Not only Roobet has this issue. Every casino platform has a couple of haters. I don't want to mention the platform names here. But, If you visit the scam accusation board regularly, You might there are a few baseless accusations raising by again and again by the same user. Also, they do spam on the Platform's ANN Thread. Either they are the angry kids who lose some crypto on the casino and become angry with them. or, they just trying to get some extra benefits from the platform. Few of them are already successful. Take Nomercy33 for example.

Maybe casino shouldn't tolerate that because if they give those trolls a food and negotiate them to give them benefits to stop their actions made to them then it will just strengthen their guts to do again to another platform. So its better for this trolls to ignore if they really don't have any basis towards their claim so that they will stop organically since they know that nobody take their claims seriously.

No one would really be putting any importance or attention because its true that once they had granted about their request or something in connection to this then they wont
simply stop and finding another issues to be thrown and repeat on the same process thats why its better to ignore rather than putting up some important into something which is

It is not about who they are, it is about who we are when we respond. If you respond rude comments with rude replies then you are no longer at a better position, you are doing exactly what they are doing but to them instead of with them. I have to say that if there are online trolls that bother a place you like, then you just need to ignore them (which we have all failed including me) or you could respond a lot better and that would show the type of gamblers roobet has, to the world that means something.

However, if we all acted weird and rude towards people who are rude, then we would not be seen as betters of those trolls at all, we would be seen as the same level.

This is part of demolition job to the successful casino to eliminate the competition. But in some case there are other trolling especially when they are using a brand new account which mostly happen then also without valid proof given then its automatic that their intention is to troll and to tarnish the successful casino. Thats why we do have that "ignore" button on this forum which could really be used on someone who do keep trolling even most people or the community does know on whats the real thing or the truth.
