Probably they are still raising funds since having a license it not easy at all, it takes time and a lot of money for the fees. As far as I know, Roobet introduced on this forum with a license already and that’s why it easily attract gamblers. I don't see any relation of those issues with Roobet which have license and highly trusted reputation.
