here hoping they can defame the image of Roobet or any other legit casino they are not entertained at all.
