Of course the idea of roobet will have greater potential in the future, and indeed this is still a cons because some users don't want KYC to exist and turn off some who refuse KYC.

I think sooner or later all online casinos will require KYC if they want to have a valid license. Roobet is because of its location probably just one of the first larger casinos, but that will certainly follow many more - if the casinos are not operated without a license, which of course can then bring other problems with it, also for the players.

Will roobet follow in the footsteps of Stake.com or will Wolfbet add a sportsbook?
I am not sure what you meant to ask with this question. Maybe you just typed the name of the wrong platform and wanted to say Roobet and not Wolfbet. Wolfbet added a sportsbook before the start of the EURO 2020 championship.
I don't know. I saw great potential in Roobet, but the idea of mandatory KYC has turned me off completely. But a nicely configured sportsbook would certainly be a welcome edition to existing users.
Well that's what I mean, sorry I mistyped a little. Grin
My point is whether Roobet will follow in the footsteps of Wolfbet which has added sportsbooks in the past. That is what I mean.

Of course the idea of roobet will have greater potential in the future, and indeed this is still a cons because some users don't want KYC to exist and turn off some who refuse KYC.
But for rivals I think roobet also has much better marketing.

-snip. AFAIK those crypto casinos where I'm playing at doesn't allow their employees to participate on their promotions. I'm not sure if they're still prohibited even though they could also be their customers for sometime.

Well if a streamer is playing with their own funds then Im pretty sure that it is fine but why would a streamer with a sponsored funds suddenly play with their own funds just for the sake of joining a promotions? That wont happen

I dont really watch Exposed that often but I have never seen him with any raffle tickets at all* showing in his account whenever there is a raffle promotions on Roobet so I dont think it will ever cross a streamer's mind to use their own funds when they are always guaranteed those sponsored funds.

*Idk, feel free to correct this statement if you have ever see Exposed collect raffle tickets in his account

Adding a sportsbook on Roobet may be great, but surely Roobet will have to compete with many other sportsbooks that already exist and have their own fans, Roobet will have to provide something very different from other bookies such as competitive odds.

There are a lot of talks on this forum that Roobet should add a sportsbook but I don't think they are planning to integrate one. This has been asked some time ago and they mentioned they want to focus on growing/building the site as it is right now.

Roobet will just surprise us with the updates since they are not making announcement ahead of time just like what they did in mandatory KYC requirement, still Roobet is one of the best crypto gambling site today and if they introduce Sportsbook, that could be a good addition and more options for existing gamblers and new comers.

The only problem I see with sponsored streams like these are the races and other promotions that tallies the wager of a player. For example races or wagering tourneys where other players would have to join wagering their own money while the sponsored streamer can join with a sponsored ammo.

Not particularly referring to roobet but as generalized opinion.

I cant find it in their general ToS but It is a standard practice for all websites that offer sponsored funds that the sponsored funds cant be used to join any type of promotions on the site. It is a no brainer move to allow some streamer that uses sponsored funds to even participate in any type of promotions, thats basically like ruining your customer by allowing your own employee join the promotions to reduce the chances for the customer to win
Yep. If the casino happened to do that, their current users or maybe other possible customer would find the casino untrustworthy for their words, thus will damage their community reputation. AFAIK those crypto casinos where I'm playing at doesn't allow their employees to participate on their promotions. I'm not sure if they're still prohibited even though they could also be their customers for sometime.

They spend big money on playing as their bank roll is sponsored by casino and that's the technique to attract more views and they have very clickbait titles like spending $1 million on gambling. They will win certain amount as agreement between the streamer and casino. Most likely they will make such deals with a renowned one who have say 100k views on videos and good subscribers so that casino get good promotion.

I really enjoy watching the Stevewilldoit YouTube videos sponsored by Roobet. It’s amazing how much money they have to throw around. You can see Steve make and lose hundreds of thousands of dollars one minute to the next. I feel like that endorsement alone has got to be bringing in a ton of players. I’m definitely entertained by it.
I was not aware about him earlier and checked it out after your post and he has around 26 videos on gambling on his gambling channel with 89k subs and very clickbait title like winning $600k and $1 million and that's why people become interesting in watching his videos and it's entertaining as I have watched his 1-2 videos now.So he is also a sponsored streamer and gaining both hands. Smiley
It is certain that a streamer sponsored by a gambling platform will definitely spend a lot of money on his bets in a short time because it is one to attract the other in this case so I think many of the same streamers have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars because they think sponsors don't. will burden himself.
When the victory becomes big, well, that is one of the many people who watch because of the urge to get a lot of money from gambling.

Roobet already has a large community, so with the new sportsbook feature it will add to their popularity.
Ow I thought Roobet has added sportbook to their site. That would definitely be a huge step and might attract more users since sportbooks has a large fan base also. But for now, I don't think Roobet will do such thing, if they want it, maybe they should added it before.
That could be one of the major update with Roobet and really looking forward for that, I’m sure Roobet knows already how to take advantage the support from their community and working with some updates now. Roobet keeps on growing despite of some restrictions and the KYC thing, new gamblers will come if sportsbook will be added to the options.
I love to bet on sports and I see roobet as a trusted casino so they will add sportsbook feature in their site then its provably a big thing here since for sure there are so many of their clients will jump and go bet on their sports team by using their platform. But I don't like to do KYC so if its ok maybe they shouldn't push that but if thats the rule well we should follow since maybe this is some sort of developments especially if they decide to add the want of gamblers to add that option on their site.
Of course there will be a big impact if sportsbooks are added as the latest feature in roobet, judging from the comments side it has started to be positive so they want it to happen saying it's possible, I think sports betting lovers are everywhere and they want to be one on the same platform , regarding KYC it is not an obstacle for us even those who still don't want KYC will definitely try it to see how sportsbooks happen on roobet, the community will definitely be enthusiastic about this.

It is better to log in first before contacting their live support because they need some tickets for your account also for the verification process. It's not good to entertain a nonuser of their platform so I think it's better to log in first.

One way or another, the user asking for help still has to provide some form of identification if it’s going to be account-related.

New sportsbook + need KYC what is the right reason to gamble there while we have other sportsbook without KYC, unless they offer a bonus or reward system that is more than other sites might be a consideration. the crypto sportsbook market has boomed and some sites have become famous there, it's hard to compete without special offers.

BitcoinHunt3r, do you want Roobet to require a KYC before you play there? If I were to ask, I don't think that KYC is necessary to be implemented as I really do not believe it is needed to any of casino's operation. But if someone can enlighten those who do not believe on the need of KYC, that would be great.
Roobet currently has a rakeback system that I found really good. But Roobet will be more attractive if they can introduce better bonus system.

There are some delays with Roobet site, the code is also delay you have to wait until you receive it, I did refresh everything as well and the result is the same. This is hassle though tolerable, I hope Roobet is already working to fix the issue or this is us, experiencing the problem. Keep trying mate, until it works though sometimes it takes time.
If delay then I still receive the code.

I login few days ago even using "search function" email there is no new email code from "Roobet" last time email code from them on February a few month ago. To, bad we can't access live support because need to login first.

Anyway, my email is "Gmail".

Roobet is now into more number of users and becomes too much larger environment I guess there's some traffic happen on their email system, you can report to their support to keep aware about your issue, sometimes the email platform itself get some delays because of different factors.

It's not that difficult to be honest considering the fact that Roobet is one of the most popular crypto gambling sites currently(Despite the fact that its popularity took a hit because of the recent mandatory KYC enforcement).

This is a new trend these days. For example, Wolf.bet added a sportsbook section recently. Roobet will probably add a sportsbook section in the near future in my opinion.
I guess there is a good chance sportsbook part could be amazing with proper marketing, roobet is that type of great place. However I also understand that there is more competition, that much is very true, think about how many casinos are out there where you can gamble these games and how many sportsbooks are out there as well, when you compare the numbers they may or may not be close to each other, which sportsbooks are still ahead, but when you compare the "big" ones, it is always sports are a lot bigger, they are even more legal and advertise everywhere, finding legal slot games are not that easy, but legal sportbooks are dime a dozen and everywhere giving tens of millions of dollars as marketing.

So long story short we should not be doing anything that is shockingly big over night, but a book here on roobet would not be a bad idea neither.

Yes, maybe they will. But anyone who doesn’t want KYC will still avoid Roobet no matter what new betting options they introduce. As long as there is an alternative.
And luckily we have plenty of other bookmakers without the mandatory KYC.
