Its more ideal to change the email address you created with the roobet because if you are using your main email for this gambling habit it has a tons of emails prompt to your inbox, try to use a dummy email for this habit. I don't know yet if there's a unsubscribe button to the email or if you make a report on it as a spam it will goes through your spam box not directly to the primary inbox.

But you guys should be very careful while doing this since its clearly mention in the Roobet's ToS, they don't want you to register on their sites with throwaway emails because they may need it for verification in the future so if you are already having a secondary mail which is used for all the promotional related stuffs then its okay but never use the email which you don't lose your access or else you may face issues later.
Well, that is not really good to use throwaway emails like generated emails and then it will disappear.
Once you want to deposit and play, just secure your account safely. I have done this before, I have an account on Roobet that did not recover because of the email error. Sad to say they are not willing to help you to sort your problem out so it is better to secure first rather than using throwaway email.
Because it is important upon recovering your account once it is lost password.

Unscribe email ~XD "I'm a joke to you"

In the email you have 2 unsubscribe buttons, from the gmail itself + roobet on the bottom footer. This issue not really big at all, because everyone can subs or unsub the email promotion if you don't like it.

Put to spam email is also enough for my case, I don't think everyone gonna to read all the email ~XD so put the email into spam is not bad at all.

Why to bother like this if you really don't like it, just click "unsubscribe" it's done and you won't receive notification emails anymore, you and I still like updates sent by email and we'll find out.
I think what I see Roobet doesn't send emails too often every day, for me every time there is an event, Roobet will definitely notify you via email.
I use the Roobet gambling site, it's been 4 years, the email sent by Roobet is really accurate and real information for me, I mean about betting, that's a positive thing for me and it can remind me at the same time about the bonuses/competitions offered by the Roobet site.

@dittoup.
So, what's wrong with email as long as we need and play gambling there, unless you are no longer playing, maybe you can delete emails, sites etc, that's better for you, problem solved.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills
The amount of promo mails I get from Roobet is way to much. Receive a mail about some new games they added, or a upcoming tournament etc, every second day. Some weeks it seems they sending out daily emails. So tired of it.
Sure I like to be up to date and receive promo-mails but once or twice a week is more than enough. New games added are not that interesting.

Roobet, please limit the amount of mails you sending out. Email every second day day is unnecessary and comes of as unprofessional. You are already downgraded to my spam-folder, please dont force me to unsubscribe too.

If you really like to play on Roobet you will love those updates coming to them since it will make you realize that there's a running promotion to them, but if you really don't like those information then better next time when you create a account on a casino or any other platform use a dummy mail and don't use your main since its expected that there are more like this will pop up on your mail as well there are random person who will send you annoying ones so using a dummy email will save you from any inconvenience.

If you are so fed up with it, than unsubscribe to the mails. They will not change their policy because you ask. Personally, I still like their mails as it is an easy way to know what is going on (such as new promotions/raffles, big wins, ...).

They are giving out information to the active members by sending them frequent mails to update them with latest promotions and other events as customer relations on the mail you have used to sign up.But if you are fed up with you could have signed with some extra mail which you don't use often and have no worries because they are not going to change their policy.

In fact, this happens relatively often here in the forum: A user uses a VPN to play on the site, which often already speaks against the terms of services. In case of a withdrawal, a check is performed and the player is banned. Subsequently, the player complains that the casino scammed him and makes mood against the casino, mostly on several channels including Twitter and here in the forum.

The understanding in such cases that it was the user's mistake is of course usually completely missing ...

For your kind information, Roobet allowed users to use VPN if they are Level 2 Verified. There is no issue using VPN. But, Problem is, If you are from Restricted are and you try to bypass it using VPN. Then it will be a problem for you. In this case, You cannot blame the casino that you got scammed.

There’s a lot of incidents like this already and I’m still wondering why many still use VPN despite of its risk? Are they really want to gamble and willing to take that risk but if they get caught they spread lies and fud?

Well this is very simple, if you don’t want to experience any problem always follow the terms and conditions, you can’t just ignore it because its too risky and they can easily freeze your account for that reason, better no to try at all.

Using VPN is not a problem and there is no risk if you are not from a restricted area. it's totally fine. As per Roobet rules you cannot use VPN if you are from a restricted area. but, if not. You have to complete level 2 verification. After that, You can continue using VPN if you want.

For example, I am not from their restricted area And I verified level 2 verification. Here is the proof:

Yeah, I agree with you. People shouldn't ignore Terms of service/conditions in order to play on every casino.

If that's the case in your country then you better clarify whether you can continue playing or need to halt to the Roobet support team because on may of the occasions users violate the terms but they accuses the site and call them scammers so I just wanted to let you know that Roobet is not encouraging players from banned jurisdiction.

Well, First Of All, It depends on the situation here in my country. As far I know, There is a lot of player from my country playing on many casino websites.
The problem is not there. My Country blocks the Sportsbetting websites on an occasion.
For Your Kind Information, I am not from these countries.
(edited out)

hey hey. Cool down, man. I would like to request you to read the previous post first before posting like this. It makes no sense what are you talking about.

Blocks can be from gambling sites if they are obeyed laws in some nations. Blocks can be from gambling sites if they want to prevent cheat from some nations. If their data shows that people from one nation tried to cheat their casino in promotion, giveaway or in bet, they can close their gate for people from that nation. Fair enough I think.
In this case, I said, My country blocks Sports betting websites often. I didn't complain about casinos blocking my country or something like that.

it is what you claim. Only the casino has data on your login IPs and they know where you are from as well as whether you use VPN to cheat their casino or not.
That's not only what I claim. I already submitted my NAtional Identity card and I passed the Location verification and I am not using VPN and Cheat? Come on. Read Old posts.

here you can not ask Roobet team to publish their data on your account. It is unprofessional and even you should not publish your personal info here.

Who Told you that I asked Roobet team to publish their data? Or where did you see that I asked them to publish their data? Where do you see I posted something about my personal information?

If you need support or want to appeal their accusation, you must send them a request, get response in email. Or it can be solved via mediators in secret communication, investigation. Such things should not be given publicly anywhere
Yes, I did. I have talked with Roobet Support And They confirmed that I am not from their restricted area. Also, I verified KYC level two. I am not sharing any personal information here. Someone asked me to talk with their support about the restricted areas so I did and I posted a screenshot of the support response. So what's wrong here?

You shouldn't continue your gambling activities if your country completely banned crypto gambling or gambling in general, if you see such kind of announcement officially from your government then stop yusing Roobet straight away and the same goes for every other gambling sites as well.

FYI,
You acknowledge that you may not access the website or use any services on the website if you are a resident of a jurisdiction that does not allow any participation in games of risk, games of chance, or games of skill.

If you used VPN further which will be considered a violation of their ToS and your account may be terminated.

The problem is not there. My Country blocks the Sportsbetting websites on an occasion. For example IPL (Indian Premier League). Most of the people join the various casinos during that time to earn money. That time my country blocks a few sports betting websites. It's Normal for my country. My country blocks Social Media for a limited time when any political issue or Religion issue raises. They often ban a few Mobile games (Free fire, PUBG, COD) during the Yearly Final exam. So it's normal for me and I am used to it. Well, They don't say it's banned but they block silently. Sometimes they unblock silently.

It becomes a circus now. people are bored of government. People don't give a fu*k to the government nowadays.

Sometimes it happens with automation works so that we have to wait for the manual verification which I experienced on some exchanges but not on casinos, by the way luck differs for everyone. Wink From now you can use VPN if you want but it's not in your mind then just go with you default location because they already know where you are now. Smiley

Yeah Right. Automation is an AI-Based Program. Sometimes it makes mistakes. And we talking about Identity verification. You may know, every country doesn't Use English on their National Identity card. Mostly They Use Their national language on their Identity cards. that's why automation cannot detect the language and it cannot verify documents. In my case, My country Use Our national local language+english for name only. So I think that might be a reason to get rejected by automation. The good thing is Roobet Manually checks all your documents even your document was rejected previously. But I doubt the VPN detection system. it would not be a problem for users if they are willing to verify their identity. but if they won't verify. it might be a problem.

Of course, I don't need to use VPN Anymore since they know my location. But, Sometimes My Country blocks gambling websites. if they block roobet, maybe I have to use VPN.
