I think it's true that this is a problem with connectivity. I've just tried from various versions of PC and cellphones, everything is fine, there are no problems at all because after I checked all my connectivity was smooth so this for those who complain maybe it's the problem from the internet connection .

Google Chrome is much better when used in various ways, it is highly optimized and it is very friendly and comfortable compared to other browsers so for me there is nothing easier than Google Chrome. IMO
Just because chrome is better doesn't mean that the problem is gone. I prefer to use opera browser and feeling more secure using that, less tracking and that is why I prefer it, and to say that "chrome is more optimized you can use that" is not a solution, the real solution is getting roobet to fix whatever issue they have with the opera browser and not having that anymore.

It happens not to have any problems by the way, I am using opera too and everything is fine, I was intrigued and wanted to check if chrome is better somehow and maybe I will realize the problem after I switch to chrome, tried it and chrome is the same there is no difference. So to me chrome and opera is the same, I just wanted to give a point in the debate but for me there is nothing wrong at all. It is much much slower when I use opera native vpn versus chrome extension vpn, but that is extra parts.

The two small logos on the status bar are for Indonesian mobile service providers (Telkomsel and XL Axiata, I think). So I assume he is from Indonesia which is not restricted according to Roobet's ToS.
The reason why the website doesn't load is most likely slow internet connection, which happens to me all the time when I connect to public Wi-Fi, or because he has Javascript disabled on his browser. The latter is less likely to be the reason since he said he tried different browsers.
Yes as said above also that there is problem at the end of players network connection and ofcourse it takes some time to load the site if the internet is slow in working and I assume that player has not respond further to this discussion because he might have been able to login into the Roobet site again and that's why have not given any further information.And as said by you that Indonesia does not comes under restricted area for Roobet so that's the most obvious reasons for this.

That's right,,, it is one of the cellular service providers from Indonesia that I am currently using Telkomsel with a WIFI connection not from the card provided by the provider.

So I assume he is from Indonesia which is not restricted according to Roobet's ToS.

No wonder when I use Telkomsel from a GSM card there are always many obstacles including from a bad network but it also depends on the particular region and often I experience the same difficulty opening several gambling sites because the network is very bad, but I am now using Telkom WIFI all went well and some of the sites I visited had no problems at all.

Roobet does not have any restrictions for Indonesia, so I'm happy.

Previously I was fine using the android about 2 months ago.

This has happened once before to me when I used shared IP, only the logo would show and hang.
I think this is due to the browser's cookies, moreover, this problem occurs even when using a shared network.

When this happened, I just cleared the cookies and apps data from my browser and switched off my router, and switched on again after a while so that the IP address would change. You can try this, I hope this will solve the problem, if not then contact with your ISP provider, may be they will able to handle this. But it is best if you use a dedicated real IP instead of shared IP.

I don't know how come it's not loading because I tried to check it for you on both the browser on my other mobile device and there was no issue in loading.Check here :



So there might be any other issues for you like any internet connectivity lag or you might be having VPN issue as said above so you need to have a check for it again as it is working fine for everyone other.Try to open desktop site on mobile and then have a look if is compatible or not.Any other technical issue I am not aware of.

It could be that you have a VPN on your PC but on your phone/your friends phone you don't and as such you are trying to access Roobet from a prohibited area. Not 100% sure that's the case but could be!

I just check it out on both devices from my side and as always smoothly running without single issue. Even taste some games. I argue you check your network, devices or you should try on different browser. Furthermore, If the issue happening delete your cache and cookies. 

Looking at his screenshot, he is using Opera Browser which is working fine for me.
It must be his poor connection that makes him unable to load roobet page well.
I do not really recommend to use Opera Browser on android, I'm sure that Chrome is better in almost all cases.

Hhampuz handle the campaign only and he is not the incharge on support side so people need to understand the different scope of jobs here and bothering him will not give any  result. So its good to contact the support directly if there's a running issue since they are the right person who can solve any issues on this casino. So far Roobet support is on of the best in this industry and they are really fast in terms of solving the  problems of their players.
But being a very generous and responsible Manager @Hhampuz sometimes take place to address the company about what's going on.
and that is the best character i see in Hampuz as manager and as a person .

Always check your connections if you want to enjoy your gambling activities, because using different devices is fine but if you have a poor connection that's useless. Roobet works good on me playing with my phone, though sometime the site loads slowly maybe because of the traffic on the site but it didn't take beyond 5minutes, if you are still experiencing the same problem you can contact the support, they might help you on technical.

It is not really about being quick to respond, but more about being quick the resolve. However the problem arrived about not being quick to solve.
