Once a casino reaches a certain size and a certain number of users, it is inevitable that some people will complain and try to put the casino in a bad light. One should also not forget that some players do this intentionally and, for example, deliberately violate rules in order to demand money or something similar afterwards or threaten the casino.

Most importantly, they keep spending huge on their users through the promotional offers.
