Roobet has already established itself as one of the best crypto gambling sites out there despite their crappy KYC policies which is why I don't think complaints against them will ever get out of hand.
Their sudden KYC rule became one of my concern before as a gambler on their site. But eventually I comply to this level 1 kyc to continue playing because I know Roobet is a trusted site and up to now, still one of the leading popular casino that has many gamblers playing.

A site like Roobet which conducts art competitions worth thousands of dollars on a regular basis wouldn't scam anyone in my opinion.
True. Roobet is the only casino here conducting art competition consistently (with months interval depending on the occassion) with generous prizes and this competition gave the users the opportunity to showcase their talent.

As long as this does not get out of hand and the complaints increase, I have absolutely no concerns about Roobet. I have hardly seen a casino that is so open to the community and does so much for the community.

They wont really be reaching out this kind of popularity if they do really sucks or does have lots of complaints or issues. They had not able to reach out this reputation for nothing.

They might have able to changed up their system considering about KYC but its not really that into that certain extent on asking in depth information but this is just the basics.

So far there are really some complaints but not really that in general since people/gamblers could bare with it.

That's the only thing I don't like from them before but if we think about deeply we can still say this is totally fair since their business is growing and might they are doing that for something good on their platform. But anything other else is not totally alarming as Roobet remain one of the trusted casino and so far they are delivering quality casino experience to their gamblers as well cool things in their promotional and marketing efforts.

I don’t think those complaints mean anything unless they’re backed with proof, because I see many user’s complain but when we’ll ask for proof they’ll rant and then they’ll disappear [...]
Once a casino reaches a certain size and a certain number of users, it is inevitable that some people will complain and try to put the casino in a bad light.
One should also not forget that some players do this intentionally and, for example, deliberately violate rules in order to demand money or something similar afterwards or threaten the casino.

As long as this does not get out of hand and the complaints increase, I have absolutely no concerns about Roobet. I have hardly seen a casino that is so open to the community and does so much for the community.
The "scam" method is basically being crowded and constantly online. If you have like 5 people, who could be online 24 hours of the day in shifts (when wakes up when other sleeps etc) then you could keep on complaining about the casino in every single place they want to reach to. Bitcointalk, twitter, reddit, instagram, other forums, wherever they go to, these people will follow. That way, they think that they could bother them good enough to actually stop them.

I am not really sure if it even works, I am pretty sure that majority of them doesn't, but I do not know if it ever actually worked. Rules are rules for a reason and casinos should just ignore them.

It is possible that those "left unaddressed" do not show enough proof, or had been addressed by Roobet and was already solved privately and the posters never or forget to come back after the problem is solved.  Most people that have issue just came to post their problem or frustration and when everything is settled they just leave and never bothers to come back to say it is settled.
Thats possible. Usually those who have complaints are creating an account here to rant about their issues on the particular casino. If the problem is resolved privately by the team, those gamblers dont bother anymore to update the thread especially if they are not interested to clear the casino about the issues for causing them inconvenience.
This is true. I never ran a casino before so I can't talk about casinos but I am 100% certain that they have the same problem that I face as well. I managed marketing part of many projects so far and I have to say that it has been something of an amazing thing how many people complained for things that they did wrong, and I mean like they really did something wrong and projects had nothing to do with it, it wasn't projects fault, and yet they complained about it here, twitter, even under our instagram posts and this wasn't just one project, it was all that I was part of. Then when you show them how to do it, then they end up thanking you, but never responding back that it is solved.

Lot of complaints about Roobet? Man, this is one of the Casino's who is community lover and giver kinda casino. Have you seen art contests, twitch competitions, millions in give aways and more? Do you really think any random, spammy casino would ever think of doing this? No, because those casino's would be stealing rather than giving back! As far as I know Roobet has always smoothly paid me, my experience with their slots and games is just as perfect as I could imagine.

The complaints will comes from those users who has lost money in the process of gambling. But they do this in the rage afterwards and blame casino. However, casino is something you should not look at earning method but more or less fun and earn!

Every casino will have complaints and some of them will be valid and a lot of them will be not correct and coming from users that tried to cheat the system or created multiple accounts, ... However, customer support should always try to look into detail in all cases.

I don’t think those complaints mean anything unless they’re backed with proof, because I see many user’s complain but when we’ll ask for proof they’ll rant and then they’ll disappear hence I no longer bother myself about these complaints. Lastly I don’t think Roobet customer support should investigate each and every case as most of the time it’s the user fault and nothing really can be done about it, but if the user can back it with actual proof then the support should definitely investigate it.

I think that will depend on the terms and condition of the casino, it's better to read it there and if the casino are doing it base on the premise of the t&c then they're on the right side of things. It's really sounds fishy for a user to always win on bets and that really arouse some suspicions from the casino's side but if they want to block the account then I'd say it should align on their policy.
I always say the same thing, if you want to start playing in a place for the first time then you are responsible for reading that up and you need to learn more about it. However, if there is a change while you are already playing there and there is a change then I would have to say that there was a situation where the casino is the responsible person that would have to end up getting something to you, like an email, or a pop up and something like that in order for it to continue existing.

I cannot say that it wouldn't be fair for players to gamble knowing the rules and then casino changes something and just says "you should have read it time to time".

Unfortunately, things like that are happening more and more. I am not referring directly to the site of roobet.com, but in general. If there is something in the general terms and conditions, then items these days are such that they can always rely on it. And if you ask a question about it or make a comment, you will be told "If only you had read the terms and conditions". Isn't that some form of deception? I can't imagine players reading every word of the terms and conditions upon registration.

When you ask them why void, the answer will be something like this.
How much is your bet? The support said that there's an internal issues thats why the bets are refunded. They have reason why it happened. Do you have doubt about it?

However, to make matters worse. What I heard from my two different friends (who have no relationship with each other) just terrified me. They both had about $ 1000 + in their account, and in one of them someone made a withdrawal, and in the other one someone played Black Jack. As morbid as this sounds, someone else has probably had cases like this. Of course, when you go to chat, they will tell you that someone has entered your account, and that there is nothing they can do about it.

Of course, for both of these cases I have screenshots, if anyone is interested I can send them at all.
Sure, best if you also send it here in case anyone here has also the same issue as you accused.

And also regarding someone hacked(entered) your friends' account, make sure that you also give some information like does they activated 2FA or information regarding any security matter. Roobet also has a feature that logs the account session information. You can see it on Account > Security > View Recent Sessions.

Can you share about how many of your bets have been voided already? And also the reasons. If you don't mind too, can you also tell us about the bet amount that you are placing in which are voided.
Can this be a misunderstanding? Have you discussed it well on their supports?
Also, perhaps you can share more proofs.
Let's wait if someone from Roobet will reply to your issue here.

I saw a lot of complain recently on Roobet and some of them are still left unaddressed, though it just look like a haters post and maybe the best way to solve the problem is to communicate directly with the site support. Gamblers are usually restricted for some valid reason and the site will always play by the books, so better to understand the terms before you gamble, the site has the authority to change it for the benefit of both gamblers and the investors.

This is a new trend where someone is trying to ruin the reputation of other site and when they get the answer they will still push their claims. There’s no perfect site, they are all prone to problems like this and I believe in Roobet everything is handle professionally and they are really serious on their platform. If you have a concrete evidence talk to their support first before panicking.

Hello everyone,

Everything I am going to write is about sports betting. This is probably the worst bookmaker when it comes to sports betting. What they are doing is, to put it mildly, criminal. The number of void bets is incredibly large. Of course, all and one winning bets. As for my experience, if they don't settle the bet within 10 minutes, it will be void.

When you ask them why void, the answer will be something like this.

https://i.ibb.co/5cTFzt6/photo-2022-04-02-12-10-36-2.jpg

https://i.ibb.co/SXXGd6K/55.png

Second screnshoot is void just about 10 minutes ago.  Grin Let's compete guys, who can get more voids in a day on this so called bookie?  Grin Grin

There really are no real words to describe what they are doing. I don't know absolutely any other bookmaker to act like this on the vast majority of losing bets on them.

However, to make matters worse. What I heard from my two different friends (who have no relationship with each other) just terrified me. They both had about $ 1000 + in their account, and in one of them someone made a withdrawal, and in the other one someone played Black Jack. That is human behavior and probably should we must change because what if we are the owner of the gambling casino, how we can manage such issues and of course show respect to your valued customer. That is true, there are so many complaints we saw every day, and the most common of them is the problem about the TOS which is clear they did not read it well. Sometimes this may lead to possible issues because we are not aware of those terms. Roobet casino is the fastest-growing casino and they have an awesome team that can handle any problem privately or publicly.
It's not easy to guess right now versus actually doing what you need to do. Imagine being a casino owner is not the same as being a casino owner. I imagine being a business owner time to time, and sometimes I actually do start projects, that's literally all I do with my money, save it enough and then start a new project and had like 10 or so in my life, and only one of them ever worked and made me a ton of money, made like 23+ thousand dollars profit way back in 2017, that was a huge and great thing but that was it, all other 9 lost me money and if we look at it, I am probably in overall loss.

Casinos can't be making limitless money neither, sometimes it looks like you would do the thing you say when you imagine it, but then reality hits differently and you can't, even if you want to.

Not a new trend and we have seen these backslashing in the past aslo but the reputation of legit casinos remain unaffected. The reason behind it is like if one out of hundred is putting forward such fake accusations then they doesn't matter at all.The separate board is dedicated to these accusations and matters are resolved but they are either paid one's or dumb who can't handle the loss.

No God or Kings, only BITCOIN.
Winning too much is usually not a big problem but if you keep on winning constantly then there could be a reason why they could limit you, mainly to check how you have been winning and see if you have done any tricks. That is how they prevent getting hacked by someone who found a glitch.

They limit your withdrawal as well and offer you sympathies for a while and maybe even offer you gifts if they found nothing at all. That is why I believe it is normal for someone who keeps winning all the time to get their account blocked for a while, if it is forever then it is a problem but it is normal if it is temporary, so that the casino could check what they have been doing.
The casino should inform you the process if they are going to restrict your account for a while for a fair reviews about your winning, they can’t just restrict your account because this and better for the site to take the process. Consistently winning should not be a problem of the gamblers especially if didn’t do something bad, but yeah this is a normal process of the site and gamblers should be compensated for the time of being restricted. Don’t be afraid if you’re on a legit site, they will surely handle this professionally.

Some site will restrict you first before informing you about the situation so you won’t be able to fully access your account. This move is kind suspicious but if its based on the regulations then you have to obey and wait for their updates.

I’m not updated with Roobet but is there any incidents like this that happened in Roobet? What’s the situation of this and how the site handle this?
