I still think that only the people who want to leave a bad review are using it, that's about it. I do not think that people go "let me check their rating on trustpilot" to see if a casino is good or not, I mean even some of the biggest names in all of casino world do not have good ratings there, people would end up playing at some of the worst places ever if they really want a high rating, because there aren't that many customers for those small terrible places, so only a few good reviews are there.

If you look at any with thousands of reviews then you will realize that at the top of rankings, there aren't that many great ones. This is known, if you are already aware of this, why would you want to look at the rates there? You wouldn't.

Well, for me Truspilot is not reliable if you're looking for reviews and ratings of a particular site since it can be manipulated by giving fake reviews (good or bad) of people who get paid for doing such. Therefore it is best to look for reputable sites (like this forum) to get reliable information and reviews for the platform that you would like to use. This way you can be certain that you're playing on a trustworthy casino base on the experiences of the gamblers here since it is their most recommended.

Nothing else became more reliable platform than this forum since any review site can be manipulated that's why it may never be a good idea to anyone to go there and follow what trustpilot or any other review site recommends since we might not see the worst among those site since the messages we can get are those bloated or manipulated reviews share to them.

That's why its always good to look for reviews in this forum since we can get a real insights coming from legit people and we can see all good or bad statement they rate on the casino we are looking for. Maybe before trust pilot is the best platform where people go if they want to find some feedback regarding on the platform or casino they want to deal with, but now many know especially our colleagues here know that they are not reliable and always seek for valid information coming from bright minds of people sharing there experiences also opinion regarding on the site they want to know. That's also why I don't use that side anymore since we can only get irrelevant reviews and clearly fake just to bloat up the trust score of certain platforms.

Rating sites cant really be that fully be trusted when it comes to sites reputation. Its true that feedbacks and reviews could really be that put up to be opposite on what truly it is. Legit sites do get low rank stars and the scammy ones would really be getting some high rating which is really that truly misleading if you are really that fully relying on it. This is why when it comes to feedbacks and real time words and advises or recommendations specially on crypto related things then this forum would be the best place for you to search on. There would be no biases when it comes to feedbacks and recommendations whether you

Those legitimate issues will be solved by providing validate evidence along with those claims and it happens many times and casinos let them withdraw the amounts after the matter is resolved.Sometimes it's just a suspicious activity from a account that led to this issue but it is resolved apart from those all just trolls and spammers trying to cover their loss with cheap tricks.

Sadly enough, you will always have a lot of trolls and spammers. But I haven't seen a lot of cases against Roobet in the last couple of years, meaning not a lot of people have had an issue with them. I don't really play anymore on them, but never had an issue and all my withdrawals were quickly processed also.

Easy to spot a trolll and usually they are the one posting an allegation without any valid proof presented so they should not taken seriously since people will just waste their time and effort to look at those issues they want to rise up. And also Roobet is really a good platform that's why those trolls maybe they realize that any attempts will not work to them that's why those people go to different casino since those are easy target for them.

That, and let's be honest here, Roobet has a really great PR marketing team. I follow them in all social medias and they have one of the best people behind their social medias. Not really a lot of crypto casino I know that are actively engaging with their audiece.

It has been proven over the years , Roobet has a great complete team from all aspect of advertising and this cannot be denied.
But though it is off topic , yet I was shocked seeing them lowering their signature campaign participants , of course it is not about they are losing budget as they are still conducting events after events, are they losing faith signature banner?

While I agree, all cases need to be researched by the team as you will always have some legitimate cases. Costumer service is service underrated but so important for any company. I just checked trustpilot and to my surprise, they score extremely high over there: 4.7/5. Never seen a casino so high as most of the times, you will have more complaints than positive reviews on there.

Those legitimate issues will be solved by providing validate evidence along with those claims and it happens many times and casinos let them withdraw the amounts after the matter is resolved.Sometimes it's just a suspicious activity from a account that led to this issue but it is resolved apart from those all just trolls and spammers trying to cover their loss with cheap tricks.

Sadly enough, you will always have a lot of trolls and spammers. But I haven't seen a lot of cases against Roobet in the last couple of years, meaning not a lot of people have had an issue with them. I don't really play anymore on them, but never had an issue and all my withdrawals were quickly processed also.
