You know, Trustpilot is a one-sided platform. You can write anything as an accusation, but the other side cant do little as defense. They can only ask Trustpilot to delete review, or write a comment without giving much details. And customers loyalty is a shaky thing. You can be loyal for ages, but one single thing that mistake (even if it their fault) crosses out all loyalty.
Yeah. This is the biggest issue with Trustpilot since trust is a 2 way street and is supposed to be mutual. Also, customer loyalty is everything when it comes to a business indeed. Just look at Betnomi for example.

They executed a rug-pull and came back claiming that they are trying to refund all victims, but very, very few are willing to trust them with their funds again.

I like bitcointalk for checking websites reputations too because you can check user history of posts and also user reputation here
sometimes there are review websites with false reviews or simply people buying reviews

in the end of the day you should always do your own dilligence before depositing money anywhere
That's the same as what I do, making this forum a place to look for the best casino reputation because here we will find honest users who provide reviews on certain casino sites, especially those whose reviews have high member ranks on this forum will definitely convince me to try the game. on the casino site because it has been recommended by forum users and besides that we can also see genuine reviews in their threads.

What you say is also true that sometimes review sites can often be manipulated so it is difficult for us to find which site is the best and most trusted and also has a good reputation so that we don't feel cheated and lose coins because we are being cheated, I often advise everyone to take a look. more of their casino information on this forum than on review sites.

There's no need to be upset
Also people write fake reviews (both positive and negative) for little money. Creating such reviews is the part of SMM teams task. If anyone wants to build more or less real vision about someone based on Trustpilot rating, then I would advice to skip most reviews written by an accounts that has only 1 review and that a written during a specific period of time. For example there was a period when during week or even month only 1 new review appear, and all of sudden appears bunch of reviews written during 7 days. Such reviews are 100% fake. Besides, nowadays people rarely share positive experience on the internet, people prefer to share experience only when they had trouble.

skipping reviews, asking real users and in the end testing for yourself with little money are usually good ways to go

always remember to that 'not your keys, not your coins', every service that keeps custody of your money can fail or steal you at any time, being preparred for that changes everything.

what else?

Some people write fake reviews for money we all know that, which can make sites like Trustpilot less trustworthy. Checking reviews by looking at account activity and sudden increases can be a good idea. But remember positive experiences might not be shared as much online. It's important to be cautious but also understand how people behave online when reading reviews.
But what's the point is in it? They will get paid for writing fake reviews but with few fake people trying to defame the crypto image won't help when they have loyal customer base with valid evidence to support their claims and have been paying smoothly to the gamblers with big money also.

It can still hurt the casino since those new people doesn't know about this schemes would provably have an impression that this is not good for them. And it can slow down the progress of casino in terms of increasing there userbase since there are some people who's possibly a competitor doing a campaign to defame them by having that feedback attack on a reviewing site. But if we know them here for sure we are not affected with that since we all know how those reputable casino deal with their clients and how those scam wreck them. That's why this platform is more better than anything else since people would provably ask some proof and if the accuser or feedback giver cannot send any as proof of their claims then they can easily get trashed out and make those accusation invalid.

Asos.com has 3.7 rating on Trustpilot. I am ordering clothes from them since 2017 and I have never had any problem and it amazes me why their rating is so low, asos is also considered as one of the best e-commerce platform. But it doesn't amaze me that Roobet has so high scores, they are really a good casino and their marketing team does a good job.

Sometimes the ratings don't make a lot of sense. If you look at the rating for booking.com, after 50.000 reviews they only have a score of 1.2. To be honest, I also didn't had a great experience with them (their customer service is not great) but it is a great and easy platform to use for travelling. So better to always check multiple sources if you want to have a full picture.

How can you state a conflicting statement?  If you did not have a great experience then it is not a great platform.  However I believe that it is an individual case.  Like Roobet, many have a satisfactory experience with Roobet, me included, while there are still players that got some issue with Roobet especially when that account is tagged with breaching the TOS and circumventing the geo location by the use of VPN.

Honestly, I am always questioning the credibility of every review since they can be a paid shiller if giving a positive perfect review, or a sore loser who got busted for cheating who gives a negative review. I don't simply rely on a single review site but rather verify the reviews by checking it through different reputable review sites.
When it comes on trying to confirm if those feedbacks and reviews are legit then basing up on a few reviews wont really be that enough to justify or prove it all.
It would really be that always good that you should really be that trying to seek further information about it but as we can see on Roobets reputation then i dont really have doubt.

Issue could be thrown out easily and on the time that you do able to read up then it would be always ideal that you should really be trying out to confirm whether it gets resolved
or if theres really an existing problem or just simply trolling. Things like this isnt something new into this industry and us users should really be that mindful
on trying out to confirm and see if its true or not.

I just checked trustpilot and to my surprise, they score extremely high over there: 4.7/5. Never seen a casino so high as most of the times, you will have more complaints than positive reviews on there.
Trustpilot is actually Distrustpilot based on my observations because half or more of their reviews aren't trustworthy at all. For example, a site like 1xbit has 3.8/5 stars which literally says everything by itself.

Proper feedback for crypto sites can be found only in dedicated sites like Bitcointalk etc.

That's why scam accusation threads  on this forum have instant reaction. Sportsbet.io, one of the most famous sportsbook company had negative trust at first because they refused to pay to one of their users but over time they understood the importance of trust here, returned and become one of the most trusted sportsbook in crypto world, we can tell the same about betcoin.ag too.
This forum matters a lot!

This forum is great place to advertise their crypto casinos and gain lot of gamblers as community is active and ask for good suggestions to play upon on forum so they give more importance to any issue arising on the forum but only the genuine ones as there are lot of fake scam accusations as well just trying to defame any casinos. So Roobet has maintained their reputation well on forum for years.
Let go of those fake accusation because mostly those are from cheaters that had been caught and cannot claim their said winning or those abusers that believe to exercise their way of making issues for a chance to have settlement from the site they are trying to harass .
Roobet on the other hand have resolved all legit issues thrown towards the site so there are small chance to be a victim of this fake accusations .

What to expect about them? they are trolls so usually they create a scene so they can possibly get a sympathy to the people following them. But since people are already been educated and gather a lot of knowledge about their schemes then provably those troll will not succeed since they don't have any supporting proof to validate their accusation towards here. That's why its better to forget about those accusation if they can't bring something interesting and continue to focus on playing casino games then be entertain especially with dealing on our fellow players on the site. We can expect that legit issues will be fix and those fake one is automatically will be declined since devs also their workers can verify and debunk the fake claim of those people that's why they are not been a target by this jerks or any people create a issue to destroy their competitor.

This is such an important thing to notice, I have a familiar place that I order coffee from almost every day, it's a very cheap place and it costs like $1.5 to drink coffee from there, obviously mainly because I live in a cheap country too, but it is very cheap expense per day, and I order it almost everyday, and they never done anything wrong so far, they have always provided me a fresh filter coffee every morning, for years and years, it's been over 5 years now. You know their rating? They have 1.7 rating, for a place to have a 1.7 it must literally like throw it all on the ground, mop it and send you mop juice, I do not understand how a place I never had any issues with could have such a low rating.

So, rating doesn't really mean anything to me, trustpilot has never been important to me and I have always considered it a blackmail place nothing more, trustpilot is just there to tell companies they can delete some bad notes in exchange for subscription or something, they want money that's it.
Unfortunately, the entire Internet is flooded with false ratings not only for casinos but for everything in general.  All this is done, roughly speaking, by the method of blackmail, when negative user reviews are simply hidden for additional money, even if they are objective.
And vice versa, positive reviews are written to order, which often do not correspond to reality.
It seems to me that this same Trustpilot did not escape these sins.  It seems that soon we will all have to trust only our own experience and should not trust any rating sites.  Your example clearly shows this.  And the most interesting thing is that it is generally not clear whether it is possible to somehow combat false information on the Internet.
It seems that even AI cannot cope with this task.  Because those who promote him also often lie.  Well, AI will learn to lie.  Or at least the AI will embellish the information.  It seems inevitable.

I don't think a lot of people on this forum use trustpilot a lot, but I am pretty sure that a lot of people are still using it. A lof of the reviews on there are from people that have a bad experience (mainly due to their own fault as they probably broke some rules) or are just fake reviews. Once a while, you find a legit review, but I always browse around if I want to read some reviews.
I still think that only the people who want to leave a bad review are using it, that's about it. I do not think that people go "let me check their rating on trustpilot" to see if a casino is good or not, I mean even some of the biggest names in all of casino world do not have good ratings there, people would end up playing at some of the worst places ever if they really want a high rating, because there aren't that many customers for those small terrible places, so only a few good reviews are there.

If you look at any with thousands of reviews then you will realize that at the top of rankings, there aren't that many great ones. This is known, if you are already aware of this, why would you want to look at the rates there? You wouldn't.
Not all bad reviews or good reviews would really be always fake, there might be legit but most likely it would really be just having more fakes than real. We arent that blind that much when it comes to those fake one knowing that creating an account is never been that hard and therefore anyone could really be giving out feedbacks if they wanted to. It isnt really that bad to look for these reviews and insights towards a particular platform but it would really be that always best that you should really be looking in other sites as well so that you could be able to justify whether those earlier feedbacks or comments you have seen are real or not.
Confusion would really be just only to come out if you would see different feedbacks.

This is why it would really be just that normal that you would be seeking for other place. Its true that this forum alone or itself would really be the best place for you to
seek for legit feedbacks or something that you could rely on.
