I agree with you. I have seen a lot of scam accusations against reputed big casinos. But, Scam accusations against roobet are too rare. Most of them don't have any valid proof. Someone can say that you guys are hired by roobet. To be honest, Nope. We are not. We didn't get paid for that. LOL. We share our experience and what other member also think about this casino.

Basing up with my own experience and awareness on this market specially on gambling discussions or interactions with this community then its true that almost none when it comes to issues that relates to Roobet
which means that they are really indeed doing good on this market.The only discussion i was aware about is about into its integration of KYC which i do see that not much of a problem.
They are still doing fine and they do able to maintain good number of players who do stay on the site which is somewhat expected because they do really give out some decent promotions and bonuses.

I keep saying that casinos need to open self-moderated topics, that way they would be able to just delete all these messages and we wouldn't have to be worried about it when reading it here. They could start a topic in scam accusation section and they could explain themselves there and this would allow them to show proof of how they were scammed and if they are right then we would see and read about it there.

But, people keep coming here and writing complaints here and accusing roobet with something usually ends with nothing, they just bother us and keep doing that for a long time and then they leave, without achieving nothing but to annoy people.

I can attest that Roobet has been a legitimate site since its inception, the fact that they think they can do scams is not something that is impossible, but really as they are they are far from doing it, they have great games, with a reputable site very big, I don't see the logic that before so many good contests supporting art they get involved with scams, it's something that never goes in the same direction. If they were scams, I don't think they would do contests, that's something that should be ruled out.

The truth is that the case makes no sense and Roobet has already given his verdict, which is somewhat responsible and demonstrating his commitment, I think it is time for the person to realize that everything is already settled, that it should not be escalated anymore because it You know you've already been treated, so there's no need to make such a fuss.

I understand that someone could be upset over not getting what they want, I mean if I expected something and someone told me no, I would be upset about it as well. But that has nothing to do with how right he is, or how wrong he is. If he is right and this makes him upset, then roobet would be in the wrong, but from what we have been given, we can't see any wrongdoing by roobet at all. This means he was wrong, and he was upset that he was told no while being wrong, which is normal and he is upset about something that's only his fault. This means he should be feeling that all by himself and not bother us. Constantly writing here and complaining and calling roobet a scam will not change the result if he is wrong.

If the support already responded, that’s already final and we can consider the case is close but if the complainant still not happy with it, yes he can always create an accusation thread considering that he has a valid proof. Roobet is still the best, they have a lot of good games and good promotions, they are also strict so better to gamble based on their terms and conditions to avoid any problem.

This is normal reaction for people who doesn't like the outcome of the result of their claims towards what so called issue to them but he can actually appeal if he really think he's right and let the support explain more to enlightened him about the issue. There are really times or situations on where there are misconceptions in between an on-site kind of issue or would be typically into some provider which it do really create out some

false or bad impressions towards into a certain site.Its good that there would really be some further clarifications which would clear up those kind of doubts and bad views.

Well, this might be one of the strategy of its competitor, to just throw accusation without a strong proof. Roobet is still one of the best today, we may experience problem here but don’t panic just ask them for a reason and they will surely response, Roobet is very professional.

I have said it before and I’ll say it again that the proof given by him is too less to act on, and why has no one else faced this issue?, and furthermore his money was refunded to him which clearly shows that Roobet wasn’t interested in his money. Lastly there’s nothing left unanswered because Roobet has already told him the reason, and if they had dignified him with a reply then he would have continued to attack them under false pretences, hence a wise decision not to pay any attention to his posts.

I couldn't be more irritated. Although unnecessary, his frustration is reasonable for him, so I won't call it shady. Not to mention his friend also has some "issues" with Roobet.

The thing I want to say is if he insists Roobet has something to do with it, collecting more verifiable and provable proof is the thing he should do, instead of rattling unnecessarily. Otherwise, it all has no meaning.

The moment you experience problem, you can always contact the support and if there’s no response that is the best time for you to take the next step, which is to create an accusation thread. So far, I haven’t seen one against Roobet, so maybe this is just a pure accusation without having any proof, we can’t help them as well if they have no evidence to support their claims against Roobet.
