You can only chat with a live support if you are logged in to an account which is pretty weird huh.

If you havent made any deposit onto this account then I'd think it will be pretty hard to convince them that you are the real owner of the account even if you send the email from the same email that is registered to your Roobet's account. Support staff might consider the possibility of both email and the registered account being hacked
